本发明公开了一种冰丝触感面料,其技术方案包括:冰丝层和玉米纤维层,所述冰丝层上表面安装有玉米纤维层,所述玉米纤维层上表面安装有银离子杀菌层,所述银离子杀菌层上表面安装有大豆蛋白纤维层,所述大豆蛋白纤维层上表面安装有吸湿层,所述吸湿层上表面安装有竹纤维层,所述竹纤维层上表面安装有丽塞纤维层,所述吸湿层内部安装有吸湿排汗纤维A和吸湿排汗纤维B,所述玉米纤维层内部安装有纤维A和纤维B,所述纤维A呈波浪形设置,所述纤维B设置于纤维A弧形位置处。一种冰丝触感面料解决了现有的多数面料的结构相对简单,面料导湿导热效果较差,使用舒适性不佳的问题,提高了面料的导湿导热效果,从而提高了衣物的使用舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种冰丝触感面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
经过海量检索,发现现有技术中的面料如公开号为CN212555290U公开的一种冰感纤维面料,置有冰感面层和蚕丝纤维,冰丝丝线在冰感面层的内侧呈波浪形设置,从而增加热量的吸收面积,且涤纶纤维、蚕丝纤维和玉石纤维均与冰丝丝线构成缠绕结构,使得面料具有冰感,穿着舒适性高。
现有的多数面料的结构相对简单,面料导湿导热效果较差,使用舒适性不佳,为此,我们提出一种冰丝触感面料,提高了面料的导湿导热效果,从而提高了衣物的使用舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冰丝触感面料,具备舒适性高的优点,解决了现有的多数面料的结构相对简单,面料导湿导热效果较差,使用舒适性不佳的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种冰丝触感面料,包括冰丝层和玉米纤维层,其中所述冰丝层上表面安装有玉米纤维层,所述玉米纤维层上表面安装有银离子杀菌层,所述银离子杀菌层上表面安装有大豆蛋白纤维层,所述大豆蛋白纤维层上表面安装有吸湿层,所述吸湿层上表面安装有竹纤维层,所述竹纤维层上表面安装有丽塞纤维层。
优选的,所述吸湿层内部安装有吸湿排汗纤维A和吸湿排汗纤维B,所述吸湿排汗纤维A和吸湿排汗纤维B呈十字编织设置。
优选的,所述玉米纤维层内部安装有纤维A和纤维B,所述纤维A呈波浪形设置,所述纤维B设置于纤维A弧形位置处。
优选的,所述大豆蛋白纤维层呈交叉形设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置玉米纤维层和吸湿层,达到增加面料使用舒适性的效果,以解决多数面料的结构相对简单,面料导湿导热效果较差,使用舒适性不佳的问题,提高了面料的导湿导热效果,从而提高了衣物的使用舒适性。
2、本发明通过设置银离子杀菌层和竹纤维层,达到增加面料的抗菌性能的效果,以解决面料的抗菌效果较差,在使用过程中极易滋生细菌,面料使用洁净度不佳的问题,提高了面料的使用洁净度,从而提高了衣物的使用洁净度。

下文结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种冰丝触感面料,包括冰丝层1和玉米纤维层6,冰丝层1上表面安装有玉米纤维层6,玉米纤维层6上表面安装有银离子杀菌层2,银离子杀菌层2上表面安装有大豆蛋白纤维层3,大豆蛋白纤维层3上表面安装有吸湿层9,吸湿层9上表面安装有竹纤维层4,竹纤维层4上表面安装有丽塞纤维层5,吸湿层9内部安装有吸湿排汗纤维A10和吸湿排汗纤维B11,吸湿排汗纤维A10和吸湿排汗纤维B11呈十字编织设置,通过设置的吸湿排汗纤维A10和吸湿排汗纤维B11,对汗水进行吸收,保持本发明干燥效果,玉米纤维层6内部安装有纤维A7和纤维B8,纤维A7呈波浪形设置,纤维B8设置于纤维A7弧形位置处,通过设置的纤维A7和纤维B8,增加本发明导湿性能,从而增加本发明的使用舒适性,大豆蛋白纤维层3呈交叉形设置。
基于实施例的一种冰丝触感面料的工作原理是:将本发明安装好后,通过本发明制作衣物,通过设置的银离子杀菌层2,增加衣物的杀菌效果,同时通过设置的玉米纤维层6,增加衣物的导湿性和和透气性,从而增加衣物的使用舒适性,同时通过设置的大豆蛋白纤维层3,对汗水进行吸收,保持本发明干燥效果,增加着装舒适性,至此,本设备工作流程完成。
