The blowout prevention mechanism 6 comprises a connecting arm 61, a second spray head 62, an adjusting plate 63, a fourth hydraulic cylinder 64, sliding support plates 65, a sliding top frame 66, a top block 67, guide rails 68, a fifth hydraulic cylinder 69 and a connecting spray pipe 601, the top of the connecting arm 61 is fixedly connected with the conversion frame 52, the bottom of the connecting arm 61 is movably connected with the adjusting plate 63, the bottom of the adjusting plate 63 is fixedly connected with the second spray head 62, one side of the second spray head 62 is connected with the connecting spray pipe 601, one side of the top of the adjusting plate 63 is movably connected with the output end of the fourth hydraulic cylinder 64, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 64 is movably connected with a plurality of sliding support plates 65, the sliding support plates 65 are slidably connected with the connecting arm 61, one side of each sliding support plate 65 is fixedly connected with the top block 67, the top block 67 is slidably connected with the sliding top frame 66, the sliding top frame 66 is slidably connected with the plurality of guide rails 68, the cross section of each guide rail 68 is T-shaped, the guide rails 68 are fixedly connected with the connecting arm 61, the top of the sliding frame 24 is connected with the output end of the fifth hydraulic cylinder 69, and the fifth hydraulic cylinder 69 is fixedly connected with the connecting arm 61;

the moving plate and the limiting plate move to the clamping box under the driving of the driving roller and the roller groove, the sixth motor provides power for the rotation of the rotating gear, so that the follower rod and the transverse connecting plate are driven to rotate, the first clamping group and the second clamping group are driven to rotate, and the first clamping group moves and resets after clamping the plate;

after the decoration surface and the side surface are sprayed, UV paint is supplied to the second spray nozzle through the connecting spray pipe, the back surface of the plate is sprayed with UV anticorrosive paint through the second spray nozzle, the side surface and the top of the back surface of the plate are sprayed, the plate is rotated by the transmission mechanism, the bottom of the plate is rotated to the top, and then spraying operation is performed, the UV paint is irradiated by a high-energy ultraviolet lamp, the solidification of the paint is accelerated, the fourth hydraulic cylinder provides power for the rotation of the adjusting disc on the connecting arm, the adjusting disc further drives the second spray nozzle to rotate, the angle of the second spray nozzle is adjusted, meanwhile, the fifth hydraulic cylinder provides power for the sliding top frame to slide on the guide rail, the sliding top frame further drives the sliding support plate to slide on the connecting arm through the top block, the fourth hydraulic cylinder is ejected, and the rotatable angle of the adjusting disc is increased;
a second hydraulic cylinder in the first clamping group provides power for the rotation of the supporting plate on the fixed arm, the supporting plate further drives other components to rotate, the angle is adjusted, a fourth motor provides power for the rotation of the rotating cylinder, a second electric push rod provides power for the movement of the power rod, the power rod further drives the clamping rods and the clamping blocks to rotate on the fixed rod, further the reserved blocks and the plates are clamped, the clamping blocks rotate along with the rotating cylinder, further the plates are driven to rotate through the reserved blocks, the spraying operation of the blowout prevention mechanism is matched, after the paint surface is irradiated and cured by the high-energy ultraviolet lamp, the supporting plate in the second clamping group rotates, another group of reserved blocks is clamped through the second clamping group, meanwhile, the clamping of the first clamping group is released, the supporting plate rotates, the clamping blocks of the first clamping group are far away from the plates, and the positions of the reserved blocks are sprayed with the UV paint;
after the spraying of panel is accomplished, fixture moves to unloading mechanism, and turn to panel unloading mechanism, the seventh motor rotates for the dwang and provides power, the dwang drives the sliding arm and rotates, fourth electric putter and dwang follow the sliding arm and rotate, make sliding arm and cushion turn to panel both sides, the ejecting sliding arm of fourth electric putter and then press from both sides tight panel through the cushion, fixture loosens the centre gripping and resets, the sliding arm rotates to depositing the flitch with panel steering, the sixth pneumatic cylinder provides power for the removal of material storage plate, material storage plate rises and catches panel, the sliding arm loosens panel, material storage plate and then drive panel and descend.

1. An automatic spraying robot for aluminum special-shaped plates comprises a transmission mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a blanking mechanism, a spraying mechanism and a blowout preventing mechanism, and is characterized in that the adjusting mechanism is arranged on two sides of the transmission mechanism, the blanking mechanism is arranged on one side of the transmission mechanism respectively, the spraying mechanism is arranged on one side of the adjusting mechanism, and the blowout preventing mechanism is arranged on one side of the spraying mechanism;
