Abstract

6×K36WS‑IWR(K)结构压实股钢丝绳生产工艺,包括如下步骤:钢丝绳配丝、捻股、合绳。本发明的钢丝绳金属芯中心股、金属芯皮股和外层皮股均设计成压实股,使钢丝绳内所有股与股之间呈面接触结构状态,且钢丝绳金属填充率更大,钢丝绳结构紧密,耐磨性能好,承载能力大。本发明解决了钢丝绳紧密度不够,钢丝绳皮股与金属芯之间的磨损而出现的早期疲劳断丝等问题,提高了钢丝绳破断拉力,使用寿命得到提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种6×K36WS-IWR(K)结构压实股钢丝绳生产工艺,属于金属制品技术领域。
背景技术
6×K36WS-IWR(K)结构压实股钢丝绳由一根金属芯压实中心股、六股金属芯压实皮股、六股外层绳皮股构成;金属芯压实中心股结构为1XK7,金属芯压实皮股结构为6XK7,外层皮股结构为6XK36WS。该钢丝绳按现有生产工艺,其钢丝绳破断拉力较差,密实性能也不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的是如何提高钢丝绳破断拉力,及钢丝绳密实性能的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
6×K36WS-IWR(K)结构压实股钢丝绳生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、钢丝绳配丝:
金属芯中心股:1.85mm/1.55mm;
金属芯皮股:1.50mm/1.35mm;
外层皮股:2.05 mm /1.45 mm /1.40 mm /1.05 mm /1.70mm;
步骤二、捻股:
采用辊压实加工方式压实各股,金属芯中心股压实前股径4.95mm,捻距37mm,压实后股径4.50mm~4.60mm范围;金属芯皮股压实前股径4.20mm,捻距33mm,压实后股径3.80mm~3.90mm范围;外层皮股压实前股径10.00mm,捻距80mm,压实后股径9.45mm~9.55mm范围,压实后的钢丝与钢丝之间呈面接触状态,且不得出现起棱缺陷;
步骤三、合绳:
金属芯绳的直径12.00mm,捻距68mm,合绳时采用盘式预变性器,预变形器工作辊径为15mm,预变形器参数为:辊端距为55mm,压下量为13mm;
成品绳的直径30.00mm,捻距180mm,合绳采用盘式预变性器,预变形器工作辊径为30mm,预变形器参数为:辊端距为145mm,压下量为23mm,拆股变形率为86~91%。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
1)采用本发明生产的钢丝绳金属截面积大——同股径、同绳径、同样的生产工艺下6×K36WS-IWR(K)结构钢丝绳金属截面积比普通圆股6×36WS-IWR钢丝绳金属截面积大11%。
2)采用本发明生产的钢丝绳破断拉力总和大——同股径、同绳径、同样的生产工艺、同强度等级下6×K36WS-IWR(K)结构钢丝绳破断拉力总和比普通圆股6×36WS-IWR钢丝绳破断拉力总高11%。

步骤一、钢丝绳配丝:
金属芯中心股1:1.85mm/1.55mm;
金属芯皮股2:1.50mm/1.35mm;

1.一种6×K36WS-IWR(K)结构压实股钢丝绳生产工艺,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:
步骤一、钢丝绳配丝:
金属芯中心股(1):1.85mm/1.55mm;
金属芯皮股(2):1.50mm/1.35mm;
外层皮股(3):2.05 mm /1.45 mm /1.40 mm /1.05 mm /1.70mm;
步骤二、捻股:
采用辊压实加工方式压实各股,金属芯中心股(1)压实前股径4.95mm,捻距37mm,压实后股径4.50mm~4.60mm范围;金属芯皮股(2)压实前股径4.20mm,捻距33mm,压实后股径3.80mm~3.90mm范围;外层皮股(3)压实前股径10.00mm,捻距80mm,压实后股径9.45mm~9.55mm范围,压实后的钢丝与钢丝之间呈面接触状态,且不得出现起棱缺陷;
步骤三、合绳:
