While the spring 18 is stretched.
When a patient defecates, excrement sequentially passes through the anal canal 3, the guide pipe 4, the fixed cylinder 5 and the movable cylinder 6, and finally enters the excrement receiving bag 7. After the defecation of the patient is finished, the controller starts the electric telescopic rod 28, so that the electric telescopic rod 28 is contracted, the connecting plate 22 and the supporting plate 20 are driven to move upwards, and the excrement receiving bag 7 is gradually supported at the groove 21. At this time, the movable tube 6 gradually loses the pulling force of the excrement receiving bag 7. The spring 18 is reset to slide upwards, the sliding block 15 is pulled to slide upwards along the sliding groove 17, the second rotating shaft is driven to move upwards, and the movable cylinder 6 slides upwards along the fixed cylinder 5. Due to the meshing effect of the third gear 14 and the rack 19, the third gear 14 rotates while moving upwards, so that the second rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the second gear 13 rotates, the first gear 11 rotates through the chain 12, the first rotating shaft rotates, the ring-shaped piece 9 rotates, and the excrement receiving bag 7 is wound on the ring-shaped piece 9, so that the aim of sealing the excrement receiving bag 7 is fulfilled.
When the excrement receiving bag 7 needs to be replaced, the movable cylinder 6 is in an extension state, the annular piece 9 is in a horizontal state due to the weight of excrement in the excrement receiving bag 7, and the excrement receiving bag 7 is not wound on the annular piece 9. The connection pipe 8 is rotated to be separated from the movable cylinder 6, and then a downward force is applied to the movable cylinder 6 so that the movable cylinder 6 does not move upward due to the loss of the gravity of the excreta, thereby maintaining the ring 9 in a horizontal state. The upper part of the faeces collecting bag 7 and the connecting tube 8 are then passed through the ring member 9 from above, whereby the faeces collecting bag 7 is pulled out of the ring member 9 and the faeces collecting bag 7 is removed. A new bag 7 is then mounted on the movable tube 6 via the connecting tube 8, and the bottom end of the bag 7 is passed through the ring 9, after which the movable tube 6 is released.
When no excrement exists in the excrement receiving bag 7, the supporting plate 20 can not support the excrement receiving bag 7 no matter moving upwards or downwards, and the excrement receiving bag 7 has almost no gravity effect, at the moment, the sliding block 15 is positioned at the top of the sliding groove 17, the spring 18 is in a natural state, and the annular piece 9 is in a state of sealing the excrement receiving bag 7. At this time, when the patient urinates, the electric telescopic rod 28 is activated by the controller, so that the electric telescopic rod 28 is extended, and the support plate 20 is moved downward until it contacts the ground. Then, the excrement can be discharged, when the excrement falls into the excrement receiving bag 7 and the part above the annular piece 9, the movable barrel 6 can move downwards under the action of gravity of the excrement, so that the annular piece 9 is changed into a horizontal state, the excrement receiving bag 7 is not wound on the annular piece 9 any more, and the excrement falls into the bottom end of the excrement receiving bag 7.
Preferably, the bottom of the excrement receiving bag 7 is provided with a balancing weight, so that even if excrement does not exist in the excrement receiving bag 7, the movable cylinder 6 moves downwards under the action of gravity of the balancing weight, the annular piece 9 is in a horizontal state, and the excrement receiving bag 7 is not wound on the annular piece 9.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the difference between this embodiment 2 and embodiment 1 is that:
the lifting mechanism includes a support assembly and a ramp bar 24.
The support assembly includes a support plate 20, a connection plate 22.
The upper end face of the supporting plate 20 is provided with a groove 21 at the position which is just abutted against the excrement bag 7. The two connection plates 22 are respectively fixed to both sides of the support plate 20. Two slide bars 23 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the bed body 1. The connecting plate 22 is provided with a perforation, and the slide bar 23 is inserted into the perforation to be in sliding fit with the connecting plate 22. Each of the connection plates 22 is movable up and down along the corresponding slide bar 23.
The inclined surface rods 24 are respectively connected with the corresponding connecting plates 22. The bevel lever 24 includes a first lever segment and a second lever segment, and the first lever segment and the second lever segment are fixedly connected. The first pole section is vertically arranged, and the second pole section is obliquely arranged relative to the first pole section. The second segment of the bevel lever 24 has a second bevel and the web 22 has a first bevel. The second inclined plane is in sliding fit with the first inclined plane. The bevel lever 24 drives the support assembly to move upward through the second bevel and the first bevel.
Both sides of the bed body 1 are provided with through grooves 25. The upper end of the first rod section of the inclined rod 24 passes through the corresponding through groove 25 and is arranged in the through groove 25 in a limiting sliding manner.
A limiting member is disposed at the through groove 25 for limiting the movement of the inclined surface lever 24.
The limiting member comprises a handle 26 and a stop 27. The stop block 27 is fixedly arranged at one end of the through groove 25 of the bed body 1, which is close to the connecting plate 22. The handle 26 is rotatably mounted on the upper end of the first section of the bevel lever 24 to facilitate manual pushing of the bevel lever 24. The handle 26 may be snapped onto the stop 27 to act as a stop for the movement of the bevel lever 24.
The initial handle 26 is snapped onto the stop 7 and the bevel lever 24 supports the connection plate 22. When necessary, the handle 26 is pulled to disengage the handle 26 from the stopper 27. The support plate 20 moves downwardly under the force of gravity and moves the ramp bar 24 along the through slot 25 to an end remote from the stop 27. As the support plate 20 moves downward, the recess 21 gradually disengages from the faeces receiving bag 7, and the faeces receiving bag 7 is no longer supported.
The handle 26 is pushed by hand, the inclined surface rod 24 moves along the through groove 25 to one end close to the stop block 27, the second inclined surface pushes the first inclined surface, the connecting plate 22 slides upwards along the slide rod 23, the handle 26 moves to the vicinity of the stop block 27 at the moment, the inclined surface rod 24 supports the connecting plate 22, and the supporting plate 20 supports the excrement receiving bag 7. The handle 26 is then snapped onto the stop 27. The inclined surface rod 24 can be blocked from moving towards the end far away from the stop block 27, so that the connecting plate 22 is blocked from moving downwards under the action of gravity, and the excrement receiving bag 7 is not supported.
The other portions were the same as in example 1.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and changes may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention.
