As shown in fig. 5, in comparative example one, another embodiment of the present invention is: the surface of the cooling rod 23 is provided with evenly arranged seepage holes 25; the surface of the cooling rod 23 is fixedly connected with evenly arranged fluff 26; when the oil smoke gas or cooling liquid stops the elastic corrugated pipe 16 in operation, under the elastic action of the elastic corrugated pipe 16, the hairbrush 10 slides and extrudes the water absorbing cotton 18, water in the water absorbing cotton 18 partially flows back to the water guide groove 19, the other part of the water is led out through the seepage holes 25, and then the seepage holes 25 uniformly distributed on the surface of the cooling rod 23 flow out of the cooling liquid, so that the cleaning of the surface of the cooling rod 23 can be further promoted, meanwhile, the fluff 26 can play a role in promoting the interception of oil smoke particles in the air, and the problem that the oil smoke particles directly block the seepage holes 25 is solved.
When the oil fume purifier is used, oil fume gas is led in through the air inlet pipe 4, firstly, the oil fume gas passes through the air guide holes 7 on the surface of the treatment block 3, then the oil fume gas is subjected to preliminary filtration through the filter plate 2, finally, the oil fume gas is fully treated through the treatment box 1, so that clean gas can be discharged through the air outlet pipe 5 on the top of the treatment box 1, when the oil fume purifier is used for a long time, a large amount of oil stains can be collected on the surface of the filter plate 2, at the moment, an intelligent control system is used for controlling an external water source to be started, cleaning liquid can be led in the spray head 6 through a pipeline and automatically sprayed and cleaned towards the surface of the filter plate 2 through the spray head 6, the filter plate 2 is subjected to impact cleaning of cleaning liquid, a large amount of oil stains on the surface of the filter plate 2 are separated, and the cleaning liquid with the oil stains can be collected into the discharge holes 8 and discharged through the discharge holes 8; when the spray head 6 sprays water, the electric sliding block 9 is controlled to move in the chute, the electric sliding block 9 can drive the treatment block 3 to reciprocate, the treatment block 3 can further drive the brush 10 to move, the surface of the filter plate 2 can be further cleaned through the brush 10, and the cleaning efficiency of the filter plate 2 is greatly improved by matching with the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spray head 6; when the spray head 6 sprays cleaning liquid, under the action of the reverse thrust of water, the spray head 6 drives the connecting block 11 to rotate, and the connecting block 11 drives the brush 10 to rotate, so that the brush 10 rotates while reciprocating, and the cleaning effect of the brush 10 is further ensured; through directly connecting an external water source with the guide groove 12 through a pipeline, under the action of water source pressure, the brush 10 can slide towards the filter plate 2 in the guide groove 12 and overcome the elastic force of the elastic piece 14, so that the bristles of the brush 10 can be guided out through the cleaning holes 13 to promote the adhesion of the bristles to the surface of the filter plate 2, the cleaning effect is improved, and simultaneously after the cleaning is finished, the bristles can move towards the inside of the cleaning holes 13 under the action of the elastic piece 14 through pressure relief, and the cleaning of greasy dirt on the surfaces of the bristles can be promoted through the cleaning holes 13; after the brush 10 is used for multiple times, as the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spray head 6 is not directly washed against the brush 10, more greasy dirt is adhered to the surface of the brush 10, and the greasy dirt can seriously affect multiple uses of the brush 10, and the cleaning liquid is led into the through holes 15 through the guide grooves 12 by directly connecting an external water source with the guide grooves 12 through pipelines and then led into the cleaning holes 13 through the through holes 15, so that on one hand, the washing of the brush hair is promoted, and on the other hand, the brush hair is conveniently led out of the cleaning holes 13; through the unidirectional communication between the air guide hole 7 and the elastic corrugated pipe 16, the air can be directly guided into the elastic corrugated pipe 16 through the air guide hole 7, then guided into the connecting pipe 17 through the elastic corrugated pipe 16 and guided into the spray head 6, and simultaneously guided out through the through hole 15 and the cleaning hole 13; by arranging the water absorbing cotton 18, when the oil smoke gas passes through the elastic corrugated pipe 16, cooling water in the water guide groove 19 can infiltrate into the water absorbing cotton 18 through the connecting holes 20, and as the water absorbing cotton 18 is directly contacted with the elastic corrugated pipe 16, a large number of contact surfaces between the inside of the elastic corrugated pipe 16 and the oil smoke gas can play a role in cooling the oil smoke gas, so that the problem of overhigh temperature of the oil smoke gas led into the filter screen position is avoided; by arranging the baffle plates 22, when the temperature is still higher after passing through the elastic corrugated pipe 16, the memory alloy material characteristics of the baffle plates 22 enable the baffle plates 22 to be closed, gas cannot flow into the through holes 15 and the cleaning holes 13 through the diversion trenches 21 at the moment, but can only be led into the spray head 6 through the connecting pipe 17 and sprayed out, and the connecting pipe 17 directly passes through the inside of the absorbent cotton 18, so that the gas can be further cooled, and the temperature of the oil smoke gas is ensured to be reduced below a set point; by arranging the cooling rod 23 inside the elastic corrugated pipe 16, part of water inside the water absorbing cotton 18 can permeate into the cooling channel 24 through the cooling rod 23, so that the cooling rod 23 is filled with cooling water, and when oil smoke gas passes through the inside of the elastic corrugated pipe 16, the cooling rod 23 can further improve the cooling effect on the oil smoke gas and can promote interception of oil smoke particles; when the oil smoke gas or cooling liquid stops the elastic corrugated pipe 16, under the elastic action of the elastic corrugated pipe 16, the hairbrush 10 slides and extrudes the absorbent cotton 18, water in the absorbent cotton 18 partially flows back to the water guide groove 19, the other part of the water flows out through the seepage holes 25, and then the seepage holes 25 uniformly distributed on the surface of the cooling rod 23 flow out of cooling liquid, so that the cleaning of the surface of the cooling rod 23 can be further promoted, meanwhile, the fluff 26 can play a role in promoting the interception of oil smoke particles in the air, and the problem that the oil smoke particles directly block the seepage holes 25 is solved.
The front, rear, left, right, up and down are all based on fig. 1 in the drawings of the specification, the face of the device facing the observer is defined as front, the left side of the observer is defined as left, and so on, according to the viewing angle of the person.

An intelligent control oil smoke clarifier which characterized in that: comprises a processing box (1), a filter plate (2) and a processing block (3); an air inlet pipe (4) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the treatment box (1) close to the bottom surface of the treatment box (1); the top surface of the treatment box (1) is fixedly connected with an air outlet pipe (5); a filter plate (2) is arranged in the treatment box (1) and is close to the bottom surface of the treatment box (1); a processing block (3) is arranged in the processing box (1) and close to the filter plate (2); a nozzle (6) is arranged on one side surface of the treatment block (3) opposite to the filter plate (2), and the nozzle (6) is externally connected with a water source through a pipeline; the surface of the processing block (3) is provided with uniformly arranged air guide holes (7); a row of holes (8) are formed in the bottom of the processing block (3) in the processing box (1);
a chute is formed in the treatment box (1) at a position close to the filter plate (2); an electric sliding block (9) is connected in the sliding groove in a sliding way; the surface of the electric sliding block (9) is fixedly connected with the processing block (3); the side surface of one side of the processing block (3) opposite to the filter plate (2) is provided with hairbrushes (10) which are uniformly arranged;
the surface of the processing block (3) is provided with uniformly arranged mounting grooves; a connecting block (11) is rotatably connected in the mounting groove; the side surfaces of the connecting blocks (11) are provided with spray heads (6), and the spray heads (6) are obliquely arranged; the surface of the connecting block (11) is connected with a hairbrush (10);
the surface of the connecting block (11) is provided with a guide groove (12); the inside of the guide groove (12) is connected with the brush (10) in a sliding way; the notch of the guide groove (12) is fixedly connected with a cleaning block; the surface of the cleaning block is provided with cleaning holes (13) which are uniformly arranged, the hairbrush (10) comprises a body and bristles, and the bristles penetrate through the cleaning holes (13); an elastic piece (14) is arranged between the hairbrush (10) and the connecting block (11); the inside of the guide groove (12) is externally connected with a water source through a pipeline;
through holes (15) are formed in the positions of the cleaning holes (13) on the surface of the body.

The intelligent control fume purifier of claim 1, wherein: the elastic piece (14) comprises an elastic corrugated pipe (16), and the inside of the elastic corrugated pipe (16) is communicated with a water source in one way; the air guide hole (7) is communicated with the elastic corrugated pipe (16) in one way; a connecting pipe (17) is fixedly connected between the spray head (6) and the elastic corrugated pipe (16).

An intelligent control fume purifier according to claim 2, wherein: a water-absorbing cotton (18) is fixedly connected between the elastic corrugated pipe (16) and the inner surface of the guide groove (12); a water guide groove (19) is formed in the inner side surface of the mounting groove, and the water guide groove (19) is externally connected with a water source through a pipeline; and a connecting hole (20) is formed in the surface of the connecting block (11).

An intelligent control fume purifier according to claim 3 wherein: a diversion trench (21) is formed in one side surface of the body opposite to the elastic corrugated pipe (16); a pair of baffle plates (22) are fixedly connected inside the diversion trench (21); both the baffle plates (22) are made of memory alloy materials; the connecting pipe (17) is arranged at a position close to the baffle (22) at one side opening in the elastic corrugated pipe (16).

The intelligent control fume purifier of claim 4, wherein: the elastic piece (14) also comprises a cooling rod (23); the inner surface of the elastic corrugated pipe (16) is fixedly connected with cooling rods (23) which are uniformly arranged; a cooling channel (24) is formed between the cooling rod (23) and the elastic corrugated pipe (16).
6. The intelligent control fume purifier of claim 5, wherein: the surface of the cooling rod (23) is provided with evenly arranged seepage holes (25); the surface of the cooling rod (23) is fixedly connected with evenly arranged fluff (26).
