The method for accessing the conference system provided by the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a method of accessing a conferencing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method 200 of accessing a conference system includes a terminal device transmitting an access request for a target conference system to a server in operation S210.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target conference system may be a conference system that the terminal device intends to access. The access request may be used to request the terminal device to access the target conference system, so as to share a display screen, audio/video data, and the like in the terminal device with the conference system, and facilitate remote interaction with other conference participants with the conference system.
Then, in operation S220, the server determines a target conference system identifier corresponding to the target conference system after receiving an access request for the target conference system from the terminal device.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the conference system may be registered in advance with the server, and then the server generates the conference system identifier of the conference system. It will be appreciated that the number of conference systems may be one or more. In the case where the number of conference systems is multiple, a corresponding conference system identification may be generated for each of the multiple conference systems for uniquely identifying the conference system.
Illustratively, in this embodiment, 5 to 8 values may be used as the conference system identifier for uniquely identifying one conference room, and the conference system identifier is updated according to the day period.
According to another embodiment of the disclosure, the conference system identifier may be updated periodically, so that the security of the conference system identifier may be improved, and malicious or erroneous connections may be avoided.

In operation S240, after the target conference system receives the target conference system identifier from the server, an ultrasonic signal is generated according to the target conference system identifier.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a target conferencing system identification may be included in the ultrasound signal, for example. The target conferencing system may utilize the ultrasonic signal to carry a target conferencing system identification.
In operation S250, the target conference system periodically transmits an ultrasonic signal.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a target conferencing system may periodically send an ultrasonic signal to the target conferencing system periphery. So that terminal devices around the target conference system can receive the ultrasonic signal. In this embodiment, an audio output device may be included in the conference system, and the audio output device may be used to transmit the ultrasonic signal to the surroundings.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the transmission period of the ultrasonic signal may be set according to actual needs. Illustratively, the length of the ultrasonic signal may be 0.4s, based on which the transmission period may be set to be transmitted once every 0.4 s.
In operation S260, after receiving the ultrasonic signal from the conference system to be confirmed, the terminal device parses the ultrasonic signal to obtain the conference system identifier to be confirmed.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the terminal device receives the ultrasonic signal, it cannot be determined whether the ultrasonic signal is from the target conference system. Based on this, in this embodiment, a sender of the ultrasonic signal received by the terminal device is referred to as a conference system to be confirmed. The conference system identifier of the conference system to be confirmed is called the conference system identifier to be confirmed.
In operation S270, the terminal device sends a conference system identifier to be confirmed to the server.
In operation S280, after receiving the to-be-confirmed conference system identifier from the terminal device, the server determines whether the to-be-confirmed conference system identifier matches the target conference system identifier. And under the condition that the identification of the conference system to be confirmed is matched with the identification of the target conference system, the terminal equipment is accessed into the target conference system. And under the condition that the conference system identification to be confirmed is not matched with the target conference system identification, the terminal equipment is not allowed to access the target conference system.
According to the method for accessing the conference system, the terminal equipment can be automatically accessed into the conference system, and the access speed is high.
According to another embodiment of the disclosure, in a case that an existing terminal device is accessed, the conference system may continue to transmit the ultrasonic signal for access by other terminal devices except the currently accessed terminal device. Other terminal devices except the currently accessed terminal device can be accessed into the conference system according to the ultrasonic signal sent by the conference system. For example, reference may be made to the above description for a specific access method, which is not described herein again. In addition, the conference system can set a quiet period in the sending period of the ultrasonic signals under the condition that the terminal equipment is accessed, the conference system can send the ultrasonic signals in the sending period except for the quiet period, and the sending of the ultrasonic signals is stopped in the quiet period, so that the interference of ultrasonic waves to the equipment can be reduced, and the discomfort caused to human ears is reduced.
A method for accessing a terminal device to a target conference system provided by the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a method of accessing a terminal device to a target conferencing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the method 380 for accessing a terminal device to a target conference system includes the server establishing a matching relationship between the terminal device and the target conference system in operation S381.
In operation S382, the server acquires data to be shared of the terminal device.
In operation S383, the server sends the data to be shared to a target conference system matched with the terminal device according to the matching relationship, and instructs the target conference system to display the data to be shared.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that it is determined that the conference system identifier to be confirmed is matched with the target conference system identifier, the server may establish a matching relationship between the terminal device and the conference system, so as to access the terminal device to the target conference system. After the terminal device accesses the target conference system, the terminal device may send data to be shared to the server. The data to be shared may include, for example, a display screen, audio data, video data, and the like of the terminal device. After receiving the data to be shared of the terminal device, the conference system corresponding to the terminal device may be determined according to the matching relationship. And then sending the data to be shared to the conference system, and indicating the target conference system to display the data to be shared. The conference system can display the data to be shared after receiving the data to be shared. For example, the conference system may display a picture in display picture and video data using a display device, play audio content in audio data and video data using an audio output device, and the like. According to another embodiment of the disclosure, on the basis that the terminal device sends the to-be-confirmed conference system identifier to the server, the terminal device may further send target information to the server, where the target information may include at least one of: account identification, device identification, and network address information. Based on this, the server can receive the target information from the terminal device. And under the condition that the conference system identification to be confirmed is matched with the target conference system identification, checking the target information. And then, under the condition that the target information passes the verification, accessing the terminal equipment into the target conference system. Illustratively, the network address information may include, for example, an IP address, a Mac address, and the like. For example, it may be checked whether the account identity is present in the account blacklist and if the account identity is present in the account blacklist, it is determined that the check is not passed. In this embodiment, for example, it may also be checked whether the device identifier exists in the device blacklist, and if the device identifier exists in the device blacklist, it is determined that the device identifier has not been checked. For example, in this embodiment, it may also be determined whether the network address information is safe, and if the network address information is not safe, the verification is not passed.
In the embodiment, by checking the target information of the terminal equipment, the unsafe equipment can be prevented from accessing the target conference system, and the safety of the equipment during access is improved.
The method for generating an ultrasonic signal according to the target conference system identifier provided by the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 4.
Figure 4 schematically illustrates a flow diagram of a method of generating an ultrasound signal as a function of a target conferencing system identification, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method 440 of generating an ultrasonic signal according to a target conference system identifier includes determining a coding frequency corresponding to each identification code in the target conference system identifier, resulting in a plurality of coding frequencies in operation S441.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the conference system identification may comprise, for example, a plurality of identification codes. Each identification code may be any one of values 0-9. Each value may be for a code frequency.
In operation S442, the original ultrasound is modulated according to the plurality of encoding frequencies, resulting in an ultrasound signal.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, for example, the original ultrasonic wave may be frequency-modulated according to a plurality of encoding frequencies, resulting in an ultrasonic signal. Wherein, the original ultrasonic wave can be set according to actual needs. In this embodiment, the original ultrasonic wave may be a sine wave, for example. The sine wave has the characteristic of fade-in and fade-out, and the ultrasonic signal is obtained by modulating the sine wave, so that the transmission effect of the ultrasonic signal in a conference room can be improved.
The conference system identification shown above is further explained below with reference to specific embodiments. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the following example embodiments are only for the understanding of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
Table 1 illustrates an example of a conference system identification according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Figure BDA0003845842990000091
TABLE 1
As shown in table 1, the conference system identification may comprise, for example, a 10-bit identification code. Wherein, the 1 st bit may be a start flag. Before the conference system identification, a start identification may be set to indicate the start position of the data. The predefined frequency may be the encoding frequency corresponding to bit 1. Wherein the predefined frequency can be set according to actual needs. Bits 2-6 may be a conference system identification code. Bits 7-10 may be redundant error correction codes. The redundant error correction codes may be used to recover the conference system identification when some data is lost in the conference system identification.
Table 2 illustrates an example of correspondence of numerical values of identification codes to encoding frequencies according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 illustrates a diagram of encoding frequencies corresponding to different values according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
Figure BDA0003845842990000101
TABLE 2
As shown in table 2 and fig. 5, each identification code value may correspond to a code frequency. Illustratively, in this embodiment, for compatibility of hardware devices and sensitivity of human ears to sound, a frequency band of 18.9KHz to 19.9KHz may be selected to identify the above values, so as to improve compatibility of hardware devices and reduce influence of sound waves on human ears.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, 40ms may be used as one complete transmission cycle for both recognition accuracy and recognition speed. This means that a complete conference system id needs 40ms × 10bit =0.4s to transmit.
Under the condition that the terminal equipment is not accessed to the conference system, one frame of complete data can be sent every 0.4s, and after one frame of data is completed, the sending of the next frame of data is continued, so that the terminal equipment and the conference system can be matched within 0.6s (assuming that the average waiting time is 0.5 frame) on average.
In the case where the terminal device has access to the conference system, a quiet period of 0.6s may be set, i.e. one frame of data is sent every 1s, to ensure that the terminal device can be matched with the conference system within 1.5s (assuming that the average waiting time is 0.5 frame) on average.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal device may include an image capturing device having an image capturing function. After the terminal device is connected to the conference system, a conflict may occur if the image capturing device in the terminal device and the image capturing device in the conference system operate simultaneously. In addition, the terminal equipment can also comprise audio input equipment and audio output equipment, and has an audio input function and an audio output function. After the terminal device is connected to the conference system, if the audio input device and the audio output device in the terminal device and the audio input device and the audio output device in the conference system operate simultaneously, the problems of echo and howling can be caused. Based on this, the server may, for example, instruct the conference system to turn on the image capture function, the audio input function, and the audio output function, and instruct the terminal device to turn off the image capture function, the audio input function, and the audio output setting function, when the terminal device accesses the target conference system. Therefore, the collision between the devices can be avoided, and the problems of echo and howling can be avoided.
The method for accessing a conference system shown above is further described with reference to fig. 6 in conjunction with a specific embodiment. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following example embodiments are only for the understanding of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
Fig. 6 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an access conferencing system according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
In fig. 6 it is shown that the conference system 61 in the conference room is registered to the server 62, and the server 62 then generates the conference system identification for the conference room. The conference system 61 may include, for example, an audio input device, an audio output device, an image capture device, and the like.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the conference system identifier can be updated periodically, so that the security of the conference system identifier can be improved, and malicious connection or wrong connection can be avoided. Illustratively, in this embodiment, 5 to 8 values may be used as the conference system identifier for uniquely identifying one conference room, and the conference system identifier is updated according to the day period.
When a meeting is needed, a user may enter a meeting room with the terminal device 63, and then send an access request for the meeting room to the server 62 through the terminal device 63. The access request is for requesting access of the terminal device 63 to the conference system 61 in the conference room.
After receiving the access request, the server 62 may generate ultrasonic data according to the conference identification code, and then send the ultrasonic data to the conference system 61 in the conference room. The conference system 61 may generate an ultrasonic signal from the ultrasonic data and then transmit the ultrasonic signal into the conference room. Wherein, the ultrasonic signal carries the conference system identification.
For example, an audio output device may be included in the conference system 61, with which an ultrasonic signal may be emitted to the surroundings. For example, in this embodiment, the conference system 61 may transmit one frame of complete data every 0.4s, and after one frame of data is completed, continue to transmit the next frame of data.
The terminal device 63 receives the ultrasonic signal. And then acquiring the conference system identification according to the ultrasonic signal. And checking whether the conference system identification is correct. If not, data recovery may be performed by redundant error correction codes. In the event that the verification passes, or fails but the conference system identification is successfully recovered, the user identification, device identification, conference identification code, etc. are sent to the server 62 over the network connection.
After the server 62 receives the user identification, the device identification, and the conference identification code, the user identification, the device identification, and the object identification code may be verified. For example, the server 62 may verify the validity of the conference system identifier, verify the security of the associated user and device based on the user identifier, and verify the security of the associated device based on the device identifier. In the case where the verification passes, the matching relationship between the conference system 61 and the terminal device 63 is recorded.
The server 62 then instructs the terminal device 63 to turn off the image capture device, the audio input device, and the audio output device, and instructs the conference system 61 to turn on the image capture device, the audio input device, and the audio output device.
The conference system 61 reduces the transmission cycle of the ultrasonic signal after establishing the matching relationship.
