Description

Manhole cover opening and closing structure using screw
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a manhole cover opening and closing structure using a screw, and more particularly, to a manhole cover opening and closing structure which can easily open and close a manhole cover and ensure safety by minimizing the number of rotations of a screw and automatically lowering the manhole cover to a locked state by a load of a vehicle or the like even if the manhole cover is lifted by vibration or the like in a process of closing the manhole cover.
Background
The inspection well is installed in an opening of a drain pipe for draining sewage or rainwater or in an opening of an underground structure provided for embedding an electric power line and a communication line, and generally includes an inspection well frame embedded in the ground and a well cover positioned on a chin rest on an inner circumferential surface of the inspection well frame to open or close the inspection well.
In the conventional inspection well, since the inspection well cover is simply placed on the inspection well frame, the inspection well cover is separated from the inspection well frame due to impact of a vehicle during traveling, backflow of river water or sewage, and the like, there is a problem that pedestrians or vehicles are damaged or accidents are caused, and the opening of the inspection well cover causes rainwater to enter the sewage pipe, increasing the amount of sewage flowing into a sewage final treatment plant, and thus there is a problem that unnecessary sewage treatment cost is required.
Accordingly, the applicant of the present invention has proposed various methods for easily opening and firmly closing a manhole cover, and as an example, granted patent No. 10-0590910 discloses a manhole cover opening and closing structure in which a detachable bracket is provided inside a manhole frame, a screw penetrating through the manhole cover is coupled to the bracket screw, the bracket hung on the manhole frame is coupled to the screw to close the manhole cover, the screw is rotated in a direction opposite to a closing process of the manhole cover to release the closing state of the manhole cover, and a pad portion provided at a lower portion of the screw floats the manhole cover in the process of opening the manhole cover.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the manhole cover opening and closing structure of the conventional manhole 10 includes a plurality of insertion grooves 24 having an upper side surface partially opened to form a locking portion 26 formed on an inner circumferential surface of a chin rest 22 protruded from an inner side of a manhole frame 20, fastening pieces 36 formed on edges of a bracket 30 having a nut portion 35 formed at a center thereof to be inserted into or separated from the insertion grooves 24, a through hole 41 formed in a manhole cover 40, a bolt portion 45 fastened to the nut portion 35 to rotatably insert an upper side of a screw 42 formed on a lower side thereof, a head portion 43 formed on an upper side surface of the manhole cover 40 and a pad portion 44 formed on a lower side surface of the manhole cover 40 to rotatably insert the bolt portion 45, and the pad portion 44 to float the manhole cover 40 when the manhole cover 40 is opened and closed by screwing the head portion 43 of the screw 42.
In the drawings, unexplained symbols 28 and 48 are a groove 28 and a protrusion 48 for preventing rotation, 49 is a handle, and 15 is a packing.
According to such a conventional manhole cover opening and closing structure, in the closing process of the manhole cover 40, the screw 42 is screwed to lower the manhole cover 40 to have the same height as the manhole frame 20, and then the screw 42 is screwed several times for firm closing, and as shown in fig. 3, the bracket 30 is slightly bent upward to have elasticity, but the operator does not sufficiently screw the screw 42 to the extent that the bracket 30 is bent, and thus the operation is completed.
If the manhole cover 40 is not closed with sufficient strength or if the manhole cover 40 is closed with sufficient strength, if a car or the like runs over the upper portion of the manhole cover 40 for a long time and the screw engagement between the screw 42 and the bracket 30 is slightly loosened by impact, a fine gap is formed between the manhole cover 40 and the manhole frame 20 as shown in fig. 4, the manhole cover 40 may be shaken and generate noise as indicated by a 2-point chain line by the impact, a step may be generated between the floor and the manhole cover 40, and a safety accident may occur when the car or the like runs over, for example, if the manhole cover is shaken by the running of the car and the screw 42 is broken seriously, the manhole cover 40 may be separated from the manhole frame 20, which may cause a serious accident.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
The invention provides a manhole cover opening and closing structure using a screw, which minimizes the number of rotations of the screw during closing of the manhole cover, improves convenience of operation, and prevents a safety accident from occurring due to the fact that the manhole cover is automatically lowered by a load of a vehicle or the like and has the same height as the upper surface of a manhole frame even if the manhole cover is lifted up by vibration or the like, and the manhole cover is lifted up or separated from the manhole frame.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, an inspection well lid opening and closing structure using screws according to the present invention is a structure in which a detachable bracket is provided inside an inspection well frame, and screws penetrating through an inspection well lid and having a head with a corner at an upper end thereof are coupled to the bracket screws, the structure including: a nut holder formed at the center of the bracket, wherein a fastening hole is formed at the center of the nut holder in a vertically penetrating manner, an inclined surface is formed at the upper part of the fastening hole, the inclined surface is wider as the upper part of the fastening hole is closer to the lower part of the fastening hole, and more than one guide part is formed on the inclined surface along the inclined surface in the vertical direction; a plurality of nut members, each of which has an upper outer circumferential surface formed corresponding to the inclined surface and an inner circumferential surface formed with a plurality of thread grooves corresponding to the screws in a longitudinal direction, and which is engaged with the guide portions to move up and down in the fastening holes; a support plate, the center of which is provided with a through hole for the penetration of a screw, and the support plate supports the lower part of the nut component; the spring is positioned at the lower part of the supporting plate; and an annular spring holder located at a central lower portion of the holder to support the spring.
The guiding parts are formed on the inclined surface of the nut holder at equal intervals and the number of the guiding parts corresponds to the number of the nut members, when the nut members are positioned on the upper part of the inclined surface, the side surfaces are separated by the width of the guiding parts, thereby being capable of sliding between the guiding parts.
As another example, one or more guide portions are formed on the inclined surface of the nut holder in the longitudinal direction, and when the plurality of nut members are positioned on the inclined surface, the side surfaces thereof are formed so as to be in contact with each other, and the nut members corresponding to the guide portions are in contact with the guide portions.
In addition, since a plurality of nut members need to be threaded inside the fastening hole, identification marks for guiding the assembly position are marked on the surface of each nut member for the convenience of assembly.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The present invention as configured above has an effect that, when an operator applies pressure to the manhole cover with his/her feet or a heavy object during the closing of the manhole cover, the plurality of nut members rub against the outer diameter of the screws and descend along the inclined surface, so that the plurality of nut members can be instantly inserted vertically without screwing the screws, and after the pressure disappears, the screws are screwed several times to firmly fix the manhole cover, thereby completing the closing process of the manhole cover.
In addition, in a state where the manhole cover is closed, even if a vehicle or the like runs over the upper portion of the manhole cover and the screw coupling between the screw and the bracket is slightly loosened by an impact and the manhole cover slightly floats up by the rotation of the screw to generate a step between the floor surface and the manhole cover, the nut member is lowered along the inclined surface when a load of the vehicle is applied again, so that a safety accident in which the manhole cover is shaken or separated by wheels does not occur.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the inspection well cover opening and closing structure using screws according to the present invention is a structure in which a detachable bracket 200 is provided inside an inspection well frame 100, and a screw 400 having a head 410 with a corner at an upper end thereof and penetrating through an inspection well cover 300 is screw-coupled to the bracket 200, and includes: a nut holder 500 formed at the center of the bracket 200, having a fastening hole 510 formed through the center thereof in a vertical direction, wherein an inclined surface 520 is formed at the upper portion of the fastening hole 510 to be narrower as the upper portion is closer to the upper portion, and one or more guide portions 530 are formed along the inclined surface in the vertical direction on the inclined surface 520; a plurality of nut members 600 each having an upper outer circumferential surface formed corresponding to the inclined surface 520 and an inner circumferential surface formed with a screw groove corresponding to the screw 400, and vertically moved along the inclined surface 520 in the fastening hole 510 in contact with the guide 530; a support plate 700 having a through hole formed at the center thereof for allowing the screw 400 to pass therethrough, and supporting the lower portion of the nut member 600; a spring 800 positioned at a lower portion of the support plate 700; and a ring-shaped spring supporter 900 positioned at a central lower portion of the supporter 200 to support the spring.
The nut bracket 500 is formed at the center of the bracket 200 through an integral cutting or casting process, or is separately processed and then coupled to the center of the bracket through welding, etc.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the guide parts 530 protrude from the inclined surface 520 at equal intervals and the number of the guide parts corresponds to the number of the nut members 600, and when the nut members 600 are positioned on the upper portion of the inclined surface 520, the side surfaces are spaced apart from each other by the width of the guide parts 530 and can slide between the guide parts 530.
That is, one cylindrical nut member having a nut on the inner circumference thereof and coupled to the screw and having an upper portion of the outer circumferential surface corresponding to the inclined surface is formed, and then cut at equal intervals in the vertical direction according to the interval between the guide parts 530.
As another example of the guide part 530, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, one guide part 530 is formed in the longitudinal direction on the inclined surface 520, and when a plurality of nut members 600 are positioned on the inclined surface 520, the side surfaces thereof are in contact with each other, and the outer peripheral surface of the nut member 600 corresponding to the guide part 530 is formed with guide grooves 610 and 620 to be engaged with the guide part.
In addition, since a plurality of nut members 600 need to be threaded inside the fastening hole 510, in order to facilitate assembly, identification marks for guiding the assembly position are marked on the surface of each nut member 600 to improve the convenience of operation, which are marked as '1', '2', and '3' in the present invention.
The support plate 700 is formed in a ring shape to pass a screw therethrough, and a spring support protrusion is formed at a lower center portion thereof.
The ring-shaped spring holder 900 is formed at a lower portion of the nut holder 500 to serve as a support spring, and an uppermost end of the nut member 600 is positioned at an uppermost end of the fastening hole 510 by the spring 800.
Use examples of the present invention are described below.
In the process of closing the cover, as shown in fig. 5, an operator places the cover 300 with the lower longitudinal end of the screw 400 positioned in the fastening hole 510, and then applies pressure to the cover with a foot or a heavy object, so that the nut members 600 collide with the outer diameter of the screw 400 as shown in fig. 10, and the nut members 600 descend along the inclined surface to form a gap, and the operator can instantly insert the cover vertically without screwing the screw.
In this process, the operator does not need to press the screw 400, and the screw 400 is restricted by the pad part 420 from moving upward and descending together with the inspection well cover.
Then, when the pressing force is removed, the plurality of nut members 600 are screwed to the screws 400 by being lifted up by the elasticity of the springs 800, and then the operator screws the screws 400 several times, so that the screws 400 are screwed to the plurality of nut members 600, and the manhole cover 300 is firmly fixed as shown in fig. 11.
Then, when the cover 300 is opened, the screw 400 is screwed in the reverse direction, and the cover 300 is lifted up by the pad part 420 and is opened.
In addition, in the process of using the manhole cover, the coupling between the screw 400 and the nut member 600 may be instantaneously weakened by a load of an automobile or the like, and the manhole cover 300 may be floated from the manhole frame 100 by a certain size, but when a downward pressure or a load is applied again, the nut member 600 is lowered along the inclined surface as described above to generate a gap, and the manhole cover is lowered again, so that the manhole cover is not separated from the manhole frame.
