Background
At present, along with the improvement of the living standard of people, more and more people like outdoor exercises, so that the products of the outdoor exercises are more and more, and the sports shoes are more preferred outdoor exercise equipment. Along with fly weaving, sandwich warp knitting screen cloth, shuttle weave a large amount of applications on the shoes material, make the weight of shoes light to a certain extent, it is comfortable and easy to wear for the sports shoes obtains people's favor to a certain extent.
However, in the current market, the vamp is made of a single fabric, generally a single woven fabric, a sandwich warp-knitted mesh fabric or a woven fabric, and cannot embody different visual effects and functional effects.
Generally, the woven vamp is formed by interlacing warp and weft directions only in a picking mode through a weaving machine, the weave of the woven vamp generally comprises three types of plain weave, twill weave and satin weave and changes of the plain weave, the twill weave and the satin weave, and the fabric is firm, stiff and smooth and not easy to deform due to the fact that the weaving method is interlaced in the warp and the weft directions. But the fly-woven fabric and the woven fabric cannot be combined.
