and a second modification operation: defining an inventory equipment item classification;
and (5) modifying operation III: defining the names of the machine room module areas;
and a fourth modification operation: an area view is defined.
3. The IDC operation and maintenance management method according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, the determining whether the user terminal has the operation right to the operation instruction comprises the following steps:
step S21: analyzing a management level corresponding to a user terminal, wherein the management level comprises an unauthorized person, a half authorized person and a full authorized person;
step S22: analyzing a resource group corresponding to the operation instruction, wherein the resource group comprises a cabinet, equipment, a user and a storehouse;
step S23: and judging whether the management level is matched with the resource group or not according to a preset user authority management rule, and outputting a matching result.
4. An IDC operation and maintenance management system is characterized by comprising a data center, a plurality of machine room terminals, a management platform and a plurality of user terminals;
the data center is in interactive communication connection with the plurality of machine room terminals, the management platform is in interactive communication connection with the plurality of user terminals through an intranet, and the data center is in interactive communication connection with the management platform;
the data center is used for receiving the analysis result of the management platform and integrating, processing and storing the data resources of the machine room terminals;
and the management platform is used for receiving, judging and processing the operation instructions of the user terminals, analyzing the operation instructions by combining the data resources of the data center and feeding the operation instructions back to the user terminals.

The IDC operation and maintenance management system according to claim 4, wherein the management platform comprises an instruction receiving module, a permission judging module, an analysis processing module and a result sending module, and the instruction receiving module, the permission judging module, the analysis processing module and the result sending module are connected in sequence;
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving an operation instruction of the user terminal in real time;
the authority judgment module is used for judging whether the user terminal has the operation authority to the operation instruction and feeding back the operation authority to the analysis processing module;
the analysis processing module is used for integrating and processing the operation instruction in combination with the data resource of the data center to obtain a visual data report if the authority judgment module judges that the authority judgment module enjoys the operation authority; synchronously storing the visual data report in a data center, and returning the feedback information of the visual data report;
if the authority judgment module judges that the operation authority is not shared, the operation instruction is refused to be analyzed, and feedback information which is not authorized to be processed is returned;
the result sending module is used for returning a visual data report or feedback information of unauthorized processing;
the authority judgment module comprises a management grade analysis submodule, a resource group analysis submodule, a user authority management rule submodule and a selective execution step submodule;
the management level analysis submodule is used for analyzing the management level corresponding to the user terminal;
the resource group analysis submodule is used for analyzing the resource group corresponding to the operation instruction;
the user authority management rule submodule is used for storing a preset user authority management rule, judging whether the management level is matched with the resource group or not and outputting a matching result;
the selective execution step sub-module is used for analyzing the matching result and executing the corresponding step, and comprises the steps of feeding back feedback information of the visual data report form to the analysis processing module if the matching result is matched, and feeding back feedback information of the unauthorized processing to the analysis processing module if the matching result is not matched.

The IDC operation and maintenance management system according to claim 5, wherein the management platform further comprises a monitoring alarm module, an automatic rescue module and an abnormal information module, wherein the monitoring alarm module, the automatic rescue module and the abnormal information module are in interactive communication;
the monitoring alarm module is used for monitoring data resources of the data center, and when the data exceeds a threshold value, the monitoring alarm module sends alarm information to the user terminal and triggers the automatic rescue module;
the automatic rescue module is used for isolating abnormal equipment in the machine room terminal and maintaining normal operation of other equipment after receiving the trigger signal of the monitoring alarm module;
and the abnormal information module is used for forming an abnormal data information report form in the data change process of the abnormal equipment, synchronously storing the abnormal data information report form in the data center and feeding back the abnormal data information report form to the user terminal.

The IDC operation and maintenance management system according to claim 5, wherein the analysis processing module comprises an equipment asset sub-module, a jumper information sub-module, a user test sub-module, a warehouse management sub-module, a documentation sub-module, an on-duty management sub-module, a workload management sub-module, a user bandwidth sub-module, a machine room layout sub-module and a user reporting sub-module;
the equipment asset submodule is used for carrying out centralized management on the use states of all online assets and offline assets of a user;
the jumper information submodule is used for recording, following and managing jumper information of all users of the whole data center;
the user test sub-module is used for recording equipment network test information applied by a user in the data center;
the storehouse management submodule is used for safely managing the online storehouse, the ex-warehouse record and the asset inventory of the user;
the file data submodule is used for archiving internal training management of the updated machine room terminal, updating a monthly value schedule, and updating operation and maintenance technical service and related knowledge;
the on-duty management submodule is used for online on-duty management of the machine room, recording and periodically reviewing working conditions and ensuring that the work has a handover follow-up record;
the workload management submodule is used for recording the workload condition of the workload every day and summarizing and analyzing the working condition of the machine room terminal;
the user bandwidth sub-module is used for recording the bandwidth use condition of the opened user so as to realize the updating check with the enterprise sales side at regular intervals;
the machine room layout submodule is used for maintaining cabinet management, area views and user information so as to realize real-time updating of cabinet data;
and the user report sub-module is used for periodically and automatically summarizing and analyzing the machine room periodic data containing the machine cabinet report and the equipment report information.
8. The IDC operation and maintenance management system according to claim 4, wherein the data center comprises a data resource integration module and a visualization processing module;
the data resource integration module is used for integrating data resources of the cabinet, the equipment, the user and the storehouse;
and the visual processing module is used for arranging and processing the integrated data resources according to time and range to form a visual data report.
9. The IDC operation and maintenance management system according to claim 4, wherein said user terminal comprises a custom modification operation module, said custom modification operation module is used for performing custom modification operation on a visual data report;
the user-defined modification operation module comprises a field definition submodule, a classification definition submodule, a name definition submodule and a view definition submodule;
the field definition submodule is used for defining optional display fields of equipment display and derived reports;
the classification definition submodule is used for defining the classification of inventory equipment items;
the name definition submodule is used for defining the names of the areas of the machine room modules;
the view definition submodule is used for defining the area view.

the equipment resource module is used for inquiring and updating the online equipment in real time to realize batch import of the equipment;
the storehouse resource module is used for managing and updating storehouse assets in real time, so that equipment is convenient to count;
the cabinet resource module is used for cabinet resource management, cabinet resource allocation and batch import;
the user resource module is used for unifying the user acceptance notice standard.
