The center of the bottom of the elastic ink bottle 20 protrudes upward, so that the bottom of the elastic ink bottle 20 is conical. The conical bottom portion guides the free end of the tube 22 extending into the bottle to naturally extend to a line of the circumference of the bottom of the flexible ink bottle 20 at the lowest position, thereby ensuring maximum drawing of residual ink.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the number of the top sheets 213 is 3, and the number of the top sheets can be set as desired.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a diversion seat 21 according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, a conical groove 2121 is formed at the top of the convex portion 212, and the bottom of the groove 2121 is connected to the ink outlet 211. This makes the top of the protrusion 212 funnel-shaped to facilitate the ink backflow and avoid ink residue.
With continued reference to fig. 9 and 10, when the ink pen 100 capable of adding ink needs to add ink, the bottle cap 23 of the ink adding device 200 is removed, the pen 100 capable of adding ink is erected, the pen tail plug 13 of the pen 100 capable of adding ink is aligned with the diversion seat 21 of the ink adding device 200, then the convex part 212 of the diversion seat 21 is inserted into the concave part 134 of the pen tail plug 13 of the pen 100 capable of adding ink, at this time, the top plate 213 passes through the liquid passing window 133 to push the piston 122 to move in the direction away from the limiting part 132, so that the sealing plug 131 is separated from the ink adding hole 124, and at this time, the ink adding operation can be performed.
When the bottle body of the elastic ink bottle 20 is pressed in the directions indicated by the arrows on both sides of the elastic ink bottle 20 in fig. 9, the air pressure in the bottle rises, and the ink flows in the directions indicated by the arrows in fig. 9 and 10, and the ink in the elastic ink bottle 20 flows out from the ink outlet 211 through the flow guide tube 22, passes through the liquid passing window 133, passes through the ink filling hole 124 of the pen 100 capable of filling ink, passes through the ink filling tube 14, and enters the internal ink storage chamber 101. When the elastic ink bottle 20 is released, the air pressure in the bottle drops suddenly, and all the ink in the passage through which the ink flows and the air in the ink storage cavity 101 are drawn back to the elastic ink bottle 20, thereby completing the ink adding process. The body of the flexible ink bottle 20 is repeatedly squeezed and released to complete the ink filling process for a plurality of times until the ink level in the ink storage chamber 101 is flush with the free end of the ink filling tube 14, and the ink filling is declared to be completed.
The pen 100 capable of adding ink of the invention, the pen tail plug 13 and the piston valve 12 are matched to be made into a conductive structure with a normally closed valve, the pen tail plug 13 is inserted on the ink adding device 200 of the invention, and the ink can ascend by extruding the bottle body of the elastic ink bottle 20, thereby replenishing the ink storage cavity 101 of the pen 100 capable of adding ink. The invention can obviously improve the ink adding efficiency and eliminate the dirt risk when the user operates, greatly prolongs the service life of the pen, improves the utilization efficiency of non-renewable resources such as plastics and the like, and greatly reduces the environmental pollution of plastics and ink residues caused by discarding writing tools or ink bags.
As described above, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the invention is not intended to be limited to these specific details. Equivalent or similar changes in the structure and features of the exemplary embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which shall also fall within the scope of the protection defined by the claims appended hereto.
