1. A method for reducing online account opening latency, comprising:
the client collects identity information input by a user in an online account opening service scene and sends the identity information to the local server;
the local bank server side determines that account opening business corresponding to the identity information needs to be subjected to cross-bank verification, and sends the identity information to a cross-bank account verification system for account verification;
the client checks the identity of the user in a preset checking mode to determine an identity checking result;
in the process of identity verification of the local bank client, the local bank server receives an account verification result returned by the cross-bank account verification system;
and the local bank server opens an account according to the identity verification result and the account verification result, determines an account opening result and sends the account opening result to the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the client collects identity information input by a user in an online account opening service scenario, and sends the identity information to the local server, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to the online account opening operation of a user at a client, and acquiring identity information input by the user in an online account opening service scene after the user is authorized; the identity information includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining an identity card photo, a mobile phone number, a short message verification code and a binding account number;
and sending the identity information to the local line of service end through an https interface.

The method of claim 2, wherein the step of the local server side determining that the account opening service corresponding to the identity information needs to perform cross-bank verification and sending the identity information to a cross-bank account verification system for account verification comprises:
the local bank server receives the identity information and analyzes whether the binding account number in the identity information belongs to the local bank;
and if the bound account number does not belong to the bank, determining that the account opening service corresponding to the identity information needs to be subjected to cross-bank verification, and sending the identity information to a cross-bank account verification system for account verification.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein performing account verification across bank account verification systems comprises:
the cross-bank account verification system receives the identity information and sends an account collaborative investigation request to a bank to which the binding account number belongs according to the bank to which the binding account number belongs in the identity information;
the bank to which the binding account number belongs checks the corresponding account information according to the binding account number according to the account cooperation request, determines an account cooperation result, and sends the account cooperation result to the cross-bank account verification system;
and the cross-bank account verification system determines an account verification result according to the account consultation result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined verification pattern comprises: face recognition, lip language recognition and action detection.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of the local bank server opening an account according to the identity verification result and the account verification result, determining the account opening result and sending the account opening result to the client comprises:
the server side of the bank checks the identity verification result and the account verification result, and executes an account opening program to determine an account opening result when the identity verification result and the account verification result are both in a passing state;
and sending the account opening result to the client.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and the client displays the account opening result in an online account opening service scene in real time.
8. An apparatus for reducing online account opening latency, comprising:
the identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring identity information input by a user in an online account opening service scene through a client and sending the identity information to the server side in the line;
the cross-bank verification module is used for determining that the account opening service corresponding to the identity information needs cross-bank verification through the local bank server side and sending the identity information to the cross-bank account verification system for account verification;
the identity verification module is used for verifying the identity of the user through the client by using a preset verification mode and determining an identity verification result;
the account verification result receiving module is used for receiving an account verification result returned by the cross-bank account verification system through the local bank server in the identity verification process of the local bank client;
and the account opening result determining module is used for opening an account through the service end of the bank according to the identity verification result and the account verification result, determining an account opening result and sending the account opening result to the client.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the identity information collection module is specifically configured to:
responding to the online account opening operation of a user at a client, and acquiring identity information input by the user in an online account opening service scene after the user is authorized; the identity information comprises: the method comprises the steps of obtaining an identity card photo, a mobile phone number, a short message verification code and a binding account number;
and sending the identity information to the local line of service end through an https interface.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the cross-row validation module is specifically configured to:
the local bank server receives the identity information and analyzes whether the binding account number in the identity information belongs to the local bank;
and if the bound account number does not belong to the bank, determining that the account opening service corresponding to the identity information needs to be subjected to cross-bank verification, and sending the identity information to a cross-bank account verification system for account verification.

the cross-bank account verification system receives the identity information and sends an account consultation request to the bank to which the bound account number belongs according to the bank to which the bound account number belongs in the identity information;

and the cross-bank account verification system determines an account verification result according to the account collaborative result.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the predetermined verification scheme comprises: face recognition, lip language recognition and action detection.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the account opening result determining module is specifically configured to:
the server side of the bank checks the identity verification result and the account verification result, and executes an account opening program to determine an account opening result when the identity verification result and the account verification result are both in a pass state;
and sending the account opening result to the client.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising an account opening result presentation module for presenting the account opening result in the online account opening service scenario in real time by using the client.
15. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
