performing semantic analysis on the second information to divide the second information into a plurality of second sub information;
and searching the reply information corresponding to each question information from the second sub-information.
In another embodiment, when the extracting module 602 searches the reply information corresponding to each question information from the second sub information, the method specifically includes:
performing semantic analysis on the question information and each second sub-information to determine one or more second sub-information associated with the question information;
and under the condition that a plurality of second sub-information associated with the question information is available, performing one or more of splicing, sorting, de-duplication and filling on the plurality of second sub-information to obtain the reply information corresponding to each question information.
In yet another embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a determination module 604 configured to:
determining that the relationship between each reply information is the same or opposite when a plurality of reply information corresponding to the question information are provided;
in the case that the relationship between each reply message is the same, determining a reply message based on the reply duration and the reply word number corresponding to the reply message;
in the case where the relationship between each of the reply messages is reversed, a reply message is determined based on the reply time corresponding to each of the reply messages.
In yet another embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a setup module 605 configured to:
setting a first label for the question information under the condition that answer information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information;
and setting a second label for the question information when the second information does not contain the reply information corresponding to the question information.
In yet another embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a generation module 606 configured to:
generating a question-answer list comprising the first mapping relation based on the acquisition time of the question information and/or the occurrence number of the question information;
and displaying through the first device and/or the second device.
In yet another embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a presentation module 607 configured to:
continuously acquiring first information;
displaying the question information in a first form under the condition that the question-answer list comprises the question information in the first information;
displaying the question information in a second form under the condition that the question information in the first information is not included in the question and answer list;
the question information and the question-answer list exist in different display interfaces.
In yet another embodiment, the electronic device further includes an update module 608 configured to:
continuously acquiring second information;
and updating the question and answer list based on the answer information under the condition that the second information comprises answer information corresponding to the question information.
According to the method and the device, the question information is extracted from the first information, the response information corresponding to each question information is searched from the second information, and the mapping relation between the question information and the response information is established under the condition that the response information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information, so that the purpose of automatically establishing the mapping relation between the question information and the response information is achieved, the problem that multiple responses are carried out on the same question information is avoided, and the question and answer efficiency is improved.
An embodiment of the present application provides a storage medium, where the storage medium is a computer-readable medium, and stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method provided in any embodiment of the present application, and includes the following steps S11 to S13:
s11, acquiring a plurality of first information and second information; wherein the first information and the second information originate from different electronic devices;
s12, extracting question information from the first information, and searching reply information corresponding to each question information from the second information, wherein the question information is characters, and the reply information is audio and/or video;
and S13, under the condition that answer information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information, establishing a mapping relation between the question information and the answer information.
According to the method and the device, the question information is extracted from the first information, the response information corresponding to each question information is searched from the second information, and the mapping relation between the question information and the response information is established under the condition that the response information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information, so that the purpose of automatically establishing the mapping relation between the question information and the response information is achieved, the problem that multiple responses are carried out on the same question information is avoided, and the question and answer efficiency is improved.
An electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application may be as shown in fig. 7, where the electronic device at least includes a memory 701 and a processor 702, the memory 701 stores a computer program, and the processor 702 implements the method provided in any embodiment of the present application when executing the computer program in the memory 701. Illustratively, the electronic device computer program steps are as follows S21 to S23:
s21, acquiring a plurality of first information and second information; wherein the first information and the second information originate from different electronic devices;
s22, extracting question information from the first information, and searching reply information corresponding to each question information from the second information, wherein the question information is characters, and the reply information is audio and/or video;
s23, under the condition that answer information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information, establishing a mapping relation between the question information and the answer information.
According to the method and the device for establishing the mapping relationship between the question information and the answer information, the question information is extracted from the first information, the answer information corresponding to each question information is searched from the second information, and the mapping relationship between the question information and the answer information is established under the condition that the answer information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information, so that the purpose of automatically establishing the mapping relationship between the question information and the answer information is achieved, the problem that multiple times of answers are carried out on the same question information is avoided, and the question answering efficiency is improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes. Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes the method steps described in the above embodiments according to the program code stored in the storage medium. Optionally, for a specific example in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiment and optional implementation, and this embodiment is not described herein again. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present application described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a memory device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be executed out of order, or separately as integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps thereof may be implemented as a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present application is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method comprising:
acquiring a plurality of first information and second information; wherein the first information and the second information originate from different electronic devices;
extracting question information from the first information, and searching answer information corresponding to each question information from the second information, wherein the question information is characters, and the answer information is audio and/or video;
and establishing a mapping relation between the question information and the answer information when the answer information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the extracting of the question information from the first information includes:
performing semantic analysis on each piece of first information to determine candidate information, wherein the candidate information comprises a question mark;
and carrying out duplicate removal processing on the candidate information to obtain the problem information.
3. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the searching for the reply information corresponding to each of the question information from the second information includes:
performing semantic analysis on the second information to divide the second information into a plurality of second sub information;
and searching the reply information corresponding to each question information from the second sub-information.
4. The information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the searching for the response information corresponding to each question information from the second sub-information includes:
performing semantic analysis on the question information and each second sub-information to determine one or more second sub-information associated with the question information;
and under the condition that a plurality of second sub-information associated with the question information is available, performing one or more of splicing, sorting, de-duplication and filling on the plurality of second sub-information to obtain the reply information corresponding to each question information.
5. The information processing method according to claim 3 or 4, further comprising:
determining that the relationship between each reply information is the same or opposite when a plurality of reply information corresponding to the question information are provided;
in the case that the relationship between each of the reply messages is the same, determining a reply message based on the reply time length and the number of reply words corresponding to the reply message;
in the case where the relationship between each of the reply messages is reversed, a reply message is determined based on the reply time corresponding to each of the reply messages.
6. The information processing method according to claim 1 or 3, further comprising:
setting a first tag for the question information when answer information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information;
and setting a second label for the question information when the second information does not contain the reply information corresponding to the question information.
7. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
generating a question-answer list comprising the first mapping relation based on the acquisition time of the question information and/or the occurrence number of the question information;
and displaying through the first device and/or the second device.
8. The information processing method according to claim 6, further comprising:
continuously acquiring first information;
displaying the question information in a first form under the condition that the question-answer list comprises the question information in the first information;
displaying the question information in a second form under the condition that the question information in the first information is not included in the question and answer list;
the question information and the question-answer list exist in different display interfaces.
9. The information processing method according to claim 7, further comprising:
continuously acquiring second information;
and updating the question-answer list based on the response information when the second information comprises the response information corresponding to the question information.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
an acquisition module configured to acquire a plurality of first information and second information; wherein the first information and the second information originate from different electronic devices;
the extracting module is configured to extract question information from the first information and search reply information corresponding to each question information from the second information, wherein the question information is text, and the reply information is audio and/or video;
the establishing module is configured to establish a mapping relation between the question information and the reply information when the reply information corresponding to the question information exists in the second information.
