Preferably, the outer surface of the outer pipe is provided with a bearing. The bearing is arranged to bear thrust load during high speed operation.
More preferably, the outer surface of the outer pipe is provided with a thrust bearing, a second bearing, a first copper sleeve, a third bearing and a second copper sleeve from bottom to top. The bearings and the copper bush can delay the abrasion degree of the copper bush, so that the rotation is more stable, the requirement on the precision of the thrust bearing is greatly reduced, and the flatness and the uniformity of a produced film can be better ensured.
Furthermore, the carbon brush is connected with an electromagnetic relay, the carbon brush is connected with a normally open contact of the electromagnetic relay, and the normally closed contact of the electromagnetic relay is connected with the audible and visual alarm in series. When the copper sleeve contacted with the carbon brush rotates, current flows through the electromagnetic relay, and the normally open contact closes the circuit and is conducted; when the copper sleeve stops operating, the electromagnetic relay is powered off, the normally closed contact is closed, the acousto-optic alarm circuit is switched on, and the acousto-optic alarm reminds the rotating device to stop operating.

the invention has reasonable structure, can delay the abrasion degree of the copper sleeve through the arrangement of the plurality of bearings and the copper sleeve, ensures more stable rotation, greatly reduces the requirement on the precision of the thrust bearing, can better ensure the flatness and the uniformity of a produced film, and has better quality of the produced film.

When the copper sleeve 8 in contact with the carbon brush 9 rotates, current flows through the electromagnetic relay, and the normally open contact closes the circuit and is conducted; when the copper sleeve 8 stops running, the electromagnetic relay is powered off, the normally closed contact is closed, the acousto-optic alarm circuit is switched on, and the rotating device is reminded to stop running by acousto-optic.
