step S101, responding to the article viewing operation of the user, acquiring the target article content selected by the user and displaying the target article content.
Specifically, the display interface of the terminal may display a plurality of article viewing entries, and when receiving an article viewing operation sent by a user for a certain article entry, the terminal may locally obtain a corresponding target article content, or send an article obtaining request to the server to obtain the target article content selected by the user.
The article viewing operation may take a variety of forms, such as cursor selection, touch screen clicking, etc., and the particular form of the article viewing operation is not limited herein.
Step S102, displaying a catalog view entry on a display interface of the target article content.
The catalog viewing inlet 201 may be displayed at a preset fixed position of the current display interface, for example, a preset fixed position such as an upper left corner, a lower right corner, an upper right corner, etc., as shown in fig. 2, and may be displayed at a lower right corner of the display interface, and may be displayed as a thumbnail of the catalog, so that a user may understand the function of the catalog viewing inlet.
The catalog viewing portal may be fixed or movable, and in other embodiments, the catalog viewing portal may be moved randomly on the display interface, and the user may drag or move the catalog viewing portal in the form of a touch screen click, a cursor click, or the like.
Step S103, responding to a view request triggered by a user aiming at a catalog view entry, acquiring an article catalog corresponding to target article contents, and displaying the article catalog on a display interface of the target article contents; the article catalog is generated by identifying the title and/or semantics of the target article content, and catalog subitems of the article catalog are associated with corresponding chapter content data.
In this embodiment, the articles may be automatically generated based on titles in the content of the articles or based on semantics of the content of the articles, and the author may not need to insert or write any more to generate the catalogs when authoring the articles, so that the operation of publishing the articles by the author can be simplified, the publishing efficiency of the articles by the author can be improved, and the user experience of the author can be further improved.
Specifically, the process of obtaining the article catalogue corresponding to the target article content may include: obtaining a catalog of target articles from the local; or sending an article catalogue acquisition request of the target article content to the server to acquire the article catalogue returned by the server.
In the embodiment, the catalog can be automatically generated based on the titles in the article contents or based on the semantics of the article contents, when a user browses the target article contents, the user does not need to frequently slide pages, can quickly focus on the interesting contents through the catalog viewing entrance at any time, is convenient for the user to operate, and can improve the user experience; the terminal does not need to frequently respond to the sliding operation of the user in the browsing process, so that the load of the terminal can be reduced, and the resources of the terminal are saved.
