图1示出了作为本发明照明装置200的一部分的照明组件100的优选实施例的横剖面示意图。照明装置200仅示意性地被描述为包括照明组件100的实体,而照明装置200的其他部件(如壳体、前板或其他光技术部件)未被包括在图1中。
照明组件100被以物镜模块1、光源模块2和支撑框架3沿着光轴线z彼此分离的局部分解图的形式示出。
物镜模块1包括例如通过激光束焊接或粘合联结安装在透镜保持器10中的三个透镜11。透镜保持器10呈现围绕透镜11的圆柱壳的形状。在透镜保持器10的背面,第一销12朝向光源模块2延伸。第一销12和透镜保持器10的其余部分形成了均匀材料的单件部件,优选地由整体模制复合物通过整体模制制成。
光源模块2包括光源21,在这种情况下是安装在散热元件20上的印刷电路板24上的LED。散热元件20包括第一腔22和第二销23,它们一起形成均匀材料的单件部件,优选地是由铝合金制成的压铸件。第一腔22可从光源模块2的前面接近,并且被对准以接收第一销12,从而在物镜模块1和光源模块2之间建立销-腔类型的粘合接头。
为了组装照明组件100,第一腔填充有粘合剂4,例如紫外光可固化类型的粘合剂,并且在物镜模块1的定位过程中,通常借助于自动操纵器来进行操作,第一销12被第一腔22接收并且主动对准被施用以找到两个模块1和2相对于彼此的目标布置。选择第一销12和第一腔22的尺寸,以允许物镜模块1和光源模块2的六轴线对准,即在一定范围内,物镜模块1能够沿着三个平移轴线移动和/或围绕三个旋转轴线旋转。在固化粘合剂4之后,物镜模块1和光源模块2在目标布置中接合在一起。
类似地,在光源模块2和支撑框架3之间以第二销23和填充有粘合剂4的第二腔31用作紧固器件的方式建立粘合接头。
除了图1的横剖面视图中示出的销12、销23和腔22、腔31之外,照明组件100中优选地存在另外的这种紧固器件,例如围绕光轴线z每隔90°分布。
本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例仅作为示例,并且能够在所附专利权利要求限定的保护范围内以各种方式进行修改。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于机动车辆的照明装置(200)的照明组件(100),所述照明组件(100)包括物镜模块(1),所述物镜模块具有安装在透镜保持器(10)中的至少一个物镜(11)和至少两个第一销(12),所述照明组件(100)还包括光源模块(2),所述光源模块具有安装在散热元件(20)上的至少一个光源(21)和至少两个第一腔(22),其中物镜模块(1)和光源模块(2)借助于第一销(12)和第一腔(22)之间的粘合接头连接,其特征在于透镜保持器(10)包括第一销(12)和/或散热元件(20)包括第一腔(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明组件(100),其特征在于,所述透镜保持器(10)和所述第一销(12)形成均匀材料的单件部件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的照明组件(100),其特征在于,所述散热元件(20)和所述第一腔(22)形成均匀材料的单件部件。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的照明组件(100),其特征在于,所述第一销(12)从所述物镜模块(1)的背面延伸,并且所述第一腔(22)能够从所述光源模块(2)的正面接近。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明组件(100),其特征在于,所述照明组件(100)包括具有至少两个第二腔(31)的支撑框架(3)的至少一部分,并且所述散热元件(20)包括至少两个第二销(23),其中所述光源模块(2)和所述支撑框架(3)借助于所述第二销(23)和所述第二腔(31)之间的粘合接头连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的照明组件(100),其特征在于,所述散热元件(20)和所述第二销(23)形成均匀材料的单件部件。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明组件(100),其特征在于,所述透镜保持器(10)包含热固性聚合物,和/或所述散热元件(20)包含铝合金。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明组件(100),其特征在于,所述透镜保持器(10)通过注射成型制造,和/或所述散热元件(20)通过压铸制造。
9.一种用于机动车辆的照明装置(200),所述照明装置包括至少一个根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明组件(100)。
10.组装用于机动车辆的照明装置(200)的照明组件(100)的方法,所述照明组件(100)包括:具有安装在透镜保持器(10)中的至少一个物镜(11)的物镜模块(1)、具有安装在散热元件(20)上的至少一个光源(21)的光源模块(2)、以及支撑框架(3),并且其中所述方法包括至少以下步骤:
-为透镜保持器(10)设置至少两个第一销(12),
-为散热元件(20)设置至少两个第一腔(22)和至少两个第二销(23),
-为支撑框架(3)设置至少两个第二腔(31),
-相对于光源模块(2)定位物镜模块(1),
-通过在第一销(12)和第一腔(22)之间产生粘合接头将物镜模块(1)连接到光源模块(2),
-相对于支撑框架(3)定位光源模块(2),以及
-通过在第二销(23)和第二腔(31)之间产生粘合接头,将光源模块(2)连接到支撑框架(3)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在定位物镜模块(1)和/或光源模块(2)期间,操作光源(21)并且监控由此产生的照明效果,其中物镜模块(1)和/或光源模块(2)的目标布置由目标照明效果的构成来定义。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,在定位物镜模块(1)和/或光源模块(2)期间,物镜模块(1)和/或光源模块(2)沿着三个平移轴线移动和/或围绕三个旋转轴线旋转。
