the initiator associates transaction item additional identifiers with transaction actions, flow states and flow descriptions, and associates corresponding material category additional identifiers or archive item additional identifiers according to bill information;
the participant receiving the workflow is marked as a receiver, and the initiator sends the workflow added with the additional identifier to the receiver;
after receiving the workflow, the receiver establishes a local system workflow, and synchronizes the workflow content to the local system workflow according to the additional identifier;
the receiver feeds back the local system workflow processing flow result association flow id to the initiator;
the method further comprises the steps of:
publishing a maintenance metadata table, wherein the maintenance metadata table records the codes, meanings, units and participant identifications of the material types;
when the initiator workflow has the material types which are not recorded in the metadata table, the participants add the material types, meanings, units and participant identifications into the maintenance metadata table to obtain additional identifications of corresponding metadata;
when the receiver synchronizes the workflow content to the local system workflow according to the additional identification, checking whether the additional identification conforming to the maintenance metadata table exists in the workflow, if so, synchronizing corresponding bill information in the workflow to the local system workflow according to the material type, meaning and unit recorded in the maintenance metadata table, and synchronizing other bill information according to the material type, meaning and unit recorded in the metadata table, if not, synchronizing according to the material type, meaning and unit recorded in the metadata table;
the integration method further comprises the steps of constructing an intermediate server, wherein the intermediate server comprises an execution part and a cooperation part, the execution part receives and executes the workflow, and the cooperation part receives workflow registration and update and displays the flow id, the flow state, the initiator identifier and the receiver identifier of the workflow;
the initiator generates a main workflow and an associated workflow, the main workflow is sent to an execution part of the intermediate server, and the associated workflow is sent to a corresponding receiver;
the initiator registers the associated workflow to the cooperation part of the intermediate server, and the intermediate server displays the flow id, the flow state, the initiator identifier and the receiver identifier of the associated workflow;
the receiver processes the associated workflow, when the flow state changes, the receiver initiates a query to the cooperation part of the intermediate server, and if the flow id is registered, the flow state is synchronized to the cooperation part;
after the flow states of all the associated workflows are synchronous, the execution part processes the main workflow according to a state processing table;
the workflow comprises group ids, the workflows which need to be processed sequentially are brought into the same group, an initiator generates the workflows which need to be processed sequentially by a plurality of receivers, the workflows are split into a plurality of workflows according to the receivers, the split workflows are filled into the same group ids and distributed in sequence, the split workflows and the group ids are sent to an execution part of an intermediate server, the execution part judges the workflows to be sent to the next receiver or fed back to the initiator according to the processing results of the workflows of the receivers, a series execution condition table is generated, the series execution condition table records the mapping relation between the flow state of the workflow of the last order and the workflow sending objects of the current order, and the execution part decides the workflow sending objects according to the series execution condition table.
2. A heterogeneous system workflow integration method of claim 1, wherein,
the process state comprises handling, rejecting, suspending and terminating, the process state of the workflow is determined by the process states of other workflows, the workflow is recorded as a main workflow, the other workflows are recorded as associated workflows, the main workflow also comprises a plurality of associated process ids and a state processing table, an initiator associates the associated workflows for the main workflow, the process ids of the associated workflows are filled in the associated process ids of the main workflow, a state processing table is formulated for the main workflow, and the state processing table records the process state combination of the associated workflows to correspond to the process state of the main workflow.
3. A heterogeneous system workflow integration method of claim 1, wherein,
the workflow also comprises task ids, when the receiver generates more than one associated task in the local system according to the workflow, the task ids are generated for each task, the task ids are filled into the workflow, meanwhile, the workflow is associated with the flow ids, and the receiver determines the flow state of the workflow according to the task execution result.
4. A heterogeneous system workflow integration system for performing a heterogeneous system workflow integration method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the method comprises the steps that an intermediate server, an analysis plug-in and a contact node are included, the contact node is involved in registering and obtaining an identity id, the contact node stores a standard workflow model, a metadata table and a maintenance metadata table, a request of adding, updating or deleting metadata in the maintenance metadata table by a participant is received, the analysis plug-in is deployed in a participant system, the analysis plug-in synchronizes the standard workflow model, the metadata table and the maintenance metadata table to the contact node, the intermediate server comprises an executing part and a cooperation part, the executing part receives and executes a workflow, and the cooperation part receives the workflow registration and updating, and displays the flow id, the flow state, an initiator identifier and a receiver identifier of the workflow.
5. A heterogeneous system workflow integration system as recited in claim 4, wherein,
after the participant deploys the analysis plug-in, a mapping model of the workflow and a standard workflow model is built, the initiator associates transaction item additional identifiers with handling actions, flow states and flow descriptions, associates corresponding material type additional identifiers with bill information or archive item additional identifiers, the initiator updates the analysis plug-in according to the workflow and the standard workflow model, and the receiver calls the analysis plug-in of the initiator to synchronize workflow contents to the workflow according to the additional identifiers.
6. A heterogeneous system workflow integration system as recited in claim 5, wherein,
the method comprises the steps that after an initiator updates the analysis plug-in, the version number is increased by 1, the updated analysis plug-in synchronously maintains a metadata table to a contact node, the contact node records an update time stamp of the maintenance metadata table, the version number of the analysis plug-in is updated to the contact node, the contact node displays the current analysis plug-in version number and the update time stamp of each participant, the analysis plug-in update time stamp of the initiator obtained by the contact node of a receiver accords with the update time stamp of the maintenance metadata table, the analysis plug-in of the initiator is not called any more, and after the local analysis plug-in and the contact node synchronously maintain the metadata table, the receiver uses the local analysis plug-in to synchronize the content of a workflow to the workflow according to an additional identifier.
