By arranging the placing plate 723, an operator places an electronic component on the placing plate 723 to enable the electronic component to be clamped and fixed in a horizontal state, the operator adjusts the rotating disc 52, the four arc-shaped clamping plates 511 synchronously move towards a direction close to the electronic component, the threaded rod 532 is in threaded connection with the lifting column 72, so that the lifting column 72 can move towards a direction close to the rotating disc 52, the first sliding strip 721 is matched with the first sliding groove 713, the lifting column 72 can be guaranteed to keep moving in a vertical direction when the threaded rod 532 rotates, after the electronic component is clamped, the lifting column retracts into the first through hole 712, after spot welding is completed, the operator reversely rotates the rotating disc 52, the four arc-shaped clamping plates 511 move towards a direction away from the electronic component, the lifting column 72 moves towards a direction away from the rotating disc 52, and the placing plate 723 receives the spot-welded electronic component again, so that the spot-welded electronic component can be taken out by the operator conveniently.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 8 and 9, a connection ring 522 is further disposed at the top edge of each rotating disc 52, a fixed rod 233 is further disposed on each mounting plate 23, a tension spring 523 is disposed between the fixed rod 233 and the connection ring 522, and two ends of the tension spring 523 are respectively disposed on the connection ring 522 and the fixed rod 233;
an annular avoiding groove 24 for avoiding the tension spring 523 is formed in the inner wall of the top of the second round hole 22;

The worker adjusts the rotating disc 52, the tension spring 523 is pulled along the annular avoiding groove 24 along with the rotation of the rotating disc 52, so that elastic force is generated, after the electronic component is clamped, the rotating disc 52 is limited under the cooperation of the clamping claw 232, the pressing column 62 and the pressing spring 63, the clamping stability is improved, the intercepting rod 12 lifts the clamping claw 232 out of the clamping groove 521 along with the rotation of the rotating disc 2, the rotating disc 52 automatically returns under the action of the elastic force of the tension spring 523, so that the plurality of arc-shaped clamping plates 511 can loosen the electronic component, the electronic component is received on the placing plate 723 under the action of the lifting column 72, the clamping claw 232 can continuously extend into the clamping groove 521 under the action of the pressing spring 63 and the pressing column 62, the worker only needs to rotate the rotating disc 52 towards one direction, and under the cooperation of the intercepting rod 12 and the tension spring 523, the electronic component can be automatically moved out of the arc-shaped clamping plates 511, the operation steps in the worker are reduced, and the spot welding efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, a first servo motor 13 is arranged at the bottom of the workbench 1, the first servo motor 13 is arranged in a vertical state, and an output shaft of the first servo motor 13 penetrates through the workbench 1 and is arranged at the center of the bottom of the rotary disc 2.
The staff only need place electronic components in a position, drives rolling disc 2 through first servo motor 13 and rotates, just can carry the electronic components that the centre gripping was accomplished, need not the staff and changes in spot welding pen 44 below, avoids spot welding pen 44 to exert an influence to staff's health safety, improves the security that the device used.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 6 and 12, the position adjustment mechanism 3 further includes a second servo motor 34 and a lead screw 35;
the screw rod 35 is rotatably arranged in the first slide rail 32, and the length direction of the screw rod 35 is the same as that of the first slide rail 32;
the second servo motor 34 is arranged at one end of the first slide rail 32, and an output shaft of the first servo motor 13 passes through the first slide rail 32 and is connected with one end of the screw rod 35;
one end of the first slider 321 along the length direction of the first slide rail 32 is provided with a second threaded hole 3211 matched with the screw rod 35, and the second threaded hole 3211 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 35.
Drive lead screw 35 through second servo motor 34 and rotate, the second screw hole 3211 threaded connection of lead screw 35 and first slider 321 to drive first slider 321 and can reciprocate along first slide rail 32 and slide, through cooperating with linear actuator 33, thereby adjust spot welding mechanism 4 in the position of horizontal direction, improve the suitability of device.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 5, 13, 14 and 15, the spot welding mechanism 4 further includes a mounting bracket 45, a cylinder 46, a rotating ring 47, a return spring 48 and a limit bolt 49;
the mounting bracket 45 is arranged in a vertical state, and the execution part of the linear driver 33 is arranged at the center of one side of the mounting bracket 45;
the cylinder 46 is arranged inside the mounting frame 45, the cylinder 46 is arranged in a vertical state, and an execution part of the cylinder 46 penetrates through the mounting frame 45 and is arranged at the center of the top of the mounting cylinder 41;
the outer wall of each rotating rod 412 is provided with two guide grooves 4121, and the two guide grooves 4121 are arranged in a mirror image mode relative to the axis of the rotating rod 412;

The staff grasps the rotating ring 47 to pull downwards, the rotating ring 47 extrudes the corresponding return spring 48, then, the staff rotates the rotating ring 47, the rotating ring 47 drives the rotating rod 412 to rotate, according to the welding position of the electronic component, the position of the second sliding rail 42 is adjusted, then, the positions of the second sliding block 421, the linear driver 33 and the first sliding block 321 are sequentially adjusted, the spot welding pen 44 is made to be positioned right above the welding position of the electronic component, then, the staff loosens the rotating ring 47, under the action of the return spring 48, the rectangular protrusion 472 and the rectangular groove 413 are clamped, so that the rotating rod 412 is limited, the limit bolt 49 is rotated, the limit bolt 49 penetrates through the strip-shaped notch 422 to be in threaded connection with the third threaded hole 4211, the limit bolt 49 contacts the corresponding second sliding rail 42, so that the position of the second sliding block 421 is fixed, then, the staff starts the air cylinder 46, the air cylinder 46 pushes the mounting cylinder 41 to move towards the direction close to the electronic component, so that a plurality of spot welding positions are synchronously welded, and the welding efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 15, each damping assembly 43 further includes a connecting rod 432, a connecting plate 433, a supporting column 434, a damping column 435, a damping spring 436 and a limit ring 437;
the connecting rod 432 is arranged in a vertical state, and the connecting rod 432 is arranged at the center of the bottom of the corresponding second slider 421;
the connecting disc 433 is arranged in a horizontal state, and one end of the connecting rod 432, which is far away from the second slider 421, is arranged at the center of the top of the connecting disc 433;
a plurality of supporting columns 434 are arranged, the supporting columns 434 are arranged at the bottom of the connecting disc 433 in a vertical state, and the supporting columns 434 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting disc 433;

Through being provided with buffer assembly 43, when spot welding pen 44 is under the promotion of cylinder 46, the orientation removes near electronic components's direction, when spot welding pen 44 contacts electronic components, buffer disc 431 rebound, buffer column 435 extrudees buffer spring 436, thereby provide certain buffer space for spot welding pen 44, thereby avoid spot welding pen 44 rigidity contact electronic components to lead to electronic components to produce the damage, and to the welding position of co-altitude, buffer column 435 can provide certain buffer space, thereby can make a plurality of spot welding pen 44 weld in step, the setting of second draw runner 4351 and second spout 4342 can guarantee the stability that buffer column 435 removed, through being provided with spacing ring 437, when second draw runner 4351 contacts spacing ring 437, spacing ring 437 can play the limiting role to buffer column 435, avoid buffer column 435 to be pushed out third round hole 4341 by buffer spring 436.
Referring to fig. 16, a method for using a spot welding device with a limiting structure for processing an electronic component includes the following steps:
s1, a worker places an electronic component at the center of a placing plate 723, then rotates a rotating disc 52, the rotating disc 52 drives a contact disc 53 to rotate, so that a plurality of arc-shaped clamping plates 511 can clamp the electronic component, a threaded rod 532 drives the placing plate 723 to move downwards, and a clamping claw 232 extends into a clamping groove 521 to fix the rotating disc 52;
s2, starting a first servo motor 13, wherein the first servo motor 13 drives a rotating disc 2 to rotate, so that the position of the clamped electronic component is moved, then sequentially adjusting a linear driver 33, a second servo motor 34, a rotating ring 47 and a limiting bolt 49 according to the welding position of the electronic component, so that a spot welding pen 44 is positioned right above the welding position of the electronic component, then loosening the rotating ring 47, clamping a rectangular bulge 472 and a rectangular groove 413 mutually, limiting the rotating ring 47, and limiting a second sliding block 421 through the limiting bolt 49;
s3, starting the air cylinder 46 and carrying out spot welding on a plurality of welding positions of the electronic component;
s4, after spot welding is finished, starting the first servo motor 13 to drive the rotating disc 2 to rotate, lifting the clamping claw 232 of the intercepting rod 12 out of the clamping groove 521, automatically aligning the rotating disc 52 under the action of elastic force of the tension spring 523, loosening the spot-welded electronic component by the arc-shaped clamping plate 511, and pushing the lifting rod to move upwards by the threaded rod 532 so as to place the spot-welded electronic component on the placing plate 723;
and S5, taking out the electronic component subjected to spot welding by a worker, putting in a new electronic component, repeating the steps of S1 and S3, and carrying out continuous spot welding.

each clamping mechanism (5) comprises four arc-shaped clamping rods (51) capable of synchronously moving towards the axis of the corresponding first round hole (21), the arc-shaped clamping rods (51) are arranged at equal intervals along the axis of the corresponding first round hole (21), and an arc-shaped clamping plate (511) is arranged at one end, close to the corresponding first round hole (21), of each arc-shaped clamping rod (51);
the position adjusting mechanism (3) is arranged on the workbench (1);
the position adjusting mechanism (3) comprises a support frame (31) and a first sliding rail (32);
the two support frames (31) are arranged at two sides of the top of the workbench (1) in a vertical state, the first sliding rail (32) is arranged in a horizontal state, two ends of the first sliding rail (32) are arranged at the tops of the corresponding support frames (31), and the opening end of the first sliding rail (32) faces the direction of the rotating disc (2);

a second sliding block (421) is arranged in each second sliding rail (42) in a sliding mode, and a buffering assembly (43) is arranged at the center of the bottom of each second sliding block (421);
each buffer assembly (43) comprises a buffer disc (431) capable of moving back and forth along the vertical direction, the buffer discs (431) are arranged in a horizontal state, and a spot welding pen (44) extending downwards vertically is arranged at the center of each buffer disc (431).

the radius of the second round hole (22) is larger than the shortest distance between the axis of the first round hole (21) and the outer wall of the rotating disc (2);
the rotating disc (52) is arranged in the second round hole (22) in a horizontal state in a rotatable manner, and the rotating disc (52) and the second round hole (22) are coaxially arranged;
a contact disc (53) is arranged at the center of the top of the rotating disc (52), and four arc-shaped contact blocks (531) are arranged on the outer wall of the contact disc (53);

the inclined column (61) is arranged at one end, far away from the first hinge portion (211), of the bottom of the mounting plate (23) at a certain angle, a guide hole (611) is formed in one end, far away from the mounting plate (23), of the inclined column (61), the guide hole (611) faces towards the direction close to the corresponding clamping claw (232), and the pressing column (62) can be arranged in the guide hole (611) in a sliding mode;
the pressing spring (63) is arranged in the guide hole (611), and two ends of the pressing spring (63) are respectively contacted with the pressing column (62) and the inner wall of the bottom of the guide hole (611);
one end, far away from the rotating disc (2), of each clamping claw (232) is provided with a third hinging part (2321), and one end, far away from the guide hole (611), of the pressing column (62) is hinged to the third hinging part (2321).

a first through hole (712) is formed in the center of the connecting column (71), a threaded rod (532) extending vertically and upwards is arranged in the center of the abutting disc (53), and the threaded rod (532) is arranged in the center of the first through hole (712); two first sliding grooves (713) are formed in the inner wall of the first through hole (712), and the two first sliding grooves (713) are arranged in a mirror image mode relative to the axis of the first through hole (712);

s4, spot welding is completed, a first servo motor (13) is started to drive the rotating disc (2) to rotate, the clamping claw (232) of the intercepting rod (12) is lifted out of the clamping groove (521), the rotating disc (52) is automatically corrected under the action of elastic force of the tension spring (523), the electronic components which are subjected to spot welding are loosened by the arc-shaped clamping plate (511), and the lifting rod is pushed by the threaded rod (532) to move upwards, so that the electronic components which are subjected to spot welding are placed on the placing plate (723);
s5, the worker takes out the electronic component subjected to spot welding, puts in a new electronic component, repeats the steps of S1 and S3, and carries out continuous spot welding.
