Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
According to the above japanese patent application publication No. 2013-538435 (patent document 5), the tape main body and the film covering the surface of the magnet piece are mechanically or chemically bonded in order to embed the magnet piece. The position of the magnet is fixed in the cavity by the adhesion. The same applies to the remaining patent documents 1 to 4, although they are not described one by one.
In the above-described conventional method, when the adhesion between the belt main body and the film covering the surface of the magnet piece is not sufficiently performed, moisture may enter from the gap to rust the magnet, or the joint may be damaged and the magnet may fly out in an extreme case. The present invention intends to solve these problems by firmly fixing the position of the magnet by heat-shrinking the resin.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention to achieve the above object is a band-shaped opening and closing member for an article opening, the band-shaped opening and closing member including: a resin tube capable of heat shrinkage; and a plurality of magnets arranged at a constant interval in the tube, the magnets being sealed so as to be fixed to the position of the resin after the heat shrinkage.
In another embodiment, the band is enclosed in the tube with the magnets attached thereto, in addition to the plurality of magnets. The tape is necessary in the method of manufacturing an embodiment of the tape-like opening and closing member.
Preferably, the heat-shrinkable resin tube uses a complete tube having no cut portion in the longitudinal direction.
In another aspect, a tube having one welded portion in a longitudinal direction is used as the heat-shrinkable resin tube.
In still another aspect, a tube having two welded portions in a longitudinal direction is used as the heat-shrinkable resin tube.
The heat-shrinkable resin tube according to each of the embodiments described above also has a weld at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a band-shaped opening/closing material for an opening of an article. According to a first method, characterized in that the method has: preparing a heat-shrinkable resin tube; disposing a plurality of magnets at constant intervals in the tube; and a step of heating the tube to thermally contract the tube and fix the magnet.
According to a second method, characterized in that the method has: preparing a heat-shrinkable resin sheet; disposing a plurality of magnets on the resin plate at a constant interval; bending the resin plate in a longitudinal direction; welding the longitudinal side edges of the resin plates to each other; and a step of fixing the magnet by thermally shrinking the resin plate. The order of the steps may be adjusted as long as it is not inconsistent.
According to a third method, characterized in that the method has: preparing two heat-shrinkable resin plates; disposing a plurality of magnets between the two resin plates at a constant interval; welding the left and right ends of the two resin plates in the length direction; and a step of fixing the magnet by thermally shrinking the resin plate. The order of the steps may be adjusted as long as it is not inconsistent.
Preferably, each of the above methods further includes a step of forming the welded portion by heating also at both ends in the longitudinal direction. This step is carried out simultaneously with the welding step in the methods, if possible, from an economic point of view.
In the first method, the step of disposing a plurality of magnets in the tube at a constant interval preferably includes a step of preparing a tape in a state where the magnets are attached and enclosing the tape in the tube.
Preferably, the "method of preparing a tape with the magnet attached thereto and enclosing the tape in the tube" is performed as follows.
(a) The first tape is placed on a plurality of fixed magnets set at a constant interval on a jig.
(b) A plurality of magnets are placed on the first band so as to be attached to the fixed magnet via the first band.
(c) The magnetic head on the first tape is provided with adhesiveness to the tape.
(d) A second tape is placed from above the magnet on the first tape and attached to the magnet head having adhesiveness.
(e) Peeling the first and second tapes from the fixed magnet.
(f) Peeling the first tape and the second tape from each other, and taking out only the second tape to which the magnet head is attached.
(g) A weight is mounted to the second strap to which the magnet head is attached.
(h) The second band to which the magnet head is attached is inserted into the tube with the weight as a tip.
The resin for the pipe to be used may be any resin as long as it can be heat-shrinkable and heat-weldable. As such a resin, a resin known per se, such as a polyolefin-based resin, a silicone-based resin, or a fluororesin-based resin, can be used.
As the magnet used, a known permanent magnet can be used. As the permanent magnet, for example, a known magnet such as an alnico magnet, a ferrite magnet, or a neodymium magnet can be used.
Effects of the invention
The band-shaped opening and closing member for an article opening part of the present invention comprises: a tube formed of a heat-shrinkable resin; and a plurality of magnets arranged at constant intervals in the tube. Since the magnet is sealed with the resin after heat shrinkage, the magnet can be easily fixed at a constant interval, and the risk of rusting of the magnet or damage to the magnet in the belt due to the intrusion of moisture can be reduced.
In particular, when a tube having no cut portion is used as the resin, the tube has no welded portion in the middle except for both end portions, and therefore, the tube has a beautiful appearance and smooth texture, and is easily attached to an opening portion of a garment or a bag.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a purse B having an opening 11 to which a band-shaped shutter 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is applied. The opening 11 of the leather bag allows a finger to be inserted into the opening 11 at any position of the magnet where the shutter 1 is not provided, and from there, the opening 11 can be largely opened against the attracting force of the magnet by the force of the finger. When the finger is removed, the opening 11 is automatically closed immediately by the attraction force of the magnet. Therefore, the opening is inadvertently forgotten to be closed, and the opening is opened, so that the contents are not stolen by the thief.
Although not shown, the present invention can be applied to articles generally having an opening/closing portion, other than the leather bag B. For example, an opening/closing portion of trousers or skirt, an opening/closing portion of a pocket, sleeves, insertion ports of gloves, shoes, a protective cover, a container that can be opened and closed, and the like. For example, when the front opening is used for pants, the user does not feel uncomfortable after the pants are used for convenience because the user forgets to close the front opening.
Example 1
The band-shaped shutter 1 used in fig. 1 is a band-shaped shutter of embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of disc-shaped magnets 13 are set at a constant interval in the tubular resin 12, and their positions are fixed by the resin after the contraction deformation.
The band-shaped shutter 1 is sealed by closing both ends 14 and 15, and therefore, does not allow moisture to enter. The magnets 13 are spaced from each other by a space which is free of anything other than air. Colored powder or the like may be filled between the magnets according to other needs such as decoration.
The resin 12 may be any resin as long as it can be heat-shrinkable and heat-weldable. As such a resin, a resin known per se, such as a polyolefin-based resin, a silicone-based resin, or a fluororesin-based resin, can be used.
As the magnet 13, a known permanent magnet can be used. As the permanent magnet, for example, a known magnet such as an alnico magnet, a ferrite magnet, or a neodymium magnet can be used.
The number of magnets 13 used can be freely set according to the application. A long tape with magnets of several meters to several tens of meters can be prepared in advance and cut at a work site to have a length of a required number of magnets according to the application.
The distance between the magnets 13 can be set to a long or short length as desired according to the application. Generally a required spacing of 8mm to 50mm is sufficient. If it exceeds 50mm, the opening 11 may not be sufficiently closed.
The size of the magnet 13 may be determined in consideration of the purpose of use and the diameter of the tube. In general, a diameter of 3mm to 15mm is sufficient. The diameter of the tube is about 1 to 2mm larger than the maximum diameter portion of the magnet in a state before thermal contraction.
The shape of the magnet 13 is not limited to a circular plate, and may be any shape, but is preferably a shape having a plane with a large contact area (a cube, a rectangular parallelepiped, or the like). A shape with a small contact area such as a sphere is not preferable.
The magnetic pole arrangement of the plurality of magnets 13 is also free according to the use or need. Fig. 5 shows an example of the magnetic pole arrangement. In (a), S poles and N poles are alternately arranged on both the front and back sides of the tape. In (b), only the S-pole is disposed on the front side of the belt and only the N-pole is disposed on the back side.
Note that an unmagnetized metal piece before magnetization may be set in the strip shutter 1 in advance, and the metal piece may be magnetized after the position is fixed. This can avoid the situation where the magnets adhere to each other before thermal contraction and the constant interval cannot be maintained. The situation of magnetization is shown in fig. 4. When arranged and magnetized as shown in (a), the S-pole and the N-pole can be alternately set, and when arranged and magnetized as shown in (b), the S-pole and the N-pole can be magnetized every other one.
In order to manufacture the band-shaped shutter 1, as shown in fig. 3, the tube 12 can be heat-shrunk by pushing the disc-shaped magnet 13 from one end of the tube 12 at a constant interval and then heating the tube with a heat gun, hot air, or the like. In this embodiment, the tube 12 has a diameter of 7mm, the disc-shaped magnet 13 has a diameter of 6mm, and a height of 3mm. The operation of example 1 was performed manually, but mass production was also possible by mechanization. The ends 14, 15 are also sealed by heat treatment.
When enclosing the magnets in the tube, it takes time to arrange the magnets by manual work, and the arrangement of the magnets tends to be inaccurate. In order to enclose the magnets in the tube with a constant interval, the following method is preferably employed.
(a) As shown in fig. 9 (a) and (b), the first tape 22 is placed on a plurality of fixed magnets 21 provided on the jig 20 at a constant interval. The first band 22 is placed only on the fixed magnet 21 and is not fixed.
(b) As shown in fig. 9 (c), a plurality of magnets 13 are placed on the first tape 22, and are attached to the fixed magnet 21 by magnetic force so as to sandwich the first tape 22.
(c) In the state of fig. 9 (c), the head of the magnet 13 on the first tape 22 is provided with adhesiveness to the tape. As this method, for example, an adhesive (not shown) is applied to the head 131 of the magnet 13, or an adhesive tape is used as the second tape described below.
(d) The second tape 23 is placed from above the magnet 13 on the first tape 22 and attached to the magnet 13.
(e) The first tape 22 and the second tape 23 are peeled off from the fixed magnet 21. The first tape 22 is used to prevent the magnet 13 of the second tape 23 from directly adhering to the fixed magnet 21 and being unable to easily separate therefrom. As shown in fig. 9-2 (e), when the first band 22 is lifted, the second band with the magnet 13 is separated from the fixed magnet 21 and lifted.
(f) As shown in fig. 9-2 (e) (f), the first tape 22 and the second tape 23 are peeled off from each other, and only the second tape 23 to which the magnet 13 is attached is taken out. The first tape 22 is removed after use.
(g) An introduction wire 25 with a weight 24 is attached to the second belt 23 to which the magnet 13 is attached.
(h) The second band 23 with the magnet 13 attached thereto is inserted into the tube 12. At this time, the tube 12 is placed vertically, and the introduction wire 24 and the second tape 23 with the magnet 13 are inserted into the tube by the weight of the weight 25. The subsequent steps (fig. 9-3 (i)) are as described above.
In this method, the second tape 23 to which the magnet 13 is attached remains in the completed tape-shaped shutter in addition to the magnet 13. In the case of a transparent tube 12, the band 23 therein may deteriorate the aesthetic appearance, but this can be avoided by making the tube 23 opaque. As described later, the finished band-shaped shutter is often housed in a passage (not shown) called a crimp bag, such as a purse, and is therefore hidden in the passage, and the appearance is hardly a problem.
The tube used in the present example was a transparent flame-retardant shrinkable tube known as sumitebeV (300V) manufactured by Sumitomo electric industries, ltd. (registered trademark of the same Co.), and was composed of a flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride resin. The shrinkage/inner diameter shrinkage is 50% or more, and the length change rate is-30% or more.
In order to attach the band-shaped shutter 1 to the purse B of fig. 1, curls for housing the band-shaped shutter 1 are provided at the left and right openings of the purse, and the band-shaped shutter 1 is provided therein. Of course, the magnets 13 provided as the left and right band-shaped shutters are positioned substantially at the same position, and the S pole and the N pole are opposed to each other.
Example 2
Fig. 5 shows a method for manufacturing the band-shaped shutter 1A of example 2. In the present embodiment, a single cut portion 16A is provided along the longitudinal direction of the heat-shrinkable tube 12A, a plurality of magnets 13A (a) (b) are set at constant intervals by the cut portion 16A, and after the edges 17A of the cut portion 16A are welded to each other, the entire resin is heat-shrunk (c). The ends 14A, 15A are also welded. Thus, a band-shaped opening/closing material 1A having one welded portion 17A as shown in fig. 7 was obtained.
In order to attach the band-shaped shutter 1A of example 2 to an article, the band-shaped shutter can be sewn or bonded to the opening of the article by the fused portion 17A of the cut portion, as in example 1, as well as passing through the bag-shaped passage.
Example 3
In example 2, a tube having a single slit in the longitudinal direction was used, but a flat heat-shrinkable resin sheet having a slightly wider width could be used instead. The resin sheet was folded along the center line in the longitudinal direction, and the magnet was sealed in the same manner as in example 2, and the edges in the longitudinal direction were welded to each other and both ends were welded to each other, and then the whole was heat-shrunk. The embodiment 2 is substantially the same as the embodiment 3 only in that the bent portion is formed in advance or after being folded.
Example 4
In example 4, as shown in fig. 6, two heat-shrinkable resin plates 12B1 and 12B2 were used. A plurality of magnets 13B (a) are set at a constant interval therebetween, and after the left and right longitudinal ends 17B1, 17B2 of the two resin plates are welded to each other, the entire resin is heat-shrunk. In this way, a band-shaped shutter 1B having two welded portions 17B1 and 17B2 as shown in fig. 6 (B) can be obtained. The two ends 14B, 15B are also welded and sealed.
