it should be noted that a window 213 is formed on the can body 21, the window 213 can observe the inside of the can body 21, and in the process of concentrating honey, the position of the first ring 54 is observed through the window 213, and the first ring 54 is controlled to be positioned above the honey, that is, when the honey is concentrated, the first ring 54 is not immersed in the honey and does not contact with the honey; only after the last concentration process is carried out, the first ring 54 is started to scrape and recover the honey remained on the inner wall of the tank body 21, and although a small amount of honey remains on the first ring 54 when the first ring 54 scrapes the honey on the inner wall of the tank body 21, compared with the honey remained on the inner wall of the whole tank body 21, more honey is recovered per se; since the inner wall of the tank body 21 is scraped by the first ring 54 after the last concentration process, the tank body 21 needs to be cleaned immediately after the honey is scraped by the first ring 54 (the concentration tank needs to be cleaned frequently); therefore, when the inner wall of the tank body 21 is cleaned, the first ring 54 moves up and down and is matched with the rotating ring 58 and the horizontal scraping of the cleaning brush 581 to clean the inner wall of the tank body 21, so that the cleaning of the inner wall of the tank body 21 is ensured to a large extent, the surfaces of the rotating ring 58 and the driving unit 59 are coated with PTFE coatings (preferably, the whole first ring 54 can be coated with the PTFE coatings which are nontoxic and can be used in the food industry, PTFE non-stick pans exist in the prior art), the PTFE coatings have non-stick property and self-lubricating property, and in the process of cleaning the inner wall of the tank body 21 by the first ring 54, the honey can be effectively prevented from being adhered to the rotating ring 58 and the driving unit 59 by matching with the action of cleaning water, the residue of the honey on the rotating ring 58 and the driving unit 59 is reduced, and the transmission stability is ensured; the rotating ring 58 is tightly combined with the first ring 54, and the first ring 54 is tightly combined with the inner wall of the tank body 21, so that the driving unit 59 is ensured to be influenced by less honey; in case of accident, the first ring 54 may be immersed in the washing water for a while after the washing process is finished, to ensure that the honey adhering to the rotating ring 58 and the driving unit 59 is minimized.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit 59 includes:
a driving shaft 591, wherein the driving shaft 591 is rotatably connected with the inside of the first ring 54;
a drive wheel 592, said drive wheel 592 being fixedly connected with a drive shaft 591;
a worm gear 593, wherein the worm gear 593 is fixedly connected with the driving shaft 591;
a transmission shaft 594, wherein the transmission shaft 594 is rotatably connected to the inside of the first ring 54;
the worm 595 is fixedly connected to the transmission shaft 594, and the worm 595 is meshed with the worm wheel 593;
the second gear 596, the second gear 596 is fixedly connected to the transmission shaft 594; and the position of the rotating ring 58 corresponding to the second gear 596 is fixedly provided with a third gear 597, and the second gear 596 is meshed with the third gear 597.
When the automatic rotating device works, the wheel face of the driving wheel 592 is in contact with the inner wall of the tank body 21, so when the first ring 54 moves up and down, the driving wheel 592 rotates to further drive the driving shaft 591 to rotate, the driving shaft 591 rotates to drive the worm gear 593 fixedly connected with the driving shaft 591 to rotate, the worm gear 593 rotates to drive the worm 595 to rotate, the worm 595 rotates to drive the transmission shaft 594 to rotate, the transmission shaft 594 rotates to drive the second gear 596 to rotate, the third gear 597 is fixedly arranged at the position of the rotating ring 58 corresponding to the second gear 596, the second gear 596 is meshed with the third gear 597, the second gear 596 drives the third gear 597 to rotate, the rotating ring 58 is further rotated, and the function of rotating the rotating ring 58 in rotation is achieved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the driving wheel 592 is made of an elastic material and is in close contact with the sidewall of the can 21.
In operation, the driving wheel 592 is made of an elastic material, such as a heat-resistant rubber material, and is in close contact with the side wall of the tank body 21, so that the positive pressure between the driving wheel 592 and the side wall of the tank body 21 is ensured, the friction between the driving wheel 592 and the side wall of the tank body 21 is improved, and the driving wheel 592 is more easily driven to rotate when the first ring 54 moves up and down.
The specific working process is as follows:
the control system 4 starts the motor 51, so that the motor 51 drives the lead screw 52 to rotate, the transmission ring 53 is in threaded transmission connection with the lead screw 52, the lead screw 52 drives the transmission ring 53 to move up and down in the rotating process, the permanent magnet 531 is fixedly arranged at one end, close to the inner layer of the tank body 21, of the transmission ring 53, the first ring 54 is movably arranged in the tank body 21 and is in close contact with the side wall of the inner layer of the tank body 21, the first block 541 is fixedly arranged in the first ring 54, the first block 541 is made of a magnetic material, and the first block 541 corresponds to the permanent magnet 531, so that the first ring 54 moves up and down under the attraction of magnetic force in the process of moving up and down of the transmission ring 53, the first ring 54 moves up and down in the process of discharging honey, the viscous honey remained on the inner wall of the tank body 21 is favorably scraped, the viscous honey remained on the inner wall of the tank body 21 is favorably discharged, the yield is improved, and the honey residue is reduced; in the process of cleaning the tank body 21, the first ring 54 moves up and down to scrape the inner wall of the tank body 21, so that the tank body 21 can be cleaned better, the tank body 21 can be cleaned more conveniently, and the inner wall of the tank body 21 can be cleaned completely; in addition, the screw 52 is a reciprocating screw, so that the driving ring 53 can move up and down under the condition that the rotation direction of the motor 51 is not changed, and further the first ring 54 is driven to move up and down, so that the operation is more convenient; in addition, a first gear 55 is fixed at the bottom of the screw 52, a second ring 56 is arranged at a position, close to the bottom, of the inner layer of the tank body 21, the second ring 56 is rotatably connected with the inner layer of the tank body 21 and is tightly contacted with the inner layer of the tank body 21, a latch is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the side wall of the second ring 56, the first gear 55 is meshed with the latch, a scraper 57 is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the side wall of the second ring 56, the screw 52 drives the first gear 55 to rotate when rotating, the first gear 55 rotates to drive the second ring 56 to rotate, and the scraper 57 is further rotated; when discharging honey, the rotation of the scraping plate 57 pushes the honey to accelerate the flow rate of the honey, the honey can flow out quickly when passing through the discharge hole, the discharge of the honey is facilitated, the residual honey at the bottom can also generate centrifugal force under the rotation of the scraping plate 57, the residual honey moves to the side wall of the tank body 21, and the discharge of the honey is facilitated; when the tank 21 is cleaned, the rotation of the scraper 57 scrapes the bottom of the tank 21, which is beneficial to cleaning the bottom of the tank 21.

the control system (4) is fixedly arranged at the top of the condensing pipe (31), and the control system (4) is used for controlling the operation of the concentration system (2), the condensation system (3) and the cleaning system (5);
the cleaning system (5) is arranged in the tank body (21), and the cleaning system (5) can clean the inner wall of the tank body (21) by moving in the tank body (21).
