The detailed structure of the roller type floor cleaning device of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment of the present application:
as shown in FIG. 1, the roller-type surface cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment includes a handle 11, a cleaning head 12, a front cleaning roller 13, a rear cleaning roller 14, and a liquid supply assembly (not shown). The handle bar 11 and the cleaning head 12 are pivotally connected and a user can use the roller-type surface cleaning apparatus by holding the handle bar 11. A front cleaning roller 13 and a rear cleaning roller 14 are provided at the bottom of the cleaning head 12 to contact a surface to be cleaned, and the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 are juxtaposed in the front-rear direction of the cleaning head 12. The liquid supply assembly includes a clean water tank 15, a liquid supply pipe (not shown) and a water pump (not shown) capable of supplying the cleaning liquid in the clean water tank 15 to the front cleaning roller 13 through the liquid supply pipe. The front cleaning roller 13 is internally provided with a first motor 16, the rear cleaning roller 14 is internally provided with a second motor 17, and in the working process of the roller type surface cleaning device, the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 are driven by the first motor 16 and the second motor 17 to rotate and wipe a surface to be cleaned.
As shown in fig. 2, the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 are each provided with a hollow cavity (indicated by a dotted line) inside thereof, and the first motor 16 and the second motor 17 can be accommodated in the hollow cavities of the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14, respectively, so as to be biased inside the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14, so that the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 each have one end close to the motors and one end far from the motors. The first motor 16 and the second motor 17 are respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the cleaner head 12, i.e. one end of the front cleaner roller 13 close to the first motor 16 and one end of the rear cleaner roller 14 far from the second motor 17 are located on the same side of the cleaner head 12.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the motor has a large specific gravity in the weight of the entire cleaning head 12, the motors offset in the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 are respectively installed at the left and right sides of the cleaning head 12, so that the overall gravity of the cleaning head 12 is distributed more evenly in the left and right directions, the center of gravity of the cleaning head 12 approaches to the central vertical plane of the cleaning head 12 perpendicular to the axial direction of the front cleaning roller 13 (and the rear cleaning roller 14), and further, the pressure applied to the cleaning roller 12 in the axial direction is more uniform, the cleaning effect on the surface to be cleaned is more even, and the overall cleaning effect of the surface cleaning device is improved. Meanwhile, the gravity balance enables the surface cleaning device to move more stably in the cleaning process, and the situation that part of users feel uncomfortable due to the fact that the gravity of the whole machine deviates to one side is avoided. In addition, the balancing weight is not needed to be additionally arranged to balance the overall gravity of the cleaning head 12, so that the cost is reduced, and the weight of the whole machine is also reduced.
Wherein, the preferred value range of the ratio of the axial length of first motor 16 to the axial length of preceding cleaning roller 13 is 1/2 to 3/4, correspondingly, the ratio of the axial length of second motor 17 to the axial length of back cleaning roller 14 sets up equally.
Further, each of the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 includes a rotating roller body and a cleaning unit closely fitted to an outer surface of the rotating roller body. As shown in fig. 3, the front cleaning roller 13 is taken as an example, the front cleaning roller 13 includes a front rotating roller body 131 and a front cleaning unit 132 tightly fitted on the outer surface of the front rotating roller body 131 and wrapping the front rotating roller body 131, and during the cleaning operation of the roller type surface cleaning apparatus of this embodiment, the front cleaning unit 132 is deformed by the pressure and the external force from the user, so as to form a friction cleaning surface contacting with the floor, and the friction cleaning surface extends from one end of the front cleaning unit 132 to the other end. Specifically, the width (shown as L in fig. 3) of the frictional cleaning surface 213 is 0.5cm to 5cm. The rear cleaning roller 14 has the same structure as the front cleaning roller 13, and will not be described in detail here.
As shown in fig. 4, the stick 11 has a first swing angle range a and a second swing angle range b in the front-rear direction with respect to the cleaning head 12, an angle between the stick 11 and a horizontal plane within the first swing angle range a is larger than an angle between the stick 11 and a horizontal plane within the second swing angle range b, and the first swing angle range a is larger than the second swing angle range b.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4 in combination, when the stick 11 is located within the first swing angle range a, the cleaning head 12 has a tendency to move forward, and when the stick 12 is located within the second swing angle range b, the cleaning head 12 has a tendency to move backward. Specifically, the front cleaning roller 13 rotates forward (the front cleaning roller 13 rotates counterclockwise in fig. 1), the rear cleaning roller 14 rotates backward (the rear cleaning roller 14 rotates clockwise in fig. 1), and the structural properties such as the material, the size and the like of the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 are completely the same, so that the friction between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned and the friction between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned are the same without being influenced by external factors, or the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 have the same grip.
Firstly, since the liquid supply assembly supplies the cleaning liquid to the front cleaning roller 13, not only the pressure of the front cleaning roller 13 on the surface to be cleaned becomes higher due to the heavier water absorption, but also the adsorption force between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned is enhanced after the water absorption (for example, the towel is not easy to drag after being absorbed with water), so as to enhance the grip of the front cleaning roller 13, in other words, the friction between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned is increased.
Secondly, the pivot shaft 18 of the handle 11 connected with the cleaning head 12 is positioned between the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14, and the distance between the pivot shaft 18 and the front cleaning roller 13 is larger than the distance between the pivot shaft 18 and the rear cleaning roller 14, so that the weight of the handle 11 mainly acts on the rear cleaning roller 14, the pressure of the rear cleaning roller 14 on the ground is increased, and the friction force between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned is increased.
When the lever 11 is in the second swing angle range b, the acting force of the gravity of the lever 11 distributed to the rear cleaning roller 14 is larger and exceeds the influence of the front cleaning roller 13 being stained with water, so that the grip force of the rear cleaning roller 14 is stronger, that is, the friction force between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned is larger than the friction force between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned, so that the force which the cleaning head 12 is subjected to drive the cleaning head to move backwards is larger, and the cleaning head 12 moves backwards under the condition that a user does not apply too large external resistance to the lever 11. In the process of rotating the lever 11 from the second swing angle range b to the first swing angle range a, the force distributed to the rear cleaning roller 14 by the gravity of the lever 11 is gradually reduced, and the force distributed to the front cleaning roller 13 is gradually increased. When the lever 11 is in the first swing angle range a, although the distribution proportion of the gravity of the lever 11 on the rear cleaning roller 14 is larger, due to the fact that the front cleaning roller 13 is wet, and the acting force of the gravity of the lever 11 distributed on the front cleaning roller 13 exceeds the influence of the lever 11 on the rear cleaning roller 14, the grip of the front cleaning roller 13 is stronger, namely the friction between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned is larger than the friction between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned, so that the force to drive the cleaning head 12 to move forward is larger, and the cleaning head 12 moves forward without applying excessive external resistance to the lever 11 by a user.
It should be noted that the weight of the handle bar 11 may be brought about by the liquid supply assembly being disposed on the handle bar 11, or by an additional weight structure.
In addition, it should be noted that, by changing the properties of the materials, the sizes, and the like of the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 (for example, setting the weights of the rotating roller bodies of the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 to be different or setting the materials of the cleaning units of the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 to be different), the weight of the front cleaning roller 13 is made larger than the weight of the rear cleaning roller 14 or the friction coefficient between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned is made larger than the friction coefficient between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned, so that the ground gripping force of the front cleaning roller 13 is stronger when the lever 11 is in the first swing angle range a, and the ground gripping force of the rear cleaning roller 14 is stronger when the lever 11 is in the second swing angle range b. In the case where the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 are different in material or size, the liquid supply unit may be provided or may not be provided.
It should be noted that the front cleaning roller 13 may be rotated backward and the rear cleaning roller 14 may be rotated forward, so that the roller type surface cleaning device is advanced forward when the grip of the rear cleaning roller 14 is stronger than the grip of the front cleaning roller 13, and the roller type surface cleaning device is advanced backward when the grip of the front cleaning roller 13 is stronger than the grip of the rear cleaning roller 14.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the lever 11 has a third swing angle range c in the front-rear direction, the third swing angle range c is between the first swing angle range a and the second swing angle range b, and when the lever 11 is in the third swing angle range c, the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 have the same grip force, and the roller type surface cleaning device is maintained at the current position of the surface to be cleaned without excessive external force applied by the user. The first swing angle range a is equal to (may be substantially equal to) the sum of the second swing angle range b and the third swing angle range c.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, a first swing angle range a is from a position where an angle between the stick 11 and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees to a position where an angle between the stick 11 and the horizontal plane is 85 degrees, a second swing angle range b is from a position where an angle between the stick 11 and the horizontal plane is 5 degrees to a position where an angle between the stick 11 and the horizontal plane is 40 degrees, and a third swing angle range c is from a position where an angle between the stick 11 and the horizontal plane is 40 degrees to a position where an angle between the stick 11 and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the using process of the roller type surface cleaning device of the present embodiment, firstly, the user can keep the lever 11 within the first swing angle range a, so that the roller type surface cleaning device moves forward under the driving of the front cleaning roller 13, and the user does not need to provide excessive pushing force, so that the user is more labor-saving. Then, when a user needs to perform reciprocating mopping on a certain surface to be cleaned, the user can make the handle bar 11 rotate back and forth between the first swing angle range a and the second swing angle range b by moving the arms, during which time, the user can stand or sit on the spot, when the handle bar 11 is in the first swing angle range a, the roller type surface cleaning device moves forward, the user lowers the arms as the roller type surface cleaning device moves forward, the included angle between the handle bar 11 and the horizontal plane gradually decreases, then the handle bar 12 rotates into the second swing angle range b, the roller type surface cleaning device starts to move backward, the user moves back as the roller type surface cleaning device moves back, the included angle between the handle bar 11 and the horizontal plane gradually increases, so that the handle bar 11 rotates again into the first swing angle range a, and as the handle bar 11 rotates back and forth between the first swing angle range a and the second swing angle range b, the roller type surface cleaning device can perform reciprocating mopping on the certain surface to be cleaned. When a user needs to clean the bottom of furniture such as a sofa or a cabinet, the rod 11 of the roller type surface cleaning device needs to be lowered, namely, the rod is located in the second swing angle range b, the roller type surface cleaning device has a backward moving trend, so that the user needs to add a larger pushing force to the rod 11 to enable the roller type surface cleaning device to move forward at the bottom of the furniture, and when the roller type surface cleaning device needs to move backward, the user only needs to loosen the rod 11 without applying a pulling force, and the roller type surface cleaning device can move backward under the driving of the backward cleaning roller 14.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the roller type surface cleaning device of the present embodiment configures the first swing angle range a and the second swing angle range b for the handle bar 11, and enables the cleaning head 12 to move forward when the handle bar 11 is located in the first swing angle range a, and enables the cleaning head 12 to move backward when the handle bar 11 is located in the second swing angle range b, so that a user can control the forward and backward movement of the roller type surface cleaning device by moving the handle bar 11 into the first swing angle range a or the second swing angle range b only through the movable arms, and does not need to additionally apply excessive pushing or pulling force to the handle bar 11, thereby enabling the cleaning work of the user to be more labor-saving, and improving the user experience. Moreover, when the user needs to perform reciprocating mopping on a surface to be cleaned at a certain position, the user can stand or sit on the spot and move the arm along with the movement of the roller type surface cleaning device, and the roller type surface cleaning device can realize reciprocating movement according to the position of the handlebar 11, so that the device is more friendly to the user with inconvenient movement.
Further, when it is necessary to clean the bottom of furniture such as a sofa or a cabinet, although a user needs to apply a pushing force to overcome the driving force of the rear cleaning roller 14, the roller type surface cleaning device can be driven by the rear cleaning roller 14 to exit the bottom of the furniture without applying a pulling force in the process of exiting the bottom of the furniture, and the user can apply a pushing force to the roller type surface cleaning device more easily, so that the cleaning work for the bottom of the furniture is more suitable for the habit of the user.
Second embodiment of the present application:
referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the surfaces of the front cleaning roller 13 and the rear cleaning roller 14 have twisted threads 19, i.e., projections like naps, and the frictional force between the cleaning rollers and the surface to be cleaned is different depending on the state of the twisted threads 19. Specifically, as the original form of the twisted yarn 19 is subjected to more and more pressure, the deformed twisted yarn 19 increases the roughness of the surface of the cleaning roller (as shown in fig. 6 to fig. 7), so that the friction between the cleaning roller and the surface to be cleaned is more and more increased; when the pressure applied to the twisted threads 19 exceeds a certain threshold value, the twisted threads 19 are compressed to a certain degree, so that the twisted threads 19 form a smooth surface together, the pressure applied to the twisted threads 19 is larger than the threshold value, the smooth surface formed by the twisted threads 19 is smoother, the friction force between the cleaning roller and the surface to be cleaned is smaller, and after the twisted threads 19 are compressed to a certain degree (as shown in fig. 8), the change of the friction force between the cleaning roller and the surface to be cleaned along with the increase or decrease of the pressure is no longer obvious.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the twisted threads 19 on the surface of the rear cleaning roller 14 are compressed to the state shown in fig. 8 (the friction between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned is not significantly changed as the pressure is increased or decreased) due to the large force distributed by the weight of the lever 11 received by the rear cleaning roller 14. When the lever 11 is in the second swing angle range b, the pressure applied to the front cleaning roller 13 is small, the twisted yarn 19 of the front cleaning roller 13 is in the state shown in fig. 6, the friction force between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned is also small and smaller than the friction force between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned, and thus the force applied to the cleaning head 12 to drive the cleaning head to move backwards is larger. When the lever 11 rotates from the second swing angle range b to the first swing angle range a, the force distributed by the gravity of the lever 11 to the rear cleaning roller 14 gradually decreases, the force distributed to the front cleaning roller 13 gradually increases, however, the friction force between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned does not change substantially, the twisted wire 19 on the surface of the front cleaning roller 13 changes significantly with the pressure, so that the friction force between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned increases rapidly, and when the lever 11 is in the first swing angle range a, the friction force between the front cleaning roller 13 and the surface to be cleaned is greater than the friction force between the rear cleaning roller 14 and the surface to be cleaned, so that the force to drive the cleaning head 12 to move forward is greater. As the handle bar 11 rotates back and forth between the first swing angle range a and the second swing angle range b, the roller type surface cleaning device can perform back and forth mopping on a surface to be cleaned.
Third embodiment of the present application:
although not shown in the drawings, in the present embodiment, the roller type surface cleaning apparatus is provided with a controller and an angle detection sensor which are communicatively connected, the angle detection sensor is capable of detecting a swing angle of the stick with respect to the cleaning head in a forward and backward direction, and then the controller receives a signal from the angle detection sensor, and when the stick is in a first swing angle range, the controller controls the front cleaning roller and the rear cleaning roller to rotate forward, and when the stick is in a second swing angle range, the controller controls the front cleaning roller and the rear cleaning roller to rotate backward, thereby controlling the cleaning head to move forward or backward according to the swing angle range in which the stick is located.
It is understood that in another possible manner of the present embodiment, when the lever is in the first swing angle range, the controller controls such that the rotation speed of the front cleaning roller is greater than that of the rear cleaning roller to move the cleaning head forward; when the handle bar is in the second swing angle range, the controller controls the rotating speed of the front cleaning roller to be smaller than that of the rear cleaning roller so as to enable the cleaning head to move backwards, and therefore the cleaning head can be controlled to move forwards or backwards according to the swing angle range of the handle bar.
So far, the technical solutions of the present application have been described in connection with the foregoing embodiments, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present application is not limited to these specific embodiments. The technical solutions in the above embodiments can be split and combined, and equivalent changes or substitutions can be made on related technical features by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical principles of the present application, and any changes, equivalents, improvements, and the like made within the technical concept and/or technical principles of the present application will fall within the protection scope of the present application.
