That is, the hinge 4 is stationary with respect to the eyeglass body 1, and the temple 2 is folded outward or inward with respect to the hinge 4 and the eyeglass body 1 when the eyeglasses are worn or folded for storage.
In an embodiment of the invention, when wearing the eyeglasses, the temple bar 2 rotates about the axis of rotation of the rotating part 41, while the stop member 5 rotates about the axis of the pivot shaft 3 in the same direction of rotation (clockwise as shown in fig. 7).
In a specific embodiment, the slot 411 has three slot sidewalls and a slot bottom wall 411b, wherein two slot sidewalls (referred to as a first slot sidewall and a second slot sidewall) are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating portion 41; the other side wall (third side wall 411 a) and the bottom wall 411b are sandwiched between the first and second side walls, and the third side wall 411a and the bottom wall 411b form an included angle of 90 degrees. In some embodiments of the invention, the pivot 3 is fixed inside the temple 2; the limiting member 5 comprises a body 51 in an oblong structure, an avoiding notch 52 is arranged in the middle of one end of the body 51, two hinge holes 53 are respectively arranged on the body 51 at two sides of the avoiding notch 52, and the pivot shaft 3 penetrates through the hinge holes 53 and is in running fit with the hinge holes 53; the body 51 is provided with a limit projection 55 at one side of the inner wall of the temple 2 against which the elastic member abuts. In some other embodiments, the pivot shaft 3 is rotatably installed in the temple 2, and the limiting member 5 is fixedly connected with the pivot shaft 3 to rotate synchronously.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member is a metal elastic sheet 6, and the metal elastic sheet 6 includes a connecting portion 61, an arc portion 62 and an abutting portion 63 which are connected in sequence; the arc part 62 is arranged around the outer side of the pivot shaft 3; the abutting part 63 abuts against the inner wall of the temple 2; the body 51 is provided with a mounting groove 54, and the connecting portion 61 is inserted into or fixed to the mounting groove 54. In some embodiments, the elastic member is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the pivot 3, the torsion arm at one end is connected with the body 51, and the torsion arm at the other end is abutted against the inner wall of the glasses leg 2. The elastic member has various structures, and it is sufficient if at least one elastic clamping force is provided to make the temple 2 have a movement tendency toward the face of the user when the user wears the glasses, which is not described herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rotating portion 41 is a revolving structure, the revolving structure has two parallel end surfaces and the generatrix is an outer convex arc line. In still other embodiments, the rotating portion 41 is a cylindrical shaft; any configuration of the rotating part 41 is applicable to the present invention as long as it can be rotatably coupled to the temple 2, and may be a sphere.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, the hinge 4 further includes a fixed mounting portion 42 connected to the rotating portion 41; the axis of the fixed mounting portion 42 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotating portion 41.
