Description

Offline service processing method and device, computer equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of big data processing technologies, and in particular, to an offline service processing method, an offline service processing apparatus, a computer device, a storage medium, and a computer program product.
Background
With the development of mobile technology, many traditional electronic products also begin to increase mobile functions, such as watches, wearable devices, etc. which can only see time in the past, and nowadays, they can also connect to the internet through smart phones or home networks to install various applications such as various weather, news, music, etc. Meanwhile, with the rise of mobile payment of a novel business processing system which effectively combines the internet, terminal equipment and financial institutions, the two-dimension code business processing technology is more and more mature, and people can pay or pay telephone charges, gas, water and electricity and other living charges by displaying the two-dimension codes or scanning the two-dimension codes of merchants. Data shows that by 6 months in 2021, the scale of mobile service processing users in China reaches 8.7 hundred million, which accounts for 86.3 percent of the whole netizen. With the development of internet technology in China and the improvement of the consumption level of people, the mobile payment demand of consumers in different scenes will be continuously increased.
Under this background, financial service applications are installed on electronic products such as watches and wearable devices, and scenes that users display two-dimensional codes through the electronic products to pay for commodities are more and more common, however, the payment mode that the electronic products display the two-dimensional codes is adopted, but a lot of problems also exist. First, if an online payment mode is adopted, an electronic product such as a watch needs to be installed with a SIM card or connected with WIFI, which leads to an increase in cost and complexity, and a limited payment network scenario. Secondly, if an offline payment mode is adopted, because electronic products such as watches and the like are not connected with a network, the safety of electronic equipment such as watches and the like cannot be verified by a server, so that certain fund safety risk occurs in the service processing process.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The offline service processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network.
For example, the offline service processing method is applied to the terminal 102, the terminal 102 obtains the identification information and the offline service information of the service initiating terminal by scanning a service two-dimensional code provided by the service initiating terminal, receives the service information to be processed sent by the service receiving terminal, then the terminal 102 determines the identification information of the main authorization device matched with the identification information of the target account, compares the identification information of the authorization terminal with the identification information of the main authorization device to verify the first authority of the authorization terminal, and compares the identification information of the authorized terminal with the identification information of the service initiating terminal to verify the second authority of the service initiating terminal; and finally, under the condition that the first authority and the second authority are verified, the terminal 102 subtracts a target amount corresponding to the to-be-processed service information from the target account to complete service processing. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices and portable wearable devices, and the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart car-mounted devices, and the like. The portable wearable device can be a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a head-mounted device, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or a server cluster comprised of multiple servers. The terminal 102 and the server 104 may be connected directly or indirectly through wired or wireless communication, such as through a network connection.
For another example, the offline service processing method is applied to the server 104, the terminal 102 scans a service two-dimensional code provided by the service initiating terminal, obtains the identification information and the offline service information of the service initiating terminal, and sends the identification information and the offline service information of the service initiating terminal to the server 104, the server 104 receives the service information to be processed of the service receiving terminal at the same time, then the server 104 determines the identification information of the main authorization device matched with the identification information of the target account, compares the identification information of the authorization terminal with the identification information of the main authorization device to verify the first authority of the authorization terminal, and compares the identification information of the authorized terminal with the identification information of the service initiating terminal to verify the second authority of the service initiating terminal; and finally, under the condition that the first authority and the second authority are verified, the server 104 subtracts a target amount corresponding to the to-be-processed service information from the target account to complete service processing, and stores an actual amount obtained by subtracting the target amount from the target account in a memory. It will be appreciated that the memory may be a separate storage device, or the memory may be located on the server, or the memory may be located on another terminal.
In the embodiment, the acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like of the data all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. In an embodiment, an offline service processing method is provided, and this embodiment is exemplified by applying the offline service processing method to a processor, and it is to be understood that the processor may be located on a terminal or a server. As shown in fig. 2, the offline service processing method includes:
step 202, acquiring identification information of a service initiating terminal, offline service information and to-be-processed service information of a service receiving terminal; the offline service information carries the device binding information and the identification information of the target account.
The service initiating terminal can be any one of intelligent terminals such as watches and wearable equipment, and the identification information of the service initiating terminal is used as a label, can be formed by at least one of letters, characters or numbers, and is used for uniquely identifying the corresponding terminal.
The offline service information is information for supporting the service initiating terminal to perform mobile service processing.
The service receiving terminal can be any one of a mobile phone, an intelligent tablet and other intelligent terminals with a camera scanning function, and the to-be-processed service information of the service receiving terminal refers to a target amount corresponding to the current service processing.
The device binding information may include identification information of a terminal that generates the offline service information, and identification information of a terminal that has a binding relationship with the terminal that generates the offline service information.
As an example, the authorized terminal integrates offline service information into a service two-dimensional code, which is a wireless service processing technology, and the technology can compile an account, service information, a service amount, and the like into a two-dimensional code, issue the two-dimensional code on an electronic or paper carrier, and acquire information contained in the two-dimensional code after identifying the two-dimensional code by using a mobile terminal or a receiving machine.
In this embodiment, the processor obtains, from the service initiating terminal, the identification information corresponding to the service initiating terminal and the offline service information carried by the service initiating terminal by scanning the two-dimensional code displayed by the service initiating terminal, and obtains, from the service receiving terminal, the to-be-processed service information of the service receiving terminal.
And 204, determining the identification information of the main authorization equipment matched with the identification information of the target account, and verifying the first authority of the service initiating terminal according to the equipment binding information and the identification information of the main authorization equipment.
The master authorization device may be a terminal having an operation authority of the target account and the operation authority satisfying a preset condition. The main authorization device corresponding to one target account is unique. The preset condition is that the current operation authority is the highest-level operation authority of the target account.
The first authority verification may be the identity of the terminal generating the offline service information carried by the service initiating terminal.
In this embodiment, the processor verifies the first right of the service initiation terminal according to the identifier information of the master authorization device and the identifier information of the terminal that generates the offline service information in the device binding information.
And step 206, verifying the second authority of the service initiating terminal according to the equipment binding information and the identification information of the service initiating terminal.
The second authority may verify whether the service initiating terminal is a terminal having a binding relationship with the terminal generating the offline service information.
In this embodiment, the processor verifies the second right of the service initiation terminal according to the identifier information of the terminal and the identifier information of the service initiation terminal, which are in a binding relationship with the terminal that generates the offline service information, in the device binding information.
And 208, under the condition that the first authority and the second authority are verified, subtracting a target amount corresponding to the to-be-processed service information from the target account.
In this embodiment, when both the first right and the second right of the service initiating terminal are verified, the processor subtracts the target amount from the target account according to the requirement of the service receiving terminal, so as to complete the service processing.
In the offline service processing method, a service receiving terminal firstly obtains identification information of the service initiating terminal and offline service information provided by the service initiating terminal through a service two-dimensional code displayed by the service initiating terminal, and a processor verifies a first authority of the service initiating terminal according to equipment binding information and identification information of a target account, wherein the equipment binding information and the identification information of the target account are contained in the offline service information after obtaining the identification information of the service initiating terminal, the offline service information provided by the service initiating terminal and the to-be-processed service information of the service receiving terminal.
The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the embodiment all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. As shown in fig. 3, in some possible embodiments, the offline service information further carries service processing authority information;
before step 208, further comprising:
and step 207, verifying the third authority of the service initiating terminal according to the service processing authority information.
The third permission means that the service initiating terminal can perform current service processing by using the offline service information.
In this embodiment, the processor verifies the third permission of the service initiating terminal according to the service processing permission information in the offline service information, so as to determine that the service initiating terminal can perform current service processing by using the offline service information, thereby further improving the security of service processing.
The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the embodiment all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. As shown in fig. 4, in some possible embodiments, the service processing authority information includes valid usage time and amount threshold of the offline service information;
step 207 comprises:
step 402, comparing the real-time and the effective use time of the acquired offline service information;
step 404, comparing the target amount with an amount threshold value;
and step 406, when the real-time is within the effective use time and the target amount does not exceed the amount threshold, the third authority of the service initiating terminal passes verification.
Specifically, the third permission indicates that the offline service information of the service initiating terminal is still in the effective use time, and the target amount corresponding to the service receiving terminal does not exceed the amount threshold set by the authorization terminal.
For example, in the actual processing process, when a user rents the intelligent device, the main authorization device of the target account may generate the offline service information of the rented intelligent device, and the effective usage time of the offline service information may be defined according to the renting time of the user, so as to prevent a subsequent renter of the intelligent device from using the offline service information to perform service processing; for another example, the user may activate an offline service processing authority for the intelligent device of the relative, and generate offline service information with a corresponding amount threshold through the main authorization device of the target account, so as to limit the amount range of the relative performing service processing.
As an example, the offline service information generated by the authorized terminal is set to have a valid usage time of 1 month and 1 day to 1 month and 30 days, and the amount threshold is 500. The processor obtains the off-line service information of the service initiating terminal in 1 day 2 month, and the target amount of the service receiving terminal is 1000, then the processor can draw a conclusion that the off-line service information of the service initiating terminal exceeds the effective use time, and the amount threshold of the off-line service information is smaller than the target amount of the service receiving terminal, so that the third permission verification of the current service initiating terminal fails, and at this time, the processor can send an alarm through the service receiving terminal and/or the service initiating terminal to prompt that the permission of the service initiating terminal is expired and the target amount of the service receiving terminal exceeds the amount threshold.
In this embodiment, the processor compares the real-time of receiving the offline service information with the effective use time corresponding to the offline service information, when the real-time is within the effective use time, the processor further compares the amount threshold corresponding to the offline service information with the target amount of the service receiving terminal, and when the amount threshold is greater than or equal to the target amount, the processor considers that the third permission verification of the service initiating terminal is successful. Through the setting, the time and the upper limit of the amount of the service processing can be limited, the situation that when the intelligent device has the belonged right alternation, the off-line service information is used by other people is prevented, and meanwhile, the amount of the single service processing is prevented from exceeding the preset amount of a user.
The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the embodiment all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. In some possible embodiments, the device binding information includes identification information of the authorization terminal and identification information of the authorized terminal, and the authorized terminal can obtain offline service information corresponding to the target account from the authorization terminal;
verifying the first authority of the service initiating terminal according to the equipment binding information and the identification information of the main authorization equipment, comprising:
comparing the identification information of the authorization terminal with the identification information of the main authorization equipment to verify the first authority of the service initiating terminal;
verifying the second authority of the service initiating terminal according to the equipment binding information and the identification information of the service initiating terminal, comprising:
and comparing the identification information of the authorized terminal with the identification information of the service initiating terminal to verify the second authority of the service initiating terminal.
The device binding information includes identification information of the authorized terminal and identification information of the authorized terminal, and the identification information of the authorized terminal may be composed of at least one of letters, characters or numbers, and are used to respectively mark the unique corresponding terminals.
The authorization terminal is a terminal which has the operation authority of a target account and meets the preset conditions when being bound with the authorized terminal, and a user can realize the butt joint with a bank in a mode of logging in the target account on the authorization terminal and use the service of the bank on the authorization terminal. For example, the preset condition may be that the current operation authority is the highest level operation authority of the target account.
The authorized terminal is a terminal capable of being connected with the authorization terminal by wire and receiving offline service information generated by the authorization terminal, and the authorized terminal and the authorization terminal can communicate through a network and can also realize data transmission in Near Field Communication (nfc) or other manners.
As an example, the authorized terminal integrates offline service information into a service two-dimensional code, which is a wireless service processing technology, and the technology can compile account, service information, service amount, and the like into a two-dimensional code, issue the two-dimensional code on an electronic or paper carrier, and acquire information contained in the two-dimensional code after identifying the two-dimensional code by using the mobile terminal or the receiving machine. Further, when the authorized terminal displays the service two-dimensional code, the service two-dimensional code is attached with the identification information of the service initiating terminal, so as to identify the terminal information for displaying the service two-dimensional code.
The service two-dimension code is an offline two-dimension code to support an authorized terminal to perform offline service processing.
The processor of this embodiment prestores the one-to-one mapping relationship between the identification information of the service initiating terminal, the identification information of the authorizing terminal, the identification information of the authorized terminal, and the plurality of terminals.
In this embodiment, the service receiving terminal may obtain the offline service information included in the service two-dimensional code by scanning the service two-dimensional code displayed by the service initiating terminal; and simultaneously acquiring the identification information of the service initiating terminal carried on the service two-dimensional code. Further, the service receiving terminal sends the offline service information, the identification information of the service initiating terminal and the service information to be processed to the processor together.
The first permission refers to that the authorization terminal is still the main authorization device corresponding to the target account.
The processor of this embodiment prestores a one-to-one mapping relationship between the identification information and the plurality of master authorization devices.
In the actual using process, as the user changes the used device and the like, the target account may have a situation that the corresponding terminal with the highest level operation authority is frequently changed, so when the processor receives the offline service information, first, the main authorization device corresponding to the target account identifier needs to be matched from the mapping tables of the pre-stored account and the main authorization device according to the identifier information of the target account, and then, according to the matched main authorization device, the identifier information of the main authorization device is matched from the mapping tables of the pre-stored identifier information and the plurality of main authorization devices, and the identifier information of the authorization terminal carried by the authorized terminal is matched with the main authorization device currently corresponding to the target account, so as to prevent the terminal which is not the main authorization device from still using the offline service information generated in the past to perform service processing, which causes user loss.
As an example, a user logs in a target account at a terminal a and completes a series of strong security verifications, such as face refreshing, short message verification codes, and the like, at this time, the terminal a may consider that the terminal a has the highest level operation authority of the target account, that is, the terminal a is used as a main authorization device corresponding to the target account at present, further, if the user logs in the target account at a terminal B again and completes a series of strong security verifications again, at this time, the main authorization device corresponding to the target account is changed to the terminal B, and the operation authority of the terminal a no longer meets preset conditions.
Therefore, when the terminal a is the main authorization device corresponding to the target account, if the terminal a is bound with the terminal C, the terminal a can generate the offline service information corresponding to the target account and send the offline service information, the identification information of the terminal a and the identification information of the terminal C to the terminal C, and the terminal C can therefore perform offline service processing by using the offline service information; if the user changes the main authorization device corresponding to the target account into the terminal B, the offline service information generated by the terminal a before has no permission for service processing any more, when the processor receives the offline service information of the terminal C, the identifier information of the terminal a carried by the terminal C needs to be matched with the main authorization device corresponding to the target account currently, that is, the device B, and the matching fails, at this time, the terminal B cannot perform offline service processing any more, and the processor may send an alarm to prompt that the service processing fails, for example, through the service receiving terminal.
In this embodiment, the processor obtains the identification information of the main authorization device corresponding to the target account at present, and matches the identification information with the identification information of the authorization terminal in the offline service information to determine whether the authorization terminal is still the main authorization device corresponding to the target account, so as to prevent the terminal that is not the main authorization device from still using the previously generated offline service information to perform service processing, and ensure that the offline service information of the authorized terminal is still valid and usable.
The second permission means that the service initiating terminal is an authorized terminal.
In the actual using process, the service two-dimensional code generated by the authorized terminal according to the off-line service information may be stolen by an unauthorized third-party terminal, and at this moment, the processor needs to judge whether the service initiating terminal displaying the service two-dimensional code is still an authorized terminal bound with the authorized terminal, so as to prevent the unauthorized third-party terminal from stealing the off-line service information to perform service processing, and thus, the amount on the target account is used by an unauthorized user. If the identification information of the service initiating terminal is not consistent with the identification information of the authorized terminal, the fact that the off-line service information is stolen by an unauthorized third-party terminal can be known, namely, a user requiring service processing is not authorized currently, and at the moment, the processor can send an alarm through the service receiving terminal and/or the service initiating terminal so as to prompt that the service initiating terminal does not have the authority to perform service processing.
In this embodiment, the processor compares the identification information of the authorized terminal with the identification information of the service initiating terminal to ensure that the service initiating terminal is the terminal bound by the authorized terminal, and when the identification information of the authorized terminal is the same as the identification information of the service initiating terminal, the second authority of the authorized terminal is considered to pass the verification.
In this embodiment, when the processor determines that the authorization terminal is still the main authorization device corresponding to the target account and the service initiating terminal is the authorized terminal bound to the authorization terminal, the processor subtracts the target amount from the target account according to the requirement of the service receiving terminal, thereby completing the service processing.
In the offline service processing method, a service receiving terminal firstly acquires identification information of the service initiating terminal and offline service information provided by the service initiating terminal through a service two-dimensional code displayed by the service initiating terminal, a processor acquires the identification information of the service initiating terminal, the offline service information provided by the service initiating terminal and service information to be processed of the service receiving terminal from the service receiving terminal, verifies a first authority of the authorizing terminal according to the identification information of the authorizing terminal and the identification information of a target account which are contained in the offline service information, and then verifies a second authority of the service initiating terminal according to the identification information of an authorized terminal which is contained in the offline service information, so that a terminal which is not a main authorizing device still performs service processing by using the offline service information which is generated in the past, the offline service information of the authorized terminal is ensured to be still effectively usable, the offline service information of the authorized terminal is prevented from being stolen for use by an unauthorized third party terminal, and the service processing method performs safety verification of service processing from multiple dimensions, effectively improves the safety of service processing while the offline service processing is not influenced, and the safety of the target account is ensured.
The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the embodiment all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. In some possible embodiments, the offline service processing method further includes:
when a service stop instruction for an authorized terminal is received, and/or
And when receiving a binding release instruction aiming at the authorized terminal and the authorization terminal, stopping the service processing and prompting that the service processing fails.
The service stop instruction refers to an instruction for stopping the service processing permission of the authorized terminal, which is sent by the user through the main authorization device of the target account, that is, the instruction can be directly understood that the identification information of the authorized terminal does not exist in the offline service processing information.
The binding release instruction refers to an instruction which is sent by the user through the main authorization device of the target account and ends binding of the authorization terminal and the authorized terminal, that is, the instruction can be directly understood that the identification information of the authorization terminal does not exist in the offline service processing information.
Further, after receiving the service stop instruction, the processor may directly perform step 202 again if receiving a service recovery instruction for recovering the service processing permission of the current service initiating terminal, and after receiving the binding release instruction, the processor needs the user to re-bind the current service initiating terminal through the main authorization device of the target account and re-generate the corresponding offline service information.
In this embodiment, when receiving a service stop instruction sent by a user through a master authorization device of a target account, a processor may directly consider that the second permission verification of the current service initiating terminal fails, at this time, stop service processing, and send an alarm through a service receiving terminal and/or the service initiating terminal to prompt that the processing permission of the service initiating terminal is suspended; when receiving a binding release instruction sent by a user through the main authorization device of the target account, the processor can directly consider that the first permission verification of the authorization terminal fails, stop service processing at the moment, and send an alarm through the service receiving terminal and/or the service initiating terminal to prompt that the service initiating terminal does not have a bound authorization terminal.
The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the embodiment all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. As shown in fig. 5, in some possible embodiments, before step 202, the method further includes:
step 201, binding the identification information of the authorized terminal with the identification information of the authorized terminal.
As an example, the processor binds the authorized terminal and the authorized terminal corresponding to the binding instruction according to the received binding instruction, that is, the authorized terminal and the authorized terminal corresponding to the binding instruction generate and store a corresponding mapping relationship. Wherein the binding instruction is issued by the authorized terminal.
Specifically, each authorized terminal can only bind one corresponding authorized terminal, and one authorized terminal can bind at least one authorized terminal.
In this embodiment, the processor binds the authorized terminal and the authorized terminal according to the operation of the user.
The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the embodiment all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. In some possible embodiments, step 201 includes:
and when the authorized terminal does not have a bound terminal and the identification information of the authorized terminal is matched with the identification information of the main authorization device corresponding to the target account, binding the authorized terminal with the authorization terminal.
Specifically, each authorized terminal can only bind one corresponding authorized terminal, so that before the processor binds the authorized terminal and the authorized terminal according to the received binding instruction, whether the authorized terminal has a bound terminal needs to be judged, if yes, the processor can send an alarm through the authorized terminal to prompt a user to remove the binding relation of the current authorized terminal, if not, the processor further judges whether the authorized terminal sending the binding instruction is a main authorized device corresponding to the target account, if yes, the binding is completed, and if not, the processor can send an alarm through the authorized terminal to prompt the user to change the operation permission of the current authorized device.
In the embodiment, the processor binds the main authorization device of the target account as the authorization terminal with the authorized terminal only when the binding instruction sent by the main authorization device of the target account is received and the authorized terminal corresponding to the binding instruction does not generate the binding relationship.
The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the embodiment all conform to relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, step 201 includes:
step 602, receiving a binding instruction sent by an authorized terminal;
