Due to the adoption of the structure, compared with the prior art, the pet cat litter and the preparation method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
1. strong deodorization performance and good water absorption performance
The pet cat litter is strong deodorization type pet cat litter or light type pet cat litter or composite type pet cat litter, and is formed by mixing cat litter particles with different granularities according to the following parts by weight: preparing strong deodorization type pet cat litter from 30-40 parts of A and 60-70 parts of B; preparing light pet cat litter from 30-40 parts of C and 60-70 parts of D; preparing composite pet cat litter from 2-8 parts of A, 8-15 parts of B, 25-35 parts of C and 50-60 parts of D; the A is zeolite aggregate cat litter particles with the granularity of 9-16 meshes and the diameter of 1-2 mm; b is zeolite aggregate cat litter particles with the granularity of 5-9 meshes and the diameter of 2.1-4 mm; c is expanded perlite aggregate cat litter particles with the granularity of 9-16 meshes and the diameter of 1-2 mm; d is expanded perlite aggregate cat litter particles with the granularity of 5-9 meshes and the diameter of 2.1-4 mmm. The zeolite raw material is a mineral with a porous structure, has good adsorption performance, can effectively adsorb ammonia nitrogen in animal excrement and urine to prepare cat litter, and has excellent deodorization performance and good water absorption performance; the expanded perlite is a white granular material with a honeycomb structure inside, which is prepared by preheating perlite ore sand and instantly roasting and expanding at high temperature, and has good water absorption performance. Therefore, the invention has good deodorization performance and water absorption performance.
2. Light weight
When the pet cat litter is strong deodorization type pet cat litter, zeolite is used as aggregate, and cat litter particles of sodium bentonite are externally coated, so that the weight of the cat litter is reduced by at least 13% compared with the cat litter with the same volume of bentonite.
When the pet cat litter is light pet cat litter, expanded perlite is used as aggregate, and cat litter particles of sodium bentonite are externally coated, and the weight of the cat litter can be greatly reduced because the specific gravity of the expanded perlite is only 1/10 of that of the bentonite. Thus, the litter has a weight loss of at least 32% compared to a bentonite litter of the same volume.
When the pet cat litter is a composite pet cat litter, the weight of cat litter particles mixed by two aggregates of zeolite and expanded perlite in different particle size ratios is about 27% lighter than that of bentonite cat litter with the same volume.
3. Long shelf life
The raw materials of the invention adopt zeolite, expanded perlite and bentonite which are all mineral substances, the shelf life is longer, and the packing bag is not easy to damp and mildew even if damaged.
4. Simple formula and simple process
Compared with the complex formula of the cat litter in the prior art, the cat litter takes the zeolite as aggregate and is externally coated with the sodium bentonite to prepare the strong deodorizing type cat litter; the expanded perlite is taken as aggregate, and sodium bentonite is externally coated to prepare the light cat litter; the composite pet cat litter can be prepared by mixing two aggregates of zeolite and expanded perlite according to different particle size ratios. The formula is simple, the process is simple and convenient, and the production cost is low.
5. The cat litter is not easy to be taken out of the cat litter basin and can well cover the pet excrement
Because the cat litter is small in granularity, the cat litter is easy to clamp in the paw and is taken out of the cat litter basin, and the cat litter cannot be well covered if the cat litter is large in granularity. The invention utilizes two aggregates of zeolite and expanded perlite to prepare the cat litter particles, and the cat litter particles are mixed according to the granularity ratio to solve the problem. However, the specific gravities of the two aggregates are different, and when the particle sizes are the same, the cat litter of the zeolite particles is easy to sink on the bottom of the basin after the pet excrement is treated by the cat litter shovel, so that the cat litter particle ratio of the small-particle expanded perlite is relatively more.
6. Good product performance and reliable method
(1) The edges and corners of zeolite particles are sharp and irregular in shape, and the zeolite particles are difficult to agglomerate when directly added into the pure bentonite cat litter, and the pet feet feel bad, or the pet feet do not feel painful, and the zeolite particles are refused to be discharged outside a cat litter basin, so that extra burden is caused to a pet owner; moreover, the direct compatibility of zeolite particles with bentonite makes it difficult to form uniform round granules. Therefore, the zeolite particles of the invention need to be firstly ground into round edges and corners in mechanical equipment, then 7-32 meshes of particles are screened for standby, and the particles are agglomerated into blocks by utilizing the viscosity of the bentonite after meeting water when in use.
(2) The expanded perlite particles are light vitreous rocks, have large specific surface area and glossy surface, and are difficult to uniformly wrap by directly adopting a water mist wetting method. The invention utilizes the water absorption of the expanded perlite, the expanded perlite is firstly soaked and pressed into water for 20-30 min, and then fished out after water absorption and drained, and then the expanded perlite is wrapped with bentonite and dried; when in use, the bentonite is agglomerated into blocks by utilizing the viscosity of the bentonite after meeting water.
(3) Because pure bentonite particles are easily generated when the water mist wetting method is adopted for granulation, and the pure bentonite particles are not easy to be distinguished and removed, although the use of the finished product is not influenced, the weight of the finished product is increased, and the water absorption and the deodorization effect are influenced. Therefore, the zeolite particles of the present invention also encapsulate bentonite by a water immersion method.
(4) In order to ensure that the cat litter particles have good agglomeration effect and are not easy to scatter after dehydration, the invention also mixes the plant glue powder in the finished product particles.
7. Has good agglomeration effect after meeting water
In the prior art, the proportion of the expanded perlite powder is too large, particles with standard requirements cannot be manufactured by the bentonite powder and the expanded perlite powder, namely, the bentonite powder cannot form particle balls with the expanded perlite powder, even if some particles are manufactured, the cohesive force is insufficient, the agglomeration effect is poor, and the agglomeration strength is insufficient. The exterior of the cat litter particles manufactured by the invention is bentonite, and the agglomeration effect is good after the cat litter particles meet water.
8. Can be recycled, is safe and environment-friendly
The raw materials of the invention adopt zeolite, expanded perlite and bentonite, which all belong to harmless mineral substances, and the invention can be used for agriculture, forestry and gardening after being used by pets, thereby improving the gardening soil, and being safe and environment-friendly.
The technical features of the pet litter and the method for manufacturing the same according to the present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.

The zeolite aggregate cat litter particles are spherical particles with the diameter of 1 mm-4 mm formed by externally coating bentonite antibacterial agent mixed powder by selecting zeolite with the diameter of 0.5 mm-2.8 mm as aggregate; the bentonite antibacterial agent mixed powder is formed by mixing a quaternized biochar antibacterial agent into bentonite, and the mass ratio of the bentonite to the quaternized biochar antibacterial agent in the bentonite antibacterial agent mixed powder is 1000.
Plant gum powder is also mixed in the finished cat litter particles, the mass ratio of bentonite to the plant gum powder in the finished cat litter particles is 1000.

3. The pet litter of claim 1 wherein: the expanded perlite aggregate cat litter particles are spherical particles with the diameter of 1-4 mm formed by selecting expanded perlite with the diameter of 0.5-2.8 mm as an aggregate and externally coating bentonite antibacterial agent mixed powder.
