Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,包括第一棉纱层和第二棉纱层,所述第一棉纱层和第二棉纱层之间还设置有抗菌无纺布层;所述第一棉纱层、抗菌无纺布层和第二棉纱层之间通过抗静电混合棉线穿插连接为一体;所述抗菌无纺布层内均匀分布有硅胶微胶囊。本发明一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,结构简单,设计合理,其通过在两层棉纱布之间设置带硅胶微胶囊的抗菌无纺布层,赋予面料抗菌、吸湿变色的性能,从而避免在含有汗液的情况下继续使用,有效避免了细菌的滋生,提高使用的舒适度和安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及棉纱布领域,特别是涉及一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布。
背景技术
全棉纱布本身具有良好的亲肤性、柔软舒适。现有的全棉纱布作为服装用材料,主要应用于婴幼儿产品、家居服、床品等。全棉纱直接接触皮肤时,会有一种湿凉的感觉,非常适用于夏季使用。但这种湿凉的感觉会影响人体对于棉纱湿度的判断,若在棉纱有一定吸湿度通常为汗液的情况下仍继续使用,反倒易于滋生细菌,不利于皮肤健康,尤其是用于婴幼儿的棉纱产品。现有防水抑菌棉纱,大都采用在接近皮肤一侧的棉纱层上加入其他疏水性或抗菌性纤维,抑或加入一层抗菌层,这在改善棉纱性能的同时,也降低了棉纱本身的亲肤性,影响使用质量。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,能够解决现有棉纱布存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,包括第一棉纱层和第二棉纱层,所述第一棉纱层和第二棉纱层之间还设置有抗菌无纺布层;所述第一棉纱层、抗菌无纺布层和第二棉纱层之间通过抗静电混合棉线穿插连接为一体;所述抗菌无纺布层内均匀分布有硅胶微胶囊。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌无纺布层为壳聚糖无纺布层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗静电混合棉线为棉纤维纱、甲壳素纤维纱和导电纤维纱相互交捻制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述棉纤维纱和导电纤维纱合股。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,结构简单,设计合理,其通过在两层棉纱布之间设置带硅胶微胶囊的抗菌无纺布层,赋予面料抗菌、吸湿变色的性能,从而避免在含有汗液的情况下继续使用,有效避免了细菌的滋生,提高使用的舒适度和安全性。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

实施例1
一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,包括第一棉纱层1、抗菌无纺布层2和第二棉纱层3;其中,抗菌无纺布层2夹置在第一棉纱层1和第二棉纱层3之间,且第一棉纱层1、抗菌无纺布层2和第二棉纱层3通过抗静电混合棉线4穿插连接为一体,其中,抗静电混合棉线4为棉纤维纱41、甲壳素纤维纱42和导电纤维纱43相互交捻制成,所述棉纤维纱41和导电纤维纱43合股。该抗静电混合棉线的穿插作用,除了起到连接的作用外,还赋予棉纱层防静电的性能,且通过在穿插线中设置导电纤维进行防静电,在保证抗静电性能的前提下,还有效降低了导电纤维的用量,具有节约成本的特点。另外,抗静电混合棉线4中的甲壳素纤维进一步起到抗菌的作用,赋予棉纱布内外双层抗菌的功效。
所述抗菌无纺布层2为壳聚糖无纺布层,一方面赋予了棉纱布抗菌的性能,另一方面其分布于两层棉纱层之间,不影响棉纱布整体的穿着体感。
所述抗菌无纺布层内均匀分布有硅胶微胶囊5。该硅胶微胶囊在吸附一定量汗液后会产生变色(由蓝色变成红色),从而提醒人们棉纱布需要凉晒,避免细菌的滋生。
另外,为了确保颜色变化明显,第一棉纱层和第二棉纱层应为白色。

1.一种具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,包括第一棉纱层和第二棉纱层,其特征在于,所述第一棉纱层和第二棉纱层之间还设置有抗菌无纺布层;所述第一棉纱层、抗菌无纺布层和第二棉纱层之间通过抗静电混合棉线穿插连接为一体;所述抗菌无纺布层内均匀分布有硅胶微胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,其特征在于,所述抗菌无纺布层为壳聚糖无纺布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,其特征在于,所述抗静电混合棉线为棉纤维纱、甲壳素纤维纱和导电纤维纱相互交捻制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有吸湿变色性能的多功能棉纱布,其特征在于,所述棉纤维纱和导电纤维纱合股。
