The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flow 100 of some embodiments of a business audit knowledge base retrieval method according to the present disclosure. The business audit knowledge base retrieval method comprises the following steps:
step 101, in response to detecting that a user acts on a selection operation of a query control in a service audit knowledge base page, displaying a service audit file display sub-page according to a service audit keyword input to a search box corresponding to the query control by the user.
In some embodiments, an executing entity (e.g., a computing device) of the business audit knowledge base retrieval method may display a business audit file display sub-page according to a business audit keyword input by a user to a search box corresponding to a query control in a business audit knowledge base page in response to detecting that the user performs a selection operation on the query control in the business audit knowledge base page. The service audit knowledge base page may be a home page after a service audit knowledge base (e.g., an audit knowledge base) is opened. The service audit knowledge base may be a database for storing service audit data. The query control can be a control for searching a corresponding file/folder. The search box may be a text box for the user to input a service audit keyword. The service auditing keywords may be keywords input by a user to search for a corresponding file/folder. For example, the service auditing keywords may be digitized. As another example, the service audit keyword may be a test. The service audit file display sub-page may be a sub-page for displaying a service audit file and/or a service audit folder. The service audit file display sub-page may be located in a preset area of the service audit knowledge base page. The service audit file display sub-page can also be a page displayed in a skipping mode. The business audit folder may be a folder including business audit files. The service audit file may be a file related to service audit. For example, the business audit file can be case evaluation items. The format of the service audit file may include, but is not limited to: doc, docx, xls. Therefore, the sub-page corresponding to the keyword input by the user can be displayed.
The computing device may be hardware or software. When the computing device is hardware, it may be implemented as a distributed cluster formed by a plurality of terminal devices, or may be implemented as a single terminal device. When the computing device is embodied as software, it may be installed in the hardware devices enumerated above. It may be implemented, for example, as multiple software or software modules to provide distributed services, or as a single software or software module. And is not particularly limited herein. It should be understood that there may be any number of computing devices, as desired for an implementation.
Optionally, before the step 101, first, in response to detecting a selection operation of a user on a query control, the executing body may detect whether the user inputs a business review keyword in a search box corresponding to the query control. Then, in response to that no input service audit keyword is detected, the service audit root directory may be displayed in the service audit file display sub-page. The folder corresponding to the service audit root directory may include all files in the service audit knowledge base. Therefore, when the user does not input the service auditing key words, the service auditing root directory can be displayed for the user to use.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, first, the execution subject may display, in the service audit file display sub-page, a service audit file and/or a service audit folder corresponding to the service audit keyword, and a path of the service audit file and/or the service audit folder. Wherein the path comprises at least one sub-path. In practice, the executing entity may use a search algorithm to search the service audit knowledge base for a service audit file and/or a service audit folder corresponding to the service audit keyword, and display the service audit file and/or the service audit folder and a path of the service audit file and/or the service audit folder in the service audit file display sub-page. Therefore, the user can view the corresponding service audit file and/or the service audit folder. Then, in response to detecting a selection operation acting on a first sub-path included in the path, the executing subject may present a business audit root directory. As an example, the path may be: a business audit knowledge base-headquarter business audit knowledge base-common data-basic data templates. The service audit root directory may be a "service audit repository" included in the path. In response to detecting a selection operation acting on a "business audit repository" included in the path, the executive may present a business audit root directory. Then, in response to detecting a selection operation acting on a last sub-path included in the path, the executing entity may display the service audit file and/or a service audit folder at a previous stage of the service audit folder. The above-mentioned previous-stage service audit folder may display the service audit file displayed in the sub-page for the service audit file and/or the previous-stage folder of the service audit folder. As an example, in response to detecting a selection operation acting on a "basic data template," the execution subject may present the business audit file and/or a higher-level business audit folder of the business audit folders. And finally, responding to the hovering operation of the user on the service audit file or the service audit folder, and displaying the attribute information of the service audit file or the service audit folder. The hovering operation may be an operation in which the virtual cursor is stationary in the service audit file or the service audit folder exceeds a preset hovering duration. The preset hovering duration may be a threshold of a duration that the virtual cursor may be stationary in the service audit file or the service audit folder. A mouse cursor. The attribute information may include, but is not limited to: name, file size, creation time, creator, creation unit, file type. Therefore, the business audit file and/or the business audit folder can be further displayed in the business audit file display sub-page.
Step 102, determining the business auditing keywords as historical business auditing search words, and adding the historical business auditing search words into the historical business auditing search word set to update the historical business auditing search word set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may determine the service audit keyword as a historical service audit search word and add the service audit keyword to a historical service audit search word set to update the historical service audit search word set. The historical service auditing search words in the historical service auditing search word set can be all service auditing keywords input by a user. Therefore, each service auditing keyword input by the user can be determined as the historical service auditing search word set.
And 103, auditing the search word set according to the historical service to generate a service auditing search hot word set.
In some embodiments, the executive agent may generate a set of business audit search hotspot words according to the set of historical business audit search words. In practice, the historical service audit search words input to the search box in the historical service audit search word set may be determined as the service audit search hot words, so as to obtain a service audit search hot word set. Therefore, a business audit search hotspot word set with high user search frequency can be obtained.
And step 104, displaying the business examination search hot words in the business examination search hot word set in a preset area of the search box.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may display the business audit search hotspot words in the set of business audit search hotspot words in a preset area of the search box. The preset area may be a preset area. For example, the preset area may be a lower area of the search box. In practice, the business audit search hot words in the business audit search hot word set can be displayed from high to low according to the number of times each word is input into the search box. Therefore, the business with high search frequency can be provided for auditing the search hotspot word set for the user.
And 105, updating the displayed business review file display sub-page in response to the detection of the selection operation of the user on any displayed business review search hot word.
In some embodiments, in response to detecting a selection operation of the user on any of the displayed business review search hotspot terms, the executing entity may update the displayed business review file display sub-page. In practice, in response to detecting that the user performs a selection operation on any displayed business audit search hot word, the execution subject may display a business audit file and/or a business audit folder corresponding to the business audit search hot word in the business audit file display sub-page, so as to update the displayed business audit file display sub-page. Therefore, the user can check the corresponding file through the selection operation of examining and searching the hot words of any service, and the efficiency of searching the file by the user is improved.

The permission setting popup window comprises a file viewing control in the current permission. The permission setting control can be a control for setting the permission of the user. The permission setting popup may be a window for a user to specifically set a permission. The file viewing control in the current permission may be a control for viewing a file viewable at the permission level of the user. And then, in response to the detection of the selection operation of the user on the file viewing control in the current authority, displaying the popup window of the file in the current authority according to the authority level information corresponding to the user. And finally, in response to the detection of the selection operation acting on any current permission file included in the current permission file popup window, jumping to a file viewing page corresponding to the selected current permission file, so as to display the selected current permission file.
The above content is used as an invention point of the embodiment of the disclosure, and solves the technical problems mentioned in the background technology, namely that the user cannot prompt the file under the authority of the user in time, the user needs to manually search the file by himself, and the efficiency of the user for checking the file is low. Factors that cause the user to see the file less efficiently are as follows: the user cannot be prompted about the files under the authority of the user in time, the user needs to manually search the files, and the efficiency of the user for checking the files is low. If the factors are solved, the effect of saving the storage space of the business audit knowledge base can be achieved. In order to achieve the effect, the file viewing control in the current permission is introduced, the files which can be viewed under the permission level of the user can be directly viewed, and the efficiency of viewing the files by the user is improved.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following beneficial effects: by the aid of the business audit knowledge base retrieval method in some embodiments of the disclosure, file retrieval efficiency of users is improved. Specifically, the reasons why users retrieve files less efficiently are that: for files frequently used by a user, manual retrieval is needed each time, and the efficiency of retrieving the files by the user is low. Based on this, in the business audit knowledge base retrieval method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, first, in response to detecting that a user acts on a selection operation of an inquiry control in a business audit knowledge base page, a business audit file display sub-page is displayed according to a business audit keyword input to a search box corresponding to the inquiry control by the user. Therefore, the sub-page corresponding to the keyword input by the user can be displayed. And then, determining the business auditing keywords as historical business auditing search words and adding the historical business auditing search words into the historical business auditing search word set so as to update the historical business auditing search word set. Therefore, each business auditing keyword input by the user can be determined as the historical business auditing search word set. And secondly, checking the search word set according to the historical service to generate a service checking search hot word set. Therefore, a business audit search hotspot word set with high user search frequency can be obtained. And then displaying the business audit search hot words in the business audit search hot word set in a preset area of the search box. Therefore, the business with high search frequency can be provided for auditing the search hotspot word set for the user.
