The clamping assembly adopts a V-shaped clamping block, and can automatically adapt to piston rods with different diameters of sliding table cylinders with different models; simultaneously, two contact surfaces of the V-shaped clamping block are additionally provided with wear-resistant rubber sheets, each rubber sheet is connected with the V-shaped clamping block through 4 screws, and the wear-resistant rubber sheets are convenient to replace after being worn, so that the surface of the rod piece is prevented from being indented or scratched in the clamping process.
The automatic dispensing/discharging execution head is provided with a floating joint pocket, the floating joint pocket consists of two symmetrical pocket flaps, the two pocket flaps are tightly pulled together by two springs, and the two pocket flaps can be unfolded when the floating joint in the pocket is stressed to move downwards; because the diameters of the two ends of the floating joint are different, after the floating joint is sent into the floating joint pocket through the feeder, the large round end of the floating joint can be placed on a platform of the floating joint pocket; the glue dispenser moves downwards to push the floating joint, at the moment, the two movable symmetrical halves of the floating joint pocket are propped open, and the floating joint automatically falls to the end of the piston rod to complete feeding of the floating joint.
The rubber dispensing head of the rubber dispenser is provided with a 30-degree radian in the vertical direction, so that rubber liquid can be coated on the inner wall of a threaded hole at the end part of a piston rod when the automatic rubber dispensing/discharging execution head works; the lug boss is arranged above the tail part of the glue outlet head, after the floating joint is sent into the floating joint pocket through the feeding machine, the floating joint can be ejected out of the floating joint pocket through the lug boss above the tail part of the glue dispenser, and therefore the placing action of glue dispensing and the floating joint can be completed simultaneously.
The main functions of the invention are illustrated with reference to examples:
1) The self-adaptive flexible synchronous clamping function of the double piston rods is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, firstly, the distance between the V-shaped clamping blocks 1094 of the clamping assembly 108 is adjusted by taking the center of the frame as a reference according to the structural dimensions of the sliding table cylinders of different models, and the V-shaped clamping blocks 1094 are fixed by locking nuts after the distance is adjusted; the back of the sliding table cylinder abuts against the front end of a positioning plate 1092, and the side abuts against a positioning block 1091 on the positioning plate, so that the positioning of the sliding table cylinder can be completed (fig. 4); setting the air source pressure of the clamping cylinder 101 according to the requirement of the product clamping force; then, the clamping cylinder 101 is started, a piston rod of the clamping cylinder drives the gear fixing rod 1081 to move, and before the V-shaped clamping block 1094 touches a rod piece, the gear 1083 drives the racks 1082 on the two sides and the L-shaped clamping block fixing seat 1084 to integrally move; due to assembly and manufacturing errors between the rod pieces on the two sides, when the V-shaped clamping block 1094 on one side of the current clamping assembly touches the rod piece, the gear 1083 rotates, and the gear fixing rod is kept to continue to move, so that the L-shaped clamping block fixing seat 1084 on the other side continues to move until the piston rods on the two sides are clamped simultaneously, and the pressure of the clamping cylinder is evenly distributed and applied to the two piston rods. In addition, the distance between the left locking bolt 1085 and the right locking bolt 1093 can be adjusted to adapt to products with different rod distances, the air source pressure of the clamping cylinder 101 can be adjusted to adapt to products with different pressing requirements, the V-shaped clamping block 1094 can adapt to products with different rod diameters, and the rubber pad 1095 arranged on the V-shaped clamping block cannot damage workpieces during clamping, so that the self-adaptive flexible synchronous compaction clamping function of the fixedly connected double rods is realized.
2) Float and connect and place, point and the automatic locking function of screw: as shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, firstly, according to theoretical models of different models of products, determining the spatial position of the sliding table cylinder in a global coordinate system, and simultaneously setting a corresponding tightening torque through a locking pin controller 317 according to the requirement of locking pin torque of the products; then, the Y-direction moving assembly 201 drives the Y-direction moving plate 202, the X-direction moving assembly 204 drives the X-direction moving plate 205, the Z-direction moving assembly 206 drives the Z-direction moving plate 207, so that the dispenser 306 is moved to a determined spatial position, the floating joint is fed into the floating joint pocket 310 through the feeding hose 308 by the dispensing and discharging controller 301 (fig. 6), the execution head moving assembly 305 drives the execution head fixing plate 307 to move downwards, so as to drive the dispenser 306 to move downwards, the floating joint is ejected out of the floating joint pocket 310, the placement of the floating joint is completed, meanwhile, the dispensing and discharging controller 301 works, glue solution enters the dispenser 306 through the glue feeding pipe 303, and the glue dispenser 306 drops the glue piston rod into the internal thread hole; and then the XYZ moving assembly moves the locking screw execution head 316 to a determined space position, screws are sent into the screw pocket 311 through the locking screw controller 317, the locking screw execution head 316 descends, the screws are ejected out of the screw pocket 311 to the threaded holes of the piston rod, and then the screws are screwed according to corresponding screwing torque, so that the installation of the whole floating joint is completed.
According to the automatic installation device for the sliding table cylinder floating joint, the self-adaptive flexible synchronous clamping of the sliding table cylinder double-rod piece and the automatic installation of the rod end floating joint can be realized according to different rod intervals and different rod diameters and by considering the factors of structural assembly and manufacturing deviation aiming at a double-rod piece structure with a fixed connection property, the pressing force and the tightening torque are adjustable, the automation degree is high, and the efficiency is high.
