The trigger switch is convenient and quick, and can provide better use feeling for users.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the switch assembly 20 further includes a position sensor 24, and the driving mechanism 21 stops operating when the position sensor 24 is triggered during the movement of the cover 23 from the first preset position L1 to the second preset position L2 or from the second preset position L2 to the first preset position L1.
In one embodiment, the position sensor 24 may be a micro switch, the transmission mechanism 22 is driven by the driving mechanism 21 to drive the cover plate 23 to move, and the transmission mechanism 22 is driven by the driving mechanism 21 to move, so that the cover plate can be moved to the first preset position L1 or the second preset position L2.
The transmission mechanism 22 can be in contact with the micro switch, and the driving mechanism 21 is controlled to stop running when the transmission mechanism 22 is in contact with the micro switch. In this way, the movement of the transmission 22 can be stopped and the cover 23 can rest in the preset position, i.e. the first preset position L1 or the second preset position L2.
The position sensor 24 may be a distance sensor, and may control the driving mechanism 21 to stop operating when the distance between a certain structure of the transmission mechanism 22 and the distance sensor is within a threshold value.
In one example, the transmission 22 includes a positioning bracket that follows the movement of the transmission 22 when the drive 21 is in operation.
Specifically, during the movement of the cover plate 23 from the first preset position L1 to the second preset position L2, the positioning bracket also moves, and in the case that the distance between the positioning bracket and the distance sensor is within the threshold value, it can be considered that the cover plate 23 has reached the second preset position L2 or is about to reach the second preset position L2, at which time the driving mechanism 21 stops operating.
It should be noted that the position sensor 24 may be triggered by the transmission mechanism 22, by a component connected to the cover plate 23, or by the cover plate 23 itself, which is not limited herein. The present application illustrates the triggering of the position sensor 24 by the transmission mechanism 22, and the triggering of the position sensor 24 by the transmission mechanism 22 is for convenience of description of the implementation of the present application, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection of the present application.
