In addition, the process that the first participant is determined to be in the first social user corresponding to the social network is carried out in the social server, and the privacy and safety of the social user are effectively guaranteed while the social service function is expanded.
Referring to the system shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for implementing conference message synchronization at a first network device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes steps S11, S12, and S13. In step S11, the first network device receives a conference voice message sent by the second network device; in step S12, a first network device determines a first session group corresponding to a first conference in a social network to which the conference voice message belongs, and a first social user corresponding to a first participant in the social network, where the first participant generates the conference voice message in the first conference; in step S13, the first network device sends a first group message corresponding to the conference voice message to the first session group with the identity of the first social user.
In step S11, the first network device receives the conference voice message sent by the second network device. In some embodiments, the conference voice message includes, but is not limited to, a conference voice message for a single participant, a conference voice message for multiple participants. For example, in an online conference, conference voice messages of all participants are acquired through a certain radio device in a conference room and uploaded to a second network device. For another example, in an online conference, the participants join the online conference through respective devices such as mobile phones and computers, and acquire and upload respective conference voice messages to the second network device through the devices.
In step S12, the first network device determines a first session group corresponding to a social network of a first conference to which the conference voice message belongs, and a first social user corresponding to a first participant in the social network, where the first participant generates the conference voice message in the first conference.
In some embodiments, the first network device determines, according to the association information corresponding to the conference voice message, a first session group corresponding to a first conference in a social network to which the conference voice message belongs, and a first social user corresponding to the first participant in the social network. The associated information includes, but is not limited to, an associated conference voice message, conference identification information corresponding to the conference voice message, and device identification information corresponding to the conference voice message. For example, the first network device determines the first session group according to session groups corresponding to other conference voice messages belonging to the same conference. For another example, the first network device determines, according to the conference identification information corresponding to the conference voice message, a first session group that matches the conference identification information. For example, the first network device determines, according to the device identification information corresponding to the conference voice message, a first social user matched with the device identification information in the social network, and then determines, according to the first social user, a corresponding first conversation group. The first network device stores a mapping relationship between a social user account in the social network and device identification information of a device used by the user (for example, a MAC address, a mobile phone number, and the like of the device can uniquely distinguish the device from identification information of other devices).
In step S13, the first network device sends a first group message corresponding to the conference voice message to the first session group with the identity of the first social user. In some embodiments, the first network device may send the conference voice message directly to the first conversation group as a first group message with the identity of the first social user; the conference voice message may also be converted to text information, which is sent as a first group message to the first conversation group in the identity of the first social user. In some embodiments, the first group message is sent to the first conversation group with the identity of the first social robot if there is no corresponding first social user in the social network. For example, if the participant who generated the voice message for the conference did not use the social network or was not registered in the social network, the first network device assigns a social robot in the first conversation group to send the first group message.
In some embodiments, the step S12 includes: step S121 (not shown), the first network device determines, by performing voiceprint spectrum analysis on the conference voice message, a first participant who generates the conference voice message in the first conference, where the first participant includes one or more participants; step S122 (not shown), the first network device determines a first social user corresponding to the first participant in the social network, where social users in the first social user correspond to participants in the first participant one to one; step S123 (not shown), the first network device determines, according to the first social user, a first session group corresponding to the first meeting in the social network, where at least one social user of the first social users participates in the first session group.
In some embodiments, the first network device determines first voiceprint characteristic information of a first participant corresponding to a conference voice message by performing voiceprint spectrum analysis on the conference voice message. And the first network equipment determines a first social user matched with the first voiceprint characteristic information according to the acquired first voiceprint characteristic information. The first voiceprint feature information comprises one or more pieces of voiceprint feature information which correspond to the participant in the first participant one by one, and the social contact users in the first social contact users correspond to the voiceprint feature information in the first voiceprint feature information one by one. In some embodiments, the first network device determining, from the first social user, that the first meeting corresponds to the first session group in the social network includes, but is not limited to: the method comprises the steps that a first network device determines a corresponding first session group according to the session group preset by a first social user and used for synchronizing conference messages; the method comprises the steps that a first network device determines a corresponding first conversation group from conversation groups to which a first social user belongs; the first network equipment determines a corresponding first conversation group according to the conversation group of the history group message corresponding to the history conference voice message of the first social user.
In some embodiments, the step S123 includes: the first network device performs matching among a plurality of session groups of the social network according to one or more social users of the first social users to obtain a first session group corresponding to the first conference in the social network, wherein the first social users are matched with the first session group.
In some embodiments, the first social user matching the first session group comprises at least any one of: at least one of the first social users participating in the first session group; each of the first social users participating in the first session group; among a plurality of session groups that match the first social user, the first session group including the most social users among the first social users; and history group messages corresponding to one or more recent history conference voice messages of the first social user are sent to the first session group.
In some embodiments, the step S123 includes: the first network equipment matches among a plurality of session groups of the social network according to one or more social users of the first social users, and if a hit session group matched with the first social user is obtained, the hit session group is used as a first session group corresponding to the first conference in the social network; otherwise, a new session group is created in the social network according to one or more social users of the first social users to serve as the corresponding first session group of the first conference in the social network.
In some embodiments, if the first network device does not match a corresponding first session group in existing session groups, the first network device may create a new session group in the social network according to one or more of the first social users and associated social users of the one or more social users as the corresponding first session group in the social network for the first conference. The associated social users include, but are not limited to, social users of interest to one or more of the first social users, social users who have had conversations with one or more of the first social users, social users who belong to the same conversation group as one or more of the first social users. The first session group includes one or more of the first social users and one or more of the associated social users.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: step S14 (not shown), if there is a social user that does not join the first session group among the first social users, the first network device adds the social user to the first session group. In some embodiments, if there is a social user who does not join the first session group among the first social users, the first network device may add a social robot corresponding to the social user to the first session group, and send a group message corresponding to the conference voice message of the social user in the first session group instead of the social user through the social robot, so as to facilitate message delivery and ensure privacy and security of the social user and the session group. For example, the first network device determines that the corresponding first social user is "zhangsan" and "liquad" according to the voiceprint feature information matching corresponding to the conference voice message, and determines that the corresponding first conversation group is "plan 1 group", and "zhangsan" in the first social user is not a group member of "plan 1 group", then the first network device adds "zhangsan" of the first social user to the group or only adds a social robot representing "zhangsan" to the group.
In some embodiments, the step S121 includes: the first network equipment carries out voiceprint spectrum analysis on the conference voice message; if the conference voice message contains voiceprint spectrum information of a plurality of persons, decomposing the conference voice message into a plurality of pieces of sub-voice information according to the voiceprint spectrum, wherein the plurality of pieces of sub-voice information respectively correspond to different participants in a first conference, and determining the plurality of participants corresponding to the plurality of pieces of sub-voice information as first participants generating the conference voice message in the first conference; wherein the step S13 includes: and the first network equipment sends a plurality of pieces of first group information corresponding to the sub-pieces of voice information to the first session group respectively in the identity of the corresponding social users in the first social users, wherein the sub-pieces of voice information are in one-to-one correspondence with the social users of the first social users.
In some embodiments, the first network device decomposes the conference voice message based on a time domain or a frequency domain to obtain a plurality of pieces of sub-voice information corresponding to different participants in the first conference. In some embodiments, the decomposing the conference voice message into a plurality of pieces of sub-voice information according to a voiceprint spectrum includes: the method comprises the steps that a first network device cuts conference voice messages into a plurality of voice units according to preset cutting lengths, voiceprint feature information corresponding to the voice units is obtained, the voice units with matching values among the voiceprint feature information higher than preset matching threshold values in the voice units are stored in the same voice set, and all the voice units in the same voice set are spliced to be used as sub-voice information.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above method for decomposing a conference voice message containing voiceprint spectrum information of a plurality of persons is only an example, and other existing or subsequent methods that may be used for decomposing a conference voice message containing voiceprint spectrum information of a plurality of persons, as applicable to this embodiment, should be included in the scope of protection of this embodiment, and are hereby incorporated by reference.
In some embodiments, the first network device may send a plurality of first group messages corresponding to the plurality of pieces of sub-voice information to the first session group at the same time in the identity of a corresponding social user of the first social users; the first group messages may also be sorted according to a preset sorting rule and sent to the first session group in sequence with the identity of a corresponding social user among the first social users. The preset ordering rules include but are not limited to: sequencing according to the speaking times of each social user in the first session group; sequencing according to the initial position of the sub-voice information corresponding to the first group message in the conference voice message; and sorting according to the voice time length of the sub-voice information corresponding to the first group message.
In some embodiments, the step S13 includes: the first network equipment sequences the plurality of pieces of sub voice information according to the initial positions of the sub voice information in the conference voice message; and sending a plurality of first group messages corresponding to the plurality of pieces of sub-voice information to the first session group according to the arrangement sequence and the identity of the corresponding social users in the first social users, wherein the plurality of pieces of sub-voice information correspond to the plurality of social users of the first social users one by one. For example, the first network device decomposes the conference voice message to obtain three voice messages "voice 1", "voice 2" and "voice 3", which correspond to "zhang san", "li xi" and "wang wu" of the social user, respectively. "voice 1" starts from 0'15 "in the conference voice message," voice 2 "starts from 1' 27" in the conference voice message, and "voice 3" starts from 0'58 "in the conference voice message, then in the first talk group, these three voices are uttered in the order of" voice 1"," voice 3", and" voice 2 "on behalf of" zhang san "," wang wu ", and" li quad ", respectively.
In some embodiments, the step S11 includes: a first network device receives a conference voice message sent by a second network device and auxiliary information corresponding to the conference voice message, wherein the auxiliary information comprises conference identification information of a first conference to which the conference voice message belongs or group identification information of a corresponding session group of the first conference in a social network; wherein the step S12 includes: and the first network equipment determines a first session group corresponding to the first conference in the social network according to the auxiliary information, and determines a first social user corresponding to the first participant in the social network according to the session voice message, wherein the first participant generates the conference voice message in the first conference.

In this embodiment, the first network device determines the first session group and then matches in the first session group to determine the first social user, which may reduce the matching range, improve the matching efficiency, and reduce the resource consumption.
In some embodiments, the step S13 includes: if the first social user exists and participates in the first session group, the first network equipment sends a first group message corresponding to the conference voice message to the first session group by the identity of the first social user; otherwise, the first network device sends a first group message corresponding to the conference voice message to the first conference group according to the identity of the first social contact robot corresponding to the first conference. For example, if the social server determines that the matched first social user is "zhang san" and "zhang san" has joined the corresponding first session group according to the voiceprint feature information corresponding to the conference voice message, the social server may directly send the first group message corresponding to the conference voice message in the first session group in the identity of "zhang san", otherwise send the first group message through the identity of the first social robot corresponding to the first conference in the first session group.
In some embodiments, the social bots are one-to-one with the conference, i.e., only one first social bot corresponding to a first conference uses a first social user identification associated with the conference voice message to distinguish the first group message when sending the first group message. For example, if the social server determines that the first social user matching the conference voice message is "zhang sai" and "zhang sai" does not join the corresponding first session group, as shown in the interface diagram of fig. 3, when the first social robot (i.e., robot 1 in fig. 3) sends the first group message, the first social robot may send the first group message after adding the first social user identifier to the first group message (as shown by sending "first group message 1" in fig. 3, and adding the user name "zhang" to the group message), or may label the first group message sent to the first session group (as shown by sending "first group message 2" in fig. 3, and add a message source prompt to the sent group message). For another example, if the social server does not match the corresponding social user according to the first voiceprint feature information corresponding to the conference voice message (for example, the participant who sent the conference voice message does not use the social network), the social server may directly assign the participant a corresponding first social user identifier (for example, "conference user 1") to facilitate distinguishing the sent group message. In some embodiments, the social robots are in one-to-one correspondence with the participants in the conference who do not participate in the first session group, that is, there are multiple first social robots corresponding to the first conference, and referring to the interface diagram shown in fig. 4, the first social robot directly sends the message by using the first social user identifier associated with the conference voice message (for example, the aforementioned first social user "zhang san" or the first social user identifier "conference user 1" assigned by the social server) as its name in the first session group.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: step S15 (not shown), if the first social user exists but does not join the first session group, the first network device adds the first social user to the first session group. For example, the first network device determines that the corresponding first social user is "zhang san" according to the voiceprint feature information matching corresponding to the conference voice message, and determines that "zhang san" is not a group member of the first conversation group, and then the first network device adds the first social user "zhang san" to the group, so that the first social user can conveniently communicate with a group member, which does not participate in the conference, in the first conversation group.
In some embodiments, the first social robot uses name or tag information associated with the first meeting in the first conversation group. For example, there are conference voice messages corresponding to multiple ongoing conferences synchronized in the same conversation group in which a first social robot uses name or tag information associated with the first conference (e.g., using the conference name as the social robot name) to distinguish from social robots corresponding to other conferences.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: step S16 (not shown), the first network device receives a second group message sent by a second group of users in the first session group to the first session; sending the second group message to the second network device for presentation in the first conference.
In some embodiments, the second group of messages includes, but is not limited to, voice messages, text messages, picture messages, video messages. In some embodiments, said presenting in said first meeting comprises, but is not limited to: and playing a corresponding voice message through user equipment corresponding to the participant in the first conference, converting the voice message into a text message, and then presenting the text message on the user equipment corresponding to the participant in the first conference or an available public screen in the first conference, and presenting the picture message and the video message on the user equipment corresponding to the participant in the first conference or the available public screen in the first conference. In some embodiments, user identification information of a second group of users corresponding to the second group of messages, for example, social user names, user equipment identifications, and the like, that can uniquely distinguish the user from other users, is also presented in the first conference.
In some embodiments, said receiving a second group message sent by a second group of users in the first session group to the first conference comprises: and the first network equipment receives a second group message sent by a second group user in the first session group, determines corresponding one or more first session identification information according to the message synchronization operation of the second group user, and sends the second group message and the one or more first session identification information to the second network equipment for presentation in the first session. The message synchronization operations include, but are not limited to: when the second group message is sent, a conference for message synchronization is designated, for example, referring to the interface diagram shown in fig. 5, in response to the message sending operation of the second group user, one or more conferences for conference message synchronization in the conversation group are presented in the message sending interface (the lower right corner in fig. 5). The second group of users can specify one or more conferences for receiving the second group of messages through the checking operation; referring to one or more group messages corresponding to the conference voice message or the first social robot, for example, the second group of users responds to the utterance of "zhang san" in the conference, the second group of users may refer to the first group message corresponding to the "zhang san" conference voice message when sending the message (refer to the interface diagram shown in fig. 6). For another example, if the first social robot corresponding to the first meeting in the first meeting group is "bot a", the second group of users may refer to the first social robot in the form of "@ bot a" when sending the second group message to synchronize the second group message to the first meeting.
In some embodiments, if the message synchronization operation is a conference designated for performing message synchronization when the second group of messages is sent, the first network device determines corresponding one or more first conference identification information according to the conference designated in the message synchronization operation. If the message synchronization operation refers to one or more group messages or one or more social robots corresponding to the conference voice message, the first network device determines one or more corresponding first conferences according to the one or more group messages or the one or more social robots referred to by the second group message, and then determines one or more corresponding first conference identification information according to the one or more first conferences.
In some embodiments, the second group of users includes social users who are not participating in the first meeting. For example, a social user "zhang san" manages a plurality of project groups, wherein there are 2 project group meeting time conflicts, and then "zhang san" can select one of the project groups to participate and follow up another project group meeting in real time through a conversation group; or "zhang san" can handle other project work and follow up with the 2 project group meetings in real time through the conversation group. In the embodiment, the session group further comprises social users who do not participate in the conference, and the social users can know the conference content in real time through the session group and respond to the conference content, so that the users can conveniently participate in the conference decision in real time, the delay of acquiring the conference content is avoided, and the working efficiency of the users is improved.
In some embodiments, the first group message includes meeting indication information regarding the first meeting, wherein the meeting indication information is used to indicate that the first group message is from the first meeting when the first group message is displayed. In some embodiments, the meeting indication information includes, but is not limited to, meeting name information, meeting identification information, group message display mode. The group message display mode includes, but is not limited to, a group message display font, a group message display color. For example, if the meeting indication information includes meeting name information or meeting identification information, the meeting indication information may be taken as a social robot name; or when the first group message is sent, after adding the conference indication information to the first group message, sending the message or marking the first group message sent to the first session group according to the conference indication information to distinguish messages from different conferences, where the distinguishing method is the same as or substantially the same as the method for distinguishing the first group message by using the first social user identifier associated with the conference voice message in the foregoing step S13, and thus, the description is omitted, and the method is included herein by reference. If the conference indication information comprises a group message display mode, e.g. specifying that the group message display color of the first conference is red, the first group message is displayed in a red conversation box in the first conversation group.
