Abstract
The invention discloses a base station and a cleaning system. The base station is matched with the cleaning equipment for use, and comprises a shell, a water circulation system and a fan, wherein the water circulation system is formed in the shell, and the water circulation system comprises a condenser; the fan is arranged in the shell and corresponds to the condenser, and is used for taking away condensation heat generated by the condenser; the shell is provided with a first air outlet which is communicated with an outlet of the fan and used for discharging hot air blown by the fan so as to dry the cleaning device. According to the technical scheme, the drying structure is simple, energy consumption is saved, and the drying effect is good.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a base station and a cleaning system.
Background
In the existing base station, the cleaning equipment host machine is required to be dried, so that the wet cleaning equipment host machine is prevented from generating odor and breeding bacteria in the base station. In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the base station 100 is used in combination with a cleaning device, the base station 100 includes a housing 1, a water circulation system 2, and a fan 3, the water circulation system 2 is formed in the housing 1, and the water circulation system 2 includes a condenser 21; the fan 3 is arranged in the shell 1, and the fan 3 is arranged corresponding to the condenser 21 and is used for taking away condensation heat generated by the condenser 21; the shell 1 is provided with a first air outlet 11, and the first air outlet 11 is communicated with an outlet of the fan 3 and is used for discharging hot air blown out by the fan 3 so as to dry the cleaning device.
According to the technical scheme, the first air outlet 11 is formed in the shell 1, the first air outlet 11 is communicated with the outlet of the fan 3, hot air blown out by the fan 3 is discharged to dry the cleaning device, the cleaning device is dried by hot air by utilizing condensation heat generated by the condenser 21 in the existing water circulation system 2 of the base station 100, a heating component does not need to be additionally arranged to generate a heat source, and the heated air is led into the base station 100, so that the drying structure is simple, energy consumption is saved, and a drying effect is good.
It should be noted that, the base station 100 generally has three functions, including: the sewage in the sewage tank of the cleaning device is pumped out, clean water is added to the cleaning device, garbage in the cleaning device is collected, the sewage is evaporated and then condensed by the water circulation system 2 in the base station 100, so that cleaner water is obtained from the sewage to be reused for the cleaning device, and meanwhile, the base station 100 can also condense and collect water vapor in the air like a dehumidifier to obtain clean water, so that the condenser 21 in the base station 100 can be operated even during the returning period of the cleaning device, and the supply of drying hot air can be ensured.
In this embodiment, the base station 100 includes a ventilation duct 4, where the ventilation duct 4 is disposed in the housing 1, and one end of the ventilation duct 4 is connected to the outlet of the fan 3, and the other end is connected to the first air outlet 11. Thus, the fan 3 is arranged at a position where the fan 3 is arranged, without considering that the outlet of the fan 3 is just arranged at the first air outlet 11 of the casing 1, the fan 3 can follow the condenser 21 in the water circulation system 2 to be arranged and fully consider the mutual influence of other structures, and the arrangement is flexible, so that the overall structure arrangement of the base station 100 is not limited.
Since the temperature of the hot air blown by the fan 3 may be too high, if all the parts corresponding to the base station 100 (generally, the bottom of the base station 100 is not specifically limited herein) are led out to perform hot air drying on the cleaning device, the temperature of the parts corresponding to the base station 100 may be too high, thereby affecting the performance of the base station 100.
In this embodiment, the casing 1 is provided with a wind deflector 5 opposite to the second air outlet 12, the wind deflector 5 is configured to disperse the hot air discharged from the second air outlet 12, and the hot air is dispersed and blown out after passing through the wind deflector 5, so as to dissipate heat, and avoid that the hot air is directly discharged out of the base station 100, so that the temperature of the corresponding position outside the base station 100 is too high, and the external facilities of the base station 100 are affected.
Further, the casing 1 has a top, a bottom, and a side portion connecting the top and the bottom, the second air outlet 12 is disposed on the side portion, the wind deflector 5 includes a plate main body 51 and a support 52, the plate main body 51 extends outwards and obliquely downwards from the casing 1 so as to correspond to the outlet direction and the upper portion of the second air outlet 12, the support 52 extends outwards from the casing 1 to the plate main body 51 so as to support the plate main body 51, and thus, hot air is blocked by the plate main body 51 and then is redispersed and blown out from the lower portion of the plate main body 51, so that heat is dissipated, and the support 52 prevents the plate main body 51 from being deformed or damaged due to impact of the hot air, and ensures that the structure of the wind deflector 5 is durable and reliable.
In this embodiment, the ventilation duct 4 has the stoving wind channel section 42 that is located between the bypass port 41 and the first air outlet 11, the stoving wind channel section 42 is including two at least stoving branches 421 that are parallel to each other and set up, casing 1 corresponds to be equipped with two at least first air outlet 11, one the export of stoving branch 421 communicates respectively one first air outlet 11, so set up, a plurality of stoving branches 421 correspond a plurality of first air outlets 11, can carry out comprehensive stoving to the mop, improve drying effect.

The present invention also provides a cleaning system comprising a cleaning device comprising a mop, and a base station 100 as described above. Claims (10)
1. A base station for use with a cleaning apparatus, the base station comprising:
A housing;
a water circulation system formed in the housing, the water circulation system including a condenser; and
The fan is arranged in the shell and corresponds to the condenser and is used for taking away condensation heat generated by the condenser;
the shell is provided with a first air outlet which is communicated with an outlet of the fan and used for discharging hot air blown out by the fan so as to dry the dragging piece of the cleaning equipment through hot air;
the shell is also provided with a second air outlet which is communicated with the outlet of the fan and used for discharging redundant hot air except hot air drying of the cleaning device cleaning piece.
2. The base station of claim 1, wherein the base station comprises a vent conduit disposed within the housing, one end of the vent conduit being in communication with the outlet of the blower and the other end being in communication with the first air outlet.
3. The base station of claim 2, wherein a bypass port is provided in a side wall of the ventilation duct, and the second air outlet communicates with the bypass port.
4. The base station of claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a wind deflector relative to the second air outlet, the wind deflector being configured to disperse the hot air exhausted from the second air outlet.
5. The base station of claim 4, wherein the housing has a top, a bottom, and a side connecting the top and the bottom, the second air outlet is provided at the side, the wind deflector includes a plate body extending outwardly and obliquely downwardly from the housing to correspond to an outlet direction of the second air outlet and a bracket extending outwardly from the housing to the plate body to support the plate body.
6. A base station as claimed in claim 3, wherein the ventilation duct has a drying duct section between the bypass opening and the first air outlet, the drying duct section comprising at least two drying branches arranged in parallel with each other, the housing being provided with at least two first air outlets, the outlets of one of the drying branches being respectively connected to one of the first air outlets.
7. The base station of claim 6, wherein the exit of the drying leg is in a diverging configuration.
8. The base station according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first air outlet is located below the second air outlet in an up-down direction.
9. A cleaning system, the cleaning system comprising:
A cleaning device comprising a mop; and
A base station as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The cleaning system of claim 9, wherein the base station includes an infrared emitting assembly for positioning the cleaning device via infrared positioning technology, the cleaning device being movably disposed relative to the base station to have a working position and a return station maintenance position, the mop corresponding to the first air outlet when the cleaning device is in the return station maintenance position to effect hot air drying.
