1. A system for fast ordering based on mobile phone number includes:
the information collection module acquires mobile number data corresponding to the mobile phone number from a communication system, classifies and arranges the mobile number data, arranges the relation between the old man number and the child number in the main and auxiliary card numbers, enables the old man number to correspond to the child number, and establishes a basic data characteristic set;
the data storage module is used for recording and establishing the data storage module and comprises: affiliation data, ordered product data, billing data, address data related to the elderly number information;
the risk module is used for acquiring and storing blacklist data shared with other products inside and outside the communication system, and the blacklist data comprises credit loss personnel and platform data;
the dynamic scoring module is used for dynamically scoring a certain purchasing behavior of a certain number, and sending out an ordering early warning to an ordering party aiming at the number with risk by combining a risk module comprising blacklist data;
and the external ordering interaction module is used for realizing the ordering function including products or services and the setting of a payment mode based on the numbers of the real-name authentication and the main-auxiliary card relation authentication so as to complete the ordering.

The system of claim 1, wherein the information collecting module is used for inquiring the mobile phone number of the elder above 55 years old through the telecommunication business hall system when the mobile number data is acquired from the communication system and classified, and collecting and inputting the number and the relation of the main card together by using the number of the elder as a main key if the number is a sub card.

The system of claim 1, wherein the information collecting module acquires the updated data from the communication system at a regular time every day based on the senior citizen's mobile phone number data, the data update including senior citizen's number sales and a master card change, wherein the regular time is after the business hall finishes the business hours.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein, in the storage data of the storage data module,

the ordered product data comprises an old man number and ordered product information data of a corresponding child number, and the ordered product information data comprises commodity purchasing time, commodity details and a payment mode;
the bill data comprises the monthly ordered bill data of the old number and the corresponding child number, and the bill data comprises credit accounting time, details, amount and incidence relation with the bill of the telecommunication system;
the address data includes delivery address data for purchasing goods of the old man number and the corresponding child number.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the storage data of the storage data module further comprises rating data of a senior number.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the dynamic scoring module has customization and update functionality for scoring rules, the customization and update functionality for scoring rules comprising:
verifying, judging and grading the occurring disputed ordering data by utilizing AI auditing, wherein the grading comprises the following steps: scoring the old number or the order number of the corresponding child number; scoring the platform on which the user subscribes;
when the system judges that the old number with the risk number or the corresponding child number initiates ordering, an ordering early warning is sent to an ordering party; when a normal user initiates a subscription to a subscription platform with risk, the normal user informs the platform of the risk by including short messages or voice.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the foreign-subscription interaction module comprises:
the functions of registration, login, order and after-sale business process realization of at least one orderable platform;
setting a payment mode, wherein the setting of the payment mode comprises setting of deduction of a telecommunication bill and payment of a relative card;
and the customer service processing module is used for processing the customer service problem when the order and payment dispute occurs.

A method for quickly ordering based on mobile phone number is realized based on a system for quickly ordering mobile phone number, and the system comprises: an information collection module, a data storage module, a dynamic scoring module, a risk module and an external ordering interaction module,
the method comprises the following steps:
s101, sending a subscription field to a system for quickly subscribing the mobile phone number by sending a short message or voice to a mobile number to be subscribed, wherein the mobile number comprises an old number;
s102, the system receives the ordering field, judges whether the mobile number is in a real-name system, if the mobile number is in the real-name system, the next step is carried out, and if the mobile number is in the real-name system, the system returns the verification failure information of the real-name system and finishes ordering;

if the mobile number sending the ordering requirement is judged not to be the main card in the step S103-1, the method goes to the step: s103-1-a, inquiring a main card ordering record on a platform which the auxiliary card wants to order, if the main card ordering record can be inquired on the platform, ordering can be carried out, the main card pays for the auxiliary card, and a bill is issued by the main card; if the main card ordering record can not be inquired, the method enters the following steps: s103-2, getting through the ordering process, finishing the ordering and outputting the bill.

An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor and a mobile phone number based fast ordering program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the mobile phone number based fast ordering program realizes the steps of the mobile phone number based fast ordering method according to any one of claims 8 to 10 when being executed by the processor.

A computer storage medium, wherein a mobile phone number based fast-ordering program is stored on the computer storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the computer storage medium implements the steps of the mobile phone number based fast-ordering method according to any one of claims 8 to 10.
