Abstract

The invention provides an electronic device with an image extraction function and a shielding component thereof. The electronic device with the image extraction function comprises a device shell, an image extraction unit and a shielding component. The device shell comprises a first sliding chute and a second sliding chute. The image extraction unit is arranged in the device shell and comprises a lens, and the lens is suitable for extracting an external image. The shielding component is arranged in the device shell in a sliding mode and comprises a first limiting convex block and a second limiting convex block, the first limiting convex block is inserted into the first sliding groove, the second limiting convex block is inserted into the second sliding groove, the shielding component is suitable for sliding between a first component position and a second component position, and relative to the lens, the first limiting convex block and the second limiting convex block are positioned on the same side of the image extraction unit.

Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device, and more particularly, to an electronic device with an image capturing function.
Background
A known electronic device such as a notebook computer has an image extracting unit for extracting an external image. However, in order to protect the privacy of the user, the known notebook computer has a slidable shielding member adapted to shield the image capturing unit. However, known shading members are relatively large in size in order to avoid interference with other adjacent elements. Therefore, it is not suitable for electronic devices with narrow bezel design.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an electronic device with an image capturing function and a shielding component thereof, so as to solve at least one of the above problems.
An embodiment of the present invention is directed to an electronic device with an image capturing function, which includes a device housing, an image capturing unit, and a shielding member. The device shell comprises a first sliding chute and a second sliding chute. The image extraction unit is arranged in the device shell and comprises a lens, and the lens is suitable for extracting an external image. The shielding component is slidably arranged in the device shell and comprises a first limiting convex block and a second limiting convex block, the first limiting convex block is inserted into the first sliding groove, the second limiting convex block is inserted into the second sliding groove, the shielding component is suitable for sliding between a first component position and a second component position along a first direction, when the shielding component is positioned at the first component position, the lens is suitable for extracting the external image, when the shielding component is positioned at the second component position, the lens is shielded by the shielding component, wherein relative to the lens, the first limiting convex block and the second limiting convex block are positioned at the same side of the image extracting unit, the first limiting convex block and the second limiting convex block limit the freedom degree of the shielding component in a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an electronic device with an image extraction function according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, the electronic device may include a cover C of a notebook computer. The cover C has a screen glass 9 and a device housing 1.
Fig. 2A is an exploded view of an electronic device with an image capturing function according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2B is a detail of the device housing according to the embodiment of the present invention. With reference to fig. 2A and 2B, the electronic device (shown here as flip cover C) includes a device housing 1, an image capturing unit 2, and a shielding member 3. The device housing 1 comprises a back cover 12. The screen glass 9 is formed with a glass window 91. The back cover 12 has a first sliding slot 121 and a second sliding slot 122. The image extraction unit 2 is disposed in the device housing 1, and the image extraction unit 2 includes a lens 21, and the lens 21 is adapted to extract an external image through the glass window 91. The shielding member 3 is slidably provided within the device housing 1. In this embodiment, the shielding member 3 is interposed between the screen glass 9 and the device case 1.

Referring to fig. 3, 4A and 4B, in an embodiment, the shielding member 3 further includes a member window 369, the lens 21 is adapted to extract the external image through the member window 396 and the glass window, and the member window 369 is formed in the first extending portion 361.
In this embodiment, the first extending portion 361 includes the component window 369, and the first extending portion 361 has low rigidity and has an elastic deformation capability, so that the hook 34 can be inserted into the third sliding slot 125 through the elastic deformation of the first extending portion 361. In an embodiment of the invention, the first limit bump and the second limit bump limit the degree of freedom of the shielding component in the second direction. 1. An electronic device having an image extraction function, comprising:

The electronic device with image capturing function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the shielding member includes a component positioning portion, the device housing includes a first housing positioning portion and a second housing positioning portion, the component positioning portion engages with the first housing positioning portion when the shielding member is at the first component position, and the component positioning portion engages with the second housing positioning portion when the shielding member is at the second component position.
