In a preferred embodiment of the above washing machine, the washing unit includes: a box body assembly; and a clothes inlet arranged on the box body assembly, wherein when the putting part and the washing part completely enter the target accommodating space, the tray seat is positioned above the box body assembly and covers the clothes inlet.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a washing machine assembly including a mounting part provided with a target receiving space for receiving a split type washing machine, and the split type washing machine of any one of the above; the installation component is a building or furniture device or office equipment or workshop equipment; the target accommodation space is formed on or between at least two of a building, furniture equipment, office equipment, plant equipment.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, by designing the washing machine (taking the pulsator washing machine as an example) into a split structure, i.e., separating the tray and the cabinet assembly of the washing machine, and movably disposing the tray and the cabinet assembly in the target accommodation space, the tray and the cabinet assembly can be respectively and independently pushed into or pulled out of the target accommodation space. Through the structural design, when the washing machine is placed in the target accommodating space, the tray seat can be directly and independently pulled out, detergent/washing powder is put in through the detergent input opening in the tray seat, the box body assembly is directly and independently pulled out, clothes are taken and put in through the clothes input opening in the box body assembly, and the tray seat and the box body assembly are respectively pushed into the target accommodating space after the clothes input operation is completed. The split washing machine disclosed by the invention not only avoids the inconvenience of repeatedly carrying the washing machine when the washing machine is used, can place the washing machine in a use state/non-use state in a limited space, but also can ensure that the washing machine is put in the limited space and is convenient and quick to operate, the use performance of a split structure is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, in order to achieve that the tray and the cabinet assembly of the washing machine can smoothly enter/exit the target accommodating space, a moving part for achieving movement of the tray and the cabinet assembly with respect to the target accommodating space may be flexibly arranged according to the structure and form of the target accommodating space. In one possible embodiment, the moving portion may be provided on a mounting member forming the target accommodation space, and the tray and the cabinet assembly are respectively moved relative to the mounting member by the moving portion. The structure has the advantages that when the washing machine completely enters the target accommodating space, the washing machine and the target accommodating space are integrated, and the compactness of the whole structure of the washing machine assembly is improved. In another possible embodiment, the moving part may be disposed on the tray and/or the case assembly, that is, the moving part is fixed or disposed on the tray and/or the case assembly in an integrally formed manner. The advantage of this structure is that the flexibility of the overall structural design of the washing machine and the adaptability to the target accommodation space can be improved without changing the structure of the washing machine itself according to the structure of the target accommodation space. Of course, the moving part may be partially disposed on the tray and/or the case assembly and partially disposed on the mounting part, for example, when the moving part is a slide rail device, a slide rail may be disposed on the mounting part, and a member engaged with the slide rail may be disposed on the tray and/or the case assembly. The structure has the advantages that the relative position between the disk seat and/or the box body assembly and the mounting part is relatively fixed, and the matching precision of the disk seat and the box body can not be reduced due to repeated operation.
Furthermore, the control panel for realizing interactive operation and controlling washing of the washing machine is arranged on the putting part (such as one side close to a user), compared with the existing structure that the control panel is arranged at the rear part of the top of the washing machine, the control panel can be still conveniently operated when the tray seat and the box body assembly completely enter the target accommodating space, the operation convenience of the washing machine is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Furthermore, the relative displacement of the tray and the box body assembly is detected by a displacement sensor in the control part, and the alarm selectively sends out an alarm signal according to a position signal fed back by the displacement sensor, so that when the washing machine is in a non-washing position (namely, one or both of the tray and the box body assembly does not completely enter the target accommodating space), the control part can prohibit the washing machine from washing operation, and the alarm can prompt a user. And allows the washing machine to perform a washing operation when the washing machine is in a washing position (i.e., both the tray and the cabinet assembly are completely inserted into the target receiving space). Through the structural design, the washing machine can execute the washing operation only at the washing position, so that the problems of splashing of the detergent and/or washing water and safety caused when the washing machine performs the washing operation at a non-washing position are effectively avoided, and the operation reliability of the washing machine is ensured.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the problem of inconvenient operation of users when the existing washing machine is placed in a target accommodating space, the invention provides a split type washing machine, which aims to solve the problem that when the washing machine is placed in the target accommodating space, the operation of putting detergent/washing powder/clothes can be conveniently and quickly carried out without carrying the washing machine, and corresponding washing operation is finished after putting is finished.
The target accommodating space is mainly used for accommodating the washing machine, and can be a space arranged on a building or equipment (specifically comprising furniture equipment, office equipment, workshop equipment and the like); or a space formed between the devices, between the building, or between the devices and the building. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the target receiving space may be a space formed by other fixtures and/or fixtures themselves or combinations therebetween as long as the space can receive the assembled washing machine. The principle of the present invention will be explained below by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a washing machine assembly according to the present invention. The washing machine assembly comprises a washing machine and a mounting part 4 provided with a target receiving space 3, wherein the mounting part 4 can be a building or furniture device or office equipment or workshop equipment, and the structure and the principle of the invention are explained by taking the mounting part 4 as a cabinet as an example. Fig. 2 is a structural schematic view of the split type washing machine of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the split type washing machine of the present invention includes a putting part and a washing part, which are arranged in a separable form from each other, and the putting part and/or the washing part can enter/exit a target accommodation space 3 formed on a cabinet. As described in detail below with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the feeding portion mainly includes a tray base 1 and a detergent feeding port 6 disposed on the tray base 1, and the washing portion mainly includes a cabinet assembly 2 and a laundry feeding port 7 disposed on the cabinet assembly 2, wherein the cabinet assembly 2 mainly includes a washing machine housing, a washing drum and a pulsator inside the housing.
Of course, the washing machine of the present invention is not limited to the pulsator washing machine, and any washing machine having an upper/front type input port is applicable to the present invention, and the type of such washing machine is changed without departing from the basic principle and the scope of protection of the present invention. In addition, the arrangement position and the forming mode of the target accommodating space 3 are not limited to the cabinet, and the space on the wall, or the space between the wall and the wall, or the space on other furniture such as a balcony cabinet can be adopted, and the structural form of the space or the position of the space can be changed without departing from the basic principle and the protection scope of the invention.
In the structural arrangement of the present invention, the actual installation positions of the input part and the washing part may have various arrangement forms. In one possible case, the dispensing part is located above the washing section (this is the case in fig. 2), in which case the user can drop the detergent/laundry liquid directly into the washing section when dispensing it into the dispensing part. In another possible case, the input portion is located at a side of the washing portion (at a left side or a right side of the washing portion in the orientation shown in fig. 1 and 2), in which case, the input portion and the washing portion may be respectively inserted into two sub-spaces of the target receiving space, and at this time, the input portion may be connected to the washing portion through a pipeline so as to introduce the detergent/laundry liquid in the input portion into the washing portion through the pipeline.
Of course, the arrangement form of the input part and the washing part is not limited to the two arrangement forms exemplified above, and any arrangement form capable of completing the input operation through the input part belongs to the technical scheme of the present invention.
Referring now to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view illustrating a loading part of the split type washing machine of the present invention in a pulled-out state, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural view illustrating a washing part of the split type washing machine of the present invention in a pulled-out state. As shown in fig. 3, the dispensing unit mainly includes a dish base 1 and a detergent dispensing opening 6 provided in the dish base 1. The washing machine base is generally a connection part for connecting the upper cover of the washing machine (in the present invention, the upper cover of the washing machine is eliminated, and the top of the target accommodating space is used as the upper cover of the washing machine) and the box assembly. The function of the tray is to prevent the liquid from overflowing from the cabinet assembly during washing in addition to the above-mentioned connection function, and to maintain the balance of the washing machine. As shown in fig. 4, the washing part mainly includes a cabinet assembly 2 and a laundry inlet 7 disposed on the cabinet assembly 2, wherein the cabinet assembly 2 mainly includes a washing machine housing, a washing drum and a pulsator inside the housing, and when the tray 1 and the cabinet assembly 2 are completely inserted into the target accommodating space 3, the tray 1 is located above the cabinet assembly 2 and covers the laundry inlet 7. Of course, the above-mentioned dispensing part includes but is not limited to the structure of the tray base 1, and any structure capable of realizing the operation of dispensing detergent/washing powder can be generalized to the dispensing part, and the specific structure and form of the dispensing part are not changed from the technical solution of the present invention. Similarly, the above washing unit is not limited to the structure of the cabinet assembly 2, any structure capable of washing clothes can be summarized as the washing unit, and the specific structure and form of the washing unit can be changed without departing from the technical solution of the present invention.
The technical scheme of the invention is further elaborated by taking the structure that the feeding part comprises a tray seat 1 and a detergent feeding opening 6, and the washing part comprises a box body assembly 2 and a clothes feeding opening 7 as an example.
Preferably, in order to achieve the purpose that the tray 1 and the cabinet assembly 2 can freely enter and exit the target accommodating space 3, the split type washing machine of the present invention further includes a moving portion through which the tray 1 and/or the cabinet assembly 2 can enter/exit the target accommodating space 3. The specific structure of the moving part can be a slide rail type, a pulley type or a roller type, and any structure capable of realizing the relative movement of the disc seat 1 and/or the box body assembly 2 and the target accommodating space 3 belongs to the technical scheme of the invention.
Alternatively, the moving part includes a first moving device provided on the case assembly 2 and/or the cabinet 4, by which the case assembly 2 can enter/exit the target accommodating space 3. When the first moving device is disposed on the cabinet assembly 2, the washing machine does not need to change its own structure according to the structure of the target accommodating space 3, and the flexibility of the overall structural design of the washing machine can be improved. For example, in a preferred embodiment, the first moving means is a roller structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a roller 9 is provided at the bottom of the case assembly 2, so that the case assembly 2 can move into/out of the target accommodating space 3 through the roller 9. Similarly, a roller 9 may also be provided between the tray 1 and the cabinet assembly 2, so that the tray 1 and the cabinet assembly 2 can be moved relative to each other and thus into/out of the target accommodating space 3 by the roller 9. Of course, the first moving means may employ a sliding means in addition to the rolling means such as the roller 9 described above. In addition, instead of disposing the first moving device on the box assembly 2, the first moving device may be disposed on the cabinet 4, or disposed partially on the box assembly 2 and partially on the cabinet 4, as long as the case assembly 2 can enter/exit the target accommodating space 3 through the disposition of the first moving device.
Optionally, the moving part further comprises a second moving means provided on the tray 1 and/or the cabinet 4, by which the tray 1 can enter/exit the target accommodation space. When the second moving device is disposed on the cabinet 4, the washing machine can be integrated with the target accommodating space 3 when the washing machine completely enters the target accommodating space 3, thereby improving the compactness of the overall structure of the washing machine assembly. For example, in a preferred embodiment, the second moving means is in the form of a slide, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, and a slide 8 slidably coupled to the tray 1 is provided on the cabinet 4, so that the tray 1 can slide into/out of the target accommodating space 3 through the slide 8. Of course, the second moving means may employ rolling means in addition to the above-described sliding means such as the slide 8. Further, instead of providing the second moving device on the cabinet 4, the second moving device may be provided on the tray 1, or may be provided partially on the cabinet 4 and partially on the tray 1, as long as the tray 1 can be moved into/out of the target accommodating space 3 by the provision of the second moving device.
Preferably, the washing machine of the present invention further includes a control part capable of controlling a washing operation of the cabinet assembly 2. The actual installation position of the control part can be located on the tray 1, which is not restrictive, and in the actual design, the control part can flexibly adjust and select the installation position according to the structure of the washing machine, as long as the operation convenience of the washing machine can be improved by changing the position of the control part.
In a preferred embodiment, the control section includes: a control panel 5 disposed on the tray base 1; a displacement sensor electrically connected to the control panel 5 for detecting a relative displacement between the tray 1 and/or the cabinet assembly 2 and the target accommodating space 3; and an alarm electrically connected to the control panel 5, the alarm being capable of selectively issuing an alarm signal according to a position signal fed back to the control panel 5 by the displacement sensor. In addition, in order to realize the interactive operation of the control panel 5 and the user, elements such as a control switch, a timer knob and a display screen can be arranged on the control panel 5. Through above-mentioned structural design, when disk seat 1 and box assembly 2 got into accommodation space completely, the user still can be conveniently operated control panel 5, has further promoted user experience.
Of course, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific structure of the control part is not limited to the above structure, and any structure capable of controlling the cabinet assembly 2 to perform the washing operation and the interactive operation with the user belongs to the technical solution of the present invention.
Preferably, when the displacement sensor detects that both the tray 1 and the cabinet assembly 2 are completely inserted into the target accommodating space 3, the control part allows the cabinet assembly 2 to perform a washing operation; and when the displacement sensor detects that the tray seat 1 and the box body assembly 2 do not completely enter the target accommodating space 3 or one of the tray seat 1 and the box body assembly 2 does not completely enter the target accommodating space 3, the control part does not allow the box body assembly 2 to execute the washing operation, and can selectively control the alarm to send out an alarm signal to remind a user. The setting mode of detecting the relative displacement of the tray seat 1 and the box body assembly 2 (namely the distance between the tray seat 1 and the box body assembly 2 pulled out of the target accommodating space 3) through the displacement sensor and the setting mode of selectively sending out an alarm signal through the alarm can ensure that the washing machine does not execute washing operation when the washing machine is in a non-washing position (namely the tray seat 1 and the box body assembly 2 or one of the tray seat 1 and the box body assembly 2 does not completely enter the accommodating space), and the use safety is further ensured through the mode of prompting a user through the alarm. And the washing machine can perform the washing operation when the washing machine is in the washing position (i.e., both the tray 1 and the cabinet assembly 2 are completely inserted into the receiving space). Through the scheme design, the washing machine can execute the washing operation only at the washing position, and the problems of splashing of clothes, detergent and/or washing water and safety caused by the washing operation of the washing machine at a non-washing position are effectively avoided.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
