本发明涉及一种防滑静音海绵垫,包括防滑底层垫、减震消音层垫、接触表层垫与连接转动件,通过设置的减震消音层垫中的弹性组件来实现缓冲减震的目的,通过填充的高回弹海绵配合弹性组件在进行缓冲减震的同时也能达到良好的消音效果;通过接触表层垫与隔绝上层件之间的凹凸卡接配合可实现对接触表层垫的定期更换,防滑底层垫与隔绝底件之间的毛面与钩面的配合设置,既能实现防滑底层垫与隔绝底件间的紧固连接又便于对磨损的防滑底层垫进行更换;可根据使用的海绵垫块数来配合设置连接转动件,便于自行进行组合连接与拆卸更换。

本发明涉及海绵垫技术领域,具体为一种防滑静音海绵垫。
背景技术
人们常用的海绵由木纤维素纤维或发泡塑料聚合物制成。海棉垫是以EVA海棉为基材,单面或者双面涂布高性能压敏胶,复合单硅或双硅离型材料模切冲压而成。海棉垫是一种全闭的泡棉塑料,有各种厚度、密度和颜色选择,可以成卷或冲型模切成各种形状,具有优异的耐化学性,缓冲性、吸音性和优越的粘接性,应用极其广泛。
正因为海绵垫有较好的缓冲性与吸音性,通常被作为健身垫、铺垫、午睡垫、跪垫以及防潮垫等。当作为健身垫时,尤其是在健身垫上做较为剧烈的运动时,需要具备良好的减震性,而普通的海绵垫并不适用于此种情况;用作健身垫的海绵垫经常被踩踏受力,与人体接触的表面容易发生损坏需要及时更换,同样,海绵垫在长期使用后,与地面接触的一面也会有磨损,防滑效果变差,在运动时容易发生滑移造成运动人员危险。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防滑静音海绵垫。
一种防滑静音海绵垫,包括防滑底层垫、减震消音层垫、接触表层垫与连接转动件,所述防滑底层垫上端设置有减震消音层垫,减震消音层垫上端设置有接触表层垫,减震消音层垫左右两端面均以螺纹连接的方式对称连接有连接转动件。
所述减震消音层垫包括隔绝底件、弹簧一、正方形框件、弹簧二、弹性组件、隔绝上层件、伸缩支撑柱与弹性防护件,防滑底层垫上端设置有隔绝底件,隔绝底件上端四周均匀固定安装有弹簧一,弹簧一上端固定连接有正方形框件,正方形框件上端均匀固定安装有弹簧二,弹簧一与弹簧二关于正方形框件上下对称,隔绝底件上端且位于正方形框件内固定安装有弹性组件,弹簧二与弹性组件的上端均共同连接有隔绝上层件,正方形框件的四个边角内均固定安装有伸缩支撑柱,伸缩支撑柱下端穿过弹簧一与隔绝底件固定连接,伸缩支撑柱上端穿过弹簧二与隔绝上层件固定连接,隔绝底件与正方形框件之间以及隔绝上层件与正方形框件之间均固定连接有弹性防护件。

具体使用时:当运动人员在接触表层垫3上进行运动时,所产生的力会向下传导,经减震消音层垫2内部的弹性组件25与填充的高回弹海绵进行缓冲吸震,实现减震与消音;对防滑底层垫1进行防滑性测试,根据其使用寿命定期对防滑底层垫1进行更换以防止发生打滑的危险,同样接触表层垫3也可进行更换;可根据使用的海绵垫块数来配合设置连接转动件4,便于自行进行组合连接与拆卸更换。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种防滑静音海绵垫,包括防滑底层垫(1)、减震消音层垫(2)、接触表层垫(3)与连接转动件(4),其特征在于:所述防滑底层垫(1)上端设置有减震消音层垫(2),减震消音层垫(2)上端设置有接触表层垫(3),减震消音层垫(2)左右两端面均以螺纹连接的方式对称连接有连接转动件(4),其中:
所述减震消音层垫(2)包括隔绝底件(21)、弹簧一(22)、正方形框件(23)、弹簧二(24)、弹性组件(25)、隔绝上层件(26)、伸缩支撑柱(27)与弹性防护件(28),防滑底层垫(1)上端设置有隔绝底件(21),隔绝底件(21)上端四周均匀固定安装有弹簧一(22),弹簧一(22)上端固定连接有正方形框件(23),正方形框件(23)上端均匀固定安装有弹簧二(24),弹簧一(22)与弹簧二(24)关于正方形框件(23)上下对称,隔绝底件(21)上端且位于正方形框件(23)内固定安装有弹性组件(25),弹簧二(24)与弹性组件(25)的上端均共同连接有隔绝上层件(26),正方形框件(23)的四个边角内均固定安装有伸缩支撑柱(27),伸缩支撑柱(27)下端穿过弹簧一(22)与隔绝底件(21)固定连接,伸缩支撑柱(27)上端穿过弹簧二(24)与隔绝上层件(26)固定连接,隔绝底件(21)与正方形框件(23)之间以及隔绝上层件(26)与正方形框件(23)之间均固定连接有弹性防护件(28);
所述连接转动件(4)包括螺纹杆一(41)、配合转动件一(42)、定位销(43)、弹性连接带(44)、配合转动件二(45)与螺纹杆二(46),正方形框件(23)左右两端均以螺纹连接的方式对称连接有螺纹杆一(41),螺纹杆一(41)上转动连接有配合转动件一(42),配合转动件一(42)上端固定连接有连接链,连接链另一端固定连接有定位销(43),配合转动件一(42)上端中部开设有销孔,配合转动件一(42)后端面左右两侧均固定安装有弹性连接带(44),弹性连接带(44)另一端均共同固定连接有配合转动件二(45),配合转动件二(45)上转动连接有螺纹杆二(46),配合转动件一(42)与配合转动件二(45)之间通过定位销(43)固定连接;
所述弹性组件(25)包括弹簧三(251)、橡胶球(252)、弹簧四(253)、弹簧五(254)与弹簧六(256),隔绝底件(21)上端且位于正方形框件(23)内均匀固定安装有弹簧三(251),弹簧三(251)上端固定连接有橡胶球(252),橡胶球(252)上端固定连接有弹簧四(253),弹簧四(253)上端均共同固定连接有隔绝上层件(26),橡胶球(252)之间通过弹簧五(254)固定连接,靠近正方形框件(23)的橡胶球(252)与正方形框件(23)之间通过弹簧六(256)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑静音海绵垫,其特征在于:所述隔绝底件(21)、隔绝上层件(26)、正方形框件(23)与弹性防护件(28)包围着的空间里除设置的弹性组件(25)以外的空间均填充满高回弹海绵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑静音海绵垫,其特征在于:所述接触表层垫(3)与隔绝上层件(26)的接触面之间采用凹凸卡接配合,接触表层垫(3)采用PVC材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑静音海绵垫,其特征在于:所述防滑底层垫(1)下端面形状设置为凹凸不平,防滑底层垫(1)上端面设置为毛面结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑静音海绵垫,其特征在于:所述隔绝底件(21)下端面设置为钩面结构。
