In the invention, after the output shaft of the driving motor 3 is connected with the input shaft of the male rotor 6 through the connecting block 101, because the jacks 102 are arranged at the left and right sides of the middle part in the connecting block 101, and because the uniformly stressed jacks 103 are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the jacks 102, the connecting block 101 is relatively uniform in texture, when the output shaft of the driving motor 3 and the input shaft of the male rotor 6 are both inserted into the jacks 102, the central line of the connecting block 101, the central line of the output shaft of the driving motor 3 and the central line of the input shaft of the male rotor 6 are on the same straight line, and further the connecting block 101 can not generate centrifugal force and vibration when rotating, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the device, reducing noise generated by vibration and realizing the function of environmental protection; when an operator dismantles and cleans the environment-friendly air filter block 114, the operator can rotate the detachable air filter cylinder 112 through the anti-slip sleeve 115 to separate the detachable air filter cylinder 112 from the mounting seat 111, and at the moment, the operator can take the environment-friendly air filter block 114 out of the detachable air filter cylinder 112 for cleaning, and the filter structure can dismantle and clean the environment-friendly air filter block 114 and can be reused, so that the number of replacing the environment-friendly air filter block 114 is greatly reduced, and the environment-friendly function is realized; when environmental protection air filter block 114 uses for a long time, and when taking place the jam, the inside vacuum of intake pipe 116 then can rise, when control panel 123 detects the inside vacuum of intake pipe 116 through jam sensor 117 and rises to the setting value, control panel 123 then can automatic control bee calling organ 122 and lamp bank 126 start, play the effect that sound reminded operating personnel in time to clear up environmental protection air filter block 114 through bee calling organ 122, play light through lamp bank 126 and remind operating personnel in time to clear up environmental protection air filter block 114, the realization is convenient for operating personnel to master the function of the jam condition of environmental protection air filter block 114.

Claims (7)
1. An environment-friendly screw air compressor comprises an installation base (1), wherein four corners of the lower part of the installation base (1) are respectively connected with movable wheels (2) through bolts; the left side of the upper part of the mounting base (1) is connected with a driving motor (3) through a bolt; the right side of the upper part of the mounting base (1) is sequentially connected with supporting legs (5) through bolts from left to right, and a screw-type oil-free air compressor shell (4) is connected between the supporting legs (5) through bolts at the upper part; a male rotor (6) is connected to the transverse bearing at the lower side inside the screw type oil-free air compressor shell (4), and the left end of an input shaft of the male rotor (6) penetrates through the left lower side inside the screw type oil-free air compressor shell (4); the upper side transverse bearing in the screw type oil-free air compressor shell (4) is connected with a female rotor (7), and the female rotor (7) and the male rotor (6) are arranged in a meshing transmission manner; an exhaust pipe (8) is in threaded connection with the opening of the right side in the front of the screw-type oil-free air compressor shell (4), and the screw-type oil-free air compressor is characterized in that the middle part of the upper part of the mounting base (1) is in bolt connection with a protective cover (9) on the left side, and the protective cover (9) is positioned between the driving motor (3) and the screw-type oil-free air compressor shell (4); the inner side of the protective cover (9) is provided with a connecting block structure (10) which is uniformly stressed and convenient to disassemble; the front part of the shell (4) of the screw-type oil-free air compressor is connected with an environment-friendly air filter cylinder structure (11); the upper part of the screw-type oil-free air compressor shell (4) is connected with an acousto-optic prompt operation box structure (12).

The environment-friendly screw air compressor of claim 1, wherein the uniformly stressed easily-disassembled connecting block structure (10) comprises a connecting block (101), the left side and the right side of the middle part inside the connecting block (101) are respectively provided with an inserting hole (102), and the inner walls of the inserting holes (102) are respectively and sequentially and uniformly and integrally connected with uniformly stressed inserting blocks (103) clockwise; the first force transmission slots (104) are respectively arranged at the periphery of the right side inside the output shaft of the driving motor (3), the output shaft of the driving motor (3) is inserted into the jack (102) at the left side through the first force transmission slots (104), and the inner sides of the first force transmission slots (104) are respectively provided with a uniformly stressed insertion block (103); the second force transmission slots (105) are respectively arranged at the periphery of the left side inside the input shaft of the male rotor (6), the input shaft of the male rotor (6) is inserted into the jack (102) at the right side through the second force transmission slots (105), and the inner sides of the second force transmission slots (105) are respectively provided with an even stressed insertion block (103).

The environment-friendly screw air compressor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly air filter cylinder structure (11) comprises a mounting seat (111), a threaded hole is formed in the middle right side inside the mounting seat (111), a detachable air filter cylinder (112) is connected to the threaded hole in a threaded manner, and a stainless steel mesh plate (113) is connected to the right end of the detachable air filter cylinder (112) in a bolted manner; an environment-friendly air filter block (114) is arranged inside the detachable air filter cylinder (112); an anti-slip sleeve (115) is sleeved on the right side of the outer wall of the detachable air filter cylinder (112); an opening at the middle part of the left part of the mounting seat (111) is in threaded connection with an air inlet pipe (116); a blocking sensor (117) is connected with the opening of the middle part of the upper side of the air inlet pipe (116) in a threaded manner.

The environment-friendly screw air compressor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operation box structure (12) with the audible and visual indication comprises an operation box (121), and buzzers (122) are respectively connected to the openings at the middle parts of the front and rear parts inside the operation box (121); a control panel (123) is connected to the middle part of the upper part of the operation box (121) through a screw; an L-shaped connecting frame (124) is connected to the middle part of the left part of the operation box (121) through bolts, an installing plate (125) is connected to the upper end of the vertical section of the L-shaped connecting frame (124) through bolts, and a lamp bank (126) is connected to the middle part of the upper part of the installing plate (125) through bolts; the upper part of the mounting plate (125) is also connected with a lampshade (127) through a screw, and the lampshade (127) covers the outer side of the lamp row (126).
5. Environment-friendly screw air compressor according to claim 2, characterized in that the connecting block (101) is arranged inside the protective cover (9).
6. Environment-friendly screw air compressor as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the rear end of said air intake pipe (116) is screwed into the left opening in the front of the screw oil-free air compressor casing (4).
7. The environmentally friendly screw air compressor of claim 4, wherein the lower part of the operation box (121) is bolted to the middle part of the upper part of the screw oil-free air compressor housing (4).
