An adult diaper side leakage detection device comprises a mounting rack (1), a lifting table (2) and a tray (3); the middle part of the mounting frame (1) is provided with a lifting table (2); a tray (3) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the lifting table (2); the method is characterized in that: the intelligent humidity sensor further comprises a left rubber sleeve (41), a middle rubber sleeve (42), a right rubber sleeve (43), an elastic bag (5), a humidity sensing module (6) and a liquid leakage plate (8); the left side and the right side of the tray (3) are fixedly connected with a limiting rod (31) respectively; a rubber module sleeved with a paper diaper is arranged between the two limiting rods (31); the rubber module consists of a left rubber sleeve (41), a middle rubber sleeve (42) and a right rubber sleeve (43); the left side of the left rubber sleeve (41) is provided with two lifting lug (411) structures; an elastic bag (5) for controlling the rubber module to expand and contract in a reciprocating way is sleeved in the rubber module; an expansion ring (51) structure is arranged in the middle of the elastic bag (5); the left side of the elastic bag (5) is connected with a liquid inlet pipe (52); the upper part of the right side of the elastic bag (5) is provided with a plurality of micropore (53) structures; the upper part of the right side of the right rubber sleeve (43) is fixedly connected with a liquid leakage plate (8) which is tightly clung to the micropore (53) structure; a plurality of through grooves (81) are formed in the liquid leakage plate (8); two humidity sensing modules (6) are fixedly connected to the right side of the right rubber sleeve (43); a main rotating component for driving the rubber module to rotate and performing side leakage test is arranged on the left side of the lifting table (2); the right side of the lifting table (2) is provided with a clamping component for clamping different parts of the rubber module according to different simulations; the upper side and the lower side of the clamping component are respectively provided with a locking component with an angle adjusted;
the main rotating assembly comprises a first fixing frame (101), a first motor (102), a rotating rod (103), a spring telescopic rod (104) and a hanging rod (105); the left side of the mounting frame (1) is fixedly connected with a first fixing frame (101); the upper side of the first fixing frame (101) is fixedly connected with a first motor (102); an output shaft of the first motor (102) is fixedly connected with a rotary rod (103); the front end and the rear end of the rotary rod (103) are fixedly connected with a spring telescopic rod (104) respectively; the telescopic ends of the two spring telescopic rods (104) are fixedly connected with a hanging rod (105) respectively; the two hanging rods (105) are respectively inserted into a lifting lug (411) structure;
the clamping assembly comprises an electric sliding block (201), a second fixing frame (202), a fixing block (203), a second motor (204), a push arm (205), a torsion spring (206), a shaft sleeve (207) and a clamping rod (208); the right side of the mounting frame (1) is connected with an electric sliding block (201) in a sliding way; the upper side of the electric sliding block (201) is fixedly connected with a second fixing frame (202); the left side of the second fixing frame (202) is rotationally connected with a fixing block (203) through a rotating shaft; a second motor (204) is fixedly connected to the right side of the second fixing frame (202); an output shaft of the second motor (204) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft component of the fixed block (203); the upper side and the lower side of the fixed block (203) are respectively connected with a push arm (205) through rotating shafts in a rotating way; two torsion springs (206) are fixedly connected between the two pushing arms (205) and the fixed block (203) respectively, and the torsion springs (206) are sleeved on the outer surface of the rotating shaft part of the adjacent pushing arms (205); the left ends of the two pushing arms (205) are respectively connected with a shaft sleeve (207) through rotating shafts in a rotating way; the left sides of the two shaft sleeves (207) are fixedly connected with a clamping rod (208) respectively; two shaft sleeves (207) are respectively connected with a locking component; the fixed block (203) is connected with the locking component;
the locking component comprises a single sliding block (301), an electric push rod (302), a lock rod (303) and a fisheye bearing (304); the upper side and the lower side of the fixed block (203) are respectively connected with a single sliding block (301) in a sliding way; two electric push rods (302) are fixedly connected to the upper left side of the fixed block (203); the telescopic ends of the two electric push rods (302) are fixedly connected with a single sliding block (301) respectively; the two single sliding blocks (301) are respectively connected with a lock rod (303) through rotating shafts in a rotating way; the right sides of the two shaft sleeves (207) are fixedly connected with a fish-eye bearing (304) respectively; the two lock rods (303) are fixedly connected with ball components of a fish-eye bearing (304) respectively.
