Although the pump body vertical lathe clamp can realize accurate positioning, the pump body vertical lathe clamp has the problem of complicated assembly and disassembly.

Further, the pushing assembly comprises a positioning taper sleeve sleeved on the positioning mandrel and a rotating rod which is positioned on the positioning taper sleeve and is perpendicular to the axis of the positioning mandrel; the positioning taper sleeve is provided with a threaded hole along the axial direction; the small end of the positioning taper sleeve is used for being abutted with the through hole on the shell to be processed during positioning.
Further, the inner cavity positioning assembly comprises a bolt, one end of the bolt is arranged on the positioning mandrel, and the positioning pin is arranged at the other end of the bolt.
Further, a first positioning hole perpendicular to the axis of the positioning mandrel is formed in the positioning mandrel, one end of the bolt is located in the first positioning hole, a second positioning hole parallel to the axis of the positioning mandrel is formed in one side, close to the pushing assembly, of the other end of the bolt, and the positioning pin is located in the second positioning hole.
Further, the bolt head is also provided with a pull rod for pulling out the bolt from the first positioning hole.
Further, the rotary rod comprises a plurality of rotary support rods which are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the positioning taper sleeve and are perpendicular to the axis of the positioning mandrel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and exemplary embodiments. Referring to fig. 1, a through hole is formed in the center of the side wall of a to-be-processed shell (01), and the clamping tool of the vertical adding equipment can be used for accurately positioning the end face (T face) of the inner cavity of the shell. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the invention provides a vertical device clamping tool with a shell inner cavity positioning function, which comprises a clamp body 1, a positioning mandrel 2, a pushing component 3 and an inner cavity positioning component 4.
The axis of the positioning mandrel 2 is arranged along the horizontal direction, one end of the positioning mandrel is arranged on the clamp body 1 through a pin, and the other end of the positioning mandrel sequentially passes through a threaded hole on the pushing component 3 and a through hole on the shell 01 to be processed and then is fixed with the inner cavity positioning component 4, and threads matched with the threaded hole on the pushing component 3 are arranged on the positioning mandrel 2.
The inner cavity positioning assembly 4 comprises a plug 41, a positioning pin 42 and a pull rod 43, a first positioning hole perpendicular to the axis of the positioning mandrel 2 is formed in the positioning mandrel 2, one end of the plug 41 is located in the first positioning hole, a second positioning hole parallel to the axis of the positioning mandrel 2 is formed in one side, close to the pushing assembly 3, of the other end of the plug 41, the positioning pin 42 is located in the second positioning hole, and the head of the plug 41 is further provided with the pull rod for pulling out the plug 41 from the first positioning hole.
The pushing assembly 3 comprises a positioning taper sleeve 31 sleeved on the positioning mandrel 2 and a rotating rod 32 which is positioned on the positioning taper sleeve 31 and is perpendicular to the axis of the positioning mandrel 2, wherein the rotating rod 32 comprises two rotating struts which are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the positioning taper sleeve 31 and are perpendicular to the axis of the positioning mandrel 2; the positioning taper sleeve 31 is provided with a threaded hole along the axial direction; the small end of the positioning taper sleeve 31 is used for abutting against a through hole on the shell 01 to be processed during positioning.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
one end of a positioning mandrel 2 is fixed with a fixture body 1, a to-be-machined shell 01 is arranged in the fixture body 1, and an inner cavity positioning assembly 4 is arranged on the positioning mandrel 2 after the other end of the positioning mandrel 2 passes through a through hole in the to-be-machined shell 01; the positioning shaft sleeve is moved to the direction of the to-be-processed shell 01 by the rotating rod 32 so as to push the to-be-processed shell 01, and the end face of the inner cavity of the to-be-processed shell 01 is tightly attached to the positioning end face of the positioning pin 42, so that the positioning of the end face of the inner cavity of the to-be-processed shell 01 is completed.
