エレメントケースf等を大型にしてあり、取外し
等にも手間がかかつて実用上においては利用でき
ない構造をなしている。

ねじ杆21を通すねじ杆挿通孔19を設けた気体
濾過エレメント18を挿入し、吸込管11の前記
エレメントの側腹部分に対応させた立上り部13
に吸込側サイレンサ26を設けたことを特徴とす
るまゆ型二軸真空ポンプの濾過エレメント装着機
構に係り、気体濾過エレメント18をケーシング
2の吸込口4に連結した逆T形吸込管11内に設
けてはいるが該エレメント18には吸込側サイレ
ン26からの冷たい外気が通過するものであるた
め特に耐熱のものを選ぶ必要はなく、しかも小型
のもので充分であるため、製作、取換等を簡単に
行える効果がある。
