As shown in fig. 2, the adaptive neck and shoulder supporting device mainly comprises a head pillow 5 and a neck pillow 7, wherein the head pillow 5 comprises a fluid bag for carrying the head, the fluid bag is filled with fluid, the thickness of the fluid bag is adjusted according to the change of the filling amount, and the supporting height of the head is changed; the neck pillow 7 includes a plurality of supporting members 6 and extensible members 10 corresponding to the supporting members 6 one by one, and the height of the supporting members 6 is changed by the extensible members 10, thereby adjusting the postures of the lifting portions formed by all the supporting members 6.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, for the headrest 5, the headrest 5 includes a fluid bag, the fluid bag changes the supporting height of the headrest by filling or discharging fluid, the fluid bag may be an air bag, a water bag, an oil bag, or the like, the fluid filled in the fluid bag may be selected as gas, water, oil, or the like, and the fluid bag can change shape with the amount of the fluid filled therein, so that the thickness changes when the headrest bears the head, thereby achieving the purpose of changing the supporting height of the head.
The fluid bag is connected to a fluid source through a regulating valve, the telescopic member 10 and the regulating valve are respectively connected to a controller, and the controller is used for controlling the volume of the fluid in the fluid bag and the length of the telescopic member 10.
The regulating valve can adopt an electromagnetic valve, and the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve is controlled by a controller, so that the fluid in the fluid bag can be charged and discharged, and the charging speed and the discharging speed can also be controlled. The fluid source can adopt a gas source, a pressure water source and the like.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the neck pillow 7 includes at least two supporting members 6 arranged at intervals, one end of each supporting member 6 supporting the neck portion forms a lifting portion, the supporting members 6 are connected with telescopic members 10 respectively, and the telescopic members 10 are used for driving the supporting members 6 to move so as to adjust the inclination angle of the lifting portion relative to the horizontal plane.
Use two support piece 6 as an example, for bearing the left and right directions of neck, set up two support piece 6 in the neck position, utilize 6 bearing necks of support piece, support piece 6 corresponds the one end of bellying and is the curved surface lifting surface for the laminating waits to support the neck, and extensible member 10 can drive 6 actions of support piece in order to adjust the support height who lifts the portion.
As shown in fig. 7, when the supporting member 6 is adjusted, if the whole body needs to deflect to the right side, the telescopic member 10 on the right side is controlled to contract, the supporting member 6 on the right side is driven to lower, the whole body of the lifting part slowly inclines to the right, the head and neck part can deflect to the right under the action of gravity, and the head and neck part is twisted in a small range to move muscles.
As shown in fig. 6 and 3, when the support member 6 is adjusted, if the whole body needs to deflect to the left side, the expansion piece 10 on the left side is controlled to contract, the support member 6 on the left side is driven to lower, the whole lifting part slowly inclines to the left, the head and neck part can deflect to the left under the action of gravity, and the head and neck part is twisted in a small range to move muscles.
As shown in fig. 5, when adjusting the supporting member 6, if the supporting position needs to be lowered in cooperation with the headrest 5 to realize the head-up movement, the neck pillow 7 is controlled to raise the height of the supporting position, so that the lifting portion is raised as a whole, the extensible members 10 on the left side and the right side are controlled to extend, the lifting portion contacting with the neck portion drives the neck portion to rise, and the head-up movement is assisted to be completed.
As shown in fig. 4, when the supporting member 6 is adjusted, if the supporting position of the headrest 5 needs to be raised to realize the head-down movement, the neck pillow 7 is controlled to lower the height of the supporting position, so that the lifting part is lowered integrally, the telescopic members 10 on the left side and the right side are controlled to be shortened, the lifting part contacting with the neck is driven to lower the neck, and the head-down movement is completed in an auxiliary manner.
It should be noted that, the above description is given by taking the example that two supporting members 6 are matched with two telescopic members 10, when a plurality of supporting members 6 are arranged, for example, four, six, etc., the supporting members 6 are divided into a plurality of groups, and the posture adjustment of the lifting part formed by the whole body is completed by cooperatively controlling the supporting positions of the plurality of groups of supporting members 6; taking the posture shown in fig. 4 and 5 as an example, the supporting member 6 can be adjusted to enable the lifting portion to perform actions such as left tilting, right tilting, forward tilting, backward tilting, and the like, and can also perform lifting and descending actions, so that the lifting portion can carry the neck portion to complete the required movement action.
In order to conveniently control the supporting states of the headrest 5 and the neck pillow 7, the controller is arranged separately from the headrest 5 and the neck pillow 7, the controller is provided with an operating part to obtain an external control command, the controller can be placed at a position close to the hand of a patient, and the adjusting mode of the controller is guided by adopting operations of a button or a rocker and the like and matching with a display element.
Be equipped with pressure sensor and temperature sensor in the fluid bag, lift the portion and be equipped with pressure sensor and temperature sensor, pressure sensor and temperature sensor all insert the controller to temperature data and the pressure data transmission who will gather send the controller.
It can be understood that the telescopic member 10 can be an electric telescopic rod, which is controlled and driven by a servo system; the controller is connected with attitude sensors such as a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and an angle sensor, the supporting attitude and the environment temperature of the positions of the headrest 5 and the neck pillow 7 are obtained, the real-time measurement and control of data such as temperature, angle, height, stress surface and the like of the head and the neck are realized by the controller, the heating component can be configured to ensure the comfort level of the contact position, and the key data statistics and analysis effects are achieved on treatment.
The patient lies and can realize controlling through the controller on treatment bed 1, also can adopt liquid crystal touch screen control operating system, adjusts the comfort level of lying by oneself, adjusts the height of the strong point of shoulder neck, the inclination of strong point, the height of headrest 5 etc. this regulating unit provides power through motor servo.
Meanwhile, the bearing position can be acted through the active actions of the headrest 5 and the neck pillow 7, and the comfort level in the treatment process is improved aiming at acupuncture point physiotherapy and massage of the bearing part, so that the treatment effect is ensured.
Example 2
In another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a physiotherapy apparatus is provided.
The physiotherapy device utilizes the self-adaptive head, neck and shoulder supporting device as in embodiment 1, and further comprises a support plate and a physiotherapy assembly 3, the physiotherapy assembly 3 is combined with the support plate to form a physiotherapy cavity with an opening, a headrest 5 and a neck pillow 7 are placed on the support plate and correspond to the physiotherapy cavity opening, and the physiotherapy cavity is covered by the action area of the physiotherapy assembly 3.
As shown in figures 1-7, the bearing plate is connected with a bearing trolley 2, the physiotherapy assembly 3, the bearing plate, the headrest 5 and the neck pillow 7 are all carried on the bearing trolley 2, and the bearing trolley 2 is provided with a lapping part 8 for connecting an external treatment couch 1.
The physiotherapy is carried out on the head region by the physiotherapy component 3, and when the body receives treatment and health care, the head, the face and the neck are comfortable, acupuncture point physiotherapy and massage are carried out on the head, the face and the neck, the comfort in the treatment process is improved, and the treatment effect is effectively guaranteed.
The physical therapy element 4 can adopt the existing infrared physical therapy element 4, weak laser physical therapy element 4 and the like. The weak laser is directly irradiated to the brain, so that the microcirculation of the brain is improved, the healthy circulation of blood is promoted, and the treatment effect is improved in the auxiliary treatment process.

Claims (10)
1. An adaptive head-neck-shoulder supporting device is characterized by comprising a head pillow and a neck pillow, wherein the head pillow comprises a fluid bag, and the fluid bag is filled with or drained of fluid to change the supporting height of the fluid bag; the neck pillow comprises at least two supporting pieces which are arranged at intervals, one end of the neck supported by all the supporting pieces jointly forms a lifting part, the supporting pieces are respectively connected with a telescopic piece, and the telescopic pieces are used for driving the supporting pieces to move so as to adjust the inclination angle of the lifting part relative to the horizontal plane.
2. The adaptive neck and shoulder support of claim 1 wherein the neck pillow includes a flexible layer covering the lift portion, the flexible layer deforming in response to movement of the lift portion.
3. The adaptive neck and shoulder support of claim 2 wherein the headrest is removably attachable to the neck pillow and the flexible layer extends away from the headrest to form a shoulder rest.
4. The adaptive neck and shoulder supporting device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the supporting member corresponding to the protruding portion is a curved lifting surface for fitting the neck to be supported, and the telescopic member can drive the supporting member to move to adjust the supporting height of the lifting portion.
5. The adaptive neck and shoulder support apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fluid bladder is coupled to a fluid source through a regulator valve, and the telescoping member and the regulator valve are coupled to a controller, respectively, the controller being configured to control the volume of fluid in the fluid bladder and the length of the telescoping member.
6. The adaptive neck and shoulder support of claim 5, wherein the controller is spaced apart from the head and neck pillows, the controller being provided with an operating portion to obtain external control commands.
7. The adaptive neck and shoulder support of claim 1, wherein a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor are disposed in the fluid bladder, a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor are disposed in the lifting portion, and both the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor are connected to the controller to transmit the collected temperature data and pressure data to the controller.
8. A physiotherapy apparatus comprising an adaptive head, shoulder and neck support apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The physical therapy device according to claim 8, further comprising a carrier plate and a physical therapy module, the physical therapy module combining with the carrier plate to form a physical therapy chamber having an opening, the head rest and the neck rest being disposed on the carrier plate and corresponding to the physical therapy chamber opening, the physical therapy module active region covering the physical therapy chamber.
10. The physiotherapy apparatus of claim 9 wherein the carrier plate is connected to a carrying trolley, the physiotherapy assembly, the carrier plate, the headrest and the neck pillow being carried on the carrying trolley, the carrying trolley being provided with straps for connection to an external treatment couch.
