after the above steps are repeated for a plurality of times, the gauze 6 is lifted up again, the rubbing mechanisms press out the solution in the herbal medicines in the gauze 6, then the two rubbing mechanisms are far away from each other, the gauze 6 is lifted up to be separated from the leaching tank 3, then the gauze 6 moves to the position above the penultimate leaching tank 3 and falls into the leaching tank 3, meanwhile, the gauze 6 which is transferred to the position above the last leaching tank 3 from the feeding station also falls into the last leaching tank 3, the leaching process is as described above, so that the herbal medicines in each gauze 6 can be leached one by one from the last leaching tank 3 to the first leaching tank 3, and after the first gauze 6 is separated from the first leaching tank 3, the gauze 6 moves to the discharging station to pour out the medicine dregs in the gauze 6;
it should be noted that, after the first gauze 6 is separated from the first leaching tank 3, the solution pump is started again, the solution is continuously and slowly injected into the first leaching tank 3, the solution slowly flows in each leaching tank 3, and the above steps are repeated, so that the continuous leaching processing treatment can be realized, the herbal medicines can be leached for a plurality of times, and the concentration of the leaching solution is gradually reduced, the recycling of the herbal medicines is realized, and the purpose of completely leaching the herbal medicines at one time is realized.
