It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," etc. are generally used in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., a first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The message display method and device provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Please refer to fig. 1, which shows one of the flowcharts of the message display method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The message display method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to electronic equipment. In practice, the electronic device may be a smartphone, a tablet computer, a laptop, etc.
The flow of the message display method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
step 101, displaying a call request interface when receiving a call request sent by a first object.
In this embodiment, the first object may be an object that transmits a call request. The call request may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: an incoming call request, a voice call request, a video call request. If the call request is an incoming call request, the application receiving the call request may be a call application. If the call request is a voice call request or a video call request, the application receiving the call request may be an instant messaging application. The call request interface is an interface displayed when a call request is received, and an acceptance control and a rejection control can be displayed in the interface. An accept control can be used to accept the call request. A reject control can be used to reject the call request.
Step 102, displaying the unread message in a call request interface.
In this embodiment, the unread message may include an unread message transmitted by the first object. For example, several instant messaging applications may be installed in the electronic device, and the unread message sent by the first object may include an unread message sent by the first object in one or more of the several instant messaging applications.
Optionally, the call request may be an incoming call request, and the application receiving the call request may be a call request. At least one instant messaging application of the instant messaging applications installed in the electronic equipment can be associated with the call application in advance, so that when a call request is received, a message in the associated instant messaging application can be displayed in a call page.
Alternatively, the association of the instant messenger application with the telephony application may be performed by receiving user input. Referring to the associated setting schematic diagram of the instant messaging application shown in fig. 2, a control corresponding to each instant messaging application (for example, including "first instant messaging application" and "second instant messaging application") installed by the electronic device may be displayed in the setting page of the conversation application. The electronic equipment can set a certain instant messaging application as an associated application when receiving click input of a user to a control corresponding to the instant messaging application.
When any call request sent by the first object is received, whether the first object belongs to a contact in each associated instant messaging application can be determined firstly. If the contact person does not belong to the contact person in each associated instant messaging application, the subsequent steps can not be executed. If the contact belongs to a contact in one associated instant messaging application, the instant messaging application can be used as a target instant messaging application. And then, obtaining the unread message sent by the first object from the target instant messaging application, and displaying the unread message in a call request interface. For example, the target instant messaging application may have the function of noting the phone number of the contact. The user can note the phone number of the contact person in the target instant messaging application in advance. After receiving the incoming call request of the first object, the electronic device may query, based on the phone number corresponding to the incoming call request, a contact person with the same phone number from the target instant messaging application, so as to obtain an unread message that is sent by the contact person and is not yet read by the user. It should be noted that, in the case that an unread message is not acquired (for example, the messages sent by the first object are all read messages), the following steps may not be executed.
Optionally, after the call request interface is displayed, the target control may be displayed in the call request interface first, and then the unread message may be displayed in the target control. The target control can be used for displaying a message or an interface in the target instant messaging application. The target control may include, but is not limited to, a floating window control, and the style of the target control is not particularly limited herein.
See, as an example, one of the schematic diagrams of the application scenarios of the message display method shown in fig. 3. After receiving an incoming call request of a first object "zhang XX" in a target instant messaging application (e.g., a first instant messaging application), whether the first object is a contact in the target instant messaging application can be determined through the phone number "185xxxx4698" of the first object and the phone number of each contact note in the target instant messaging application. If the contact is a contact in the target instant messaging application, a target control as shown by reference numeral 301 may be displayed. The target control can display a first object 'XX' which is sent to an unread message of a user through a target instant messaging application, such as 'lie four is looking for you', 'you can see a message of XX communication group', and the like.
Further, if the number of unread messages is too large, the user can control the sliding up and down of the unread messages by sliding the screen up and down.
In the method provided by the above embodiment of the application, the call request interface is displayed when the call request sent by the first object is received, and the unread message is displayed in the call request interface, where the unread message includes the unread message sent by the first object, so that the user can directly check the unread message sent by the first object and not yet read in the call request interface after receiving the call request of the first object, and know the call purpose of the first object, thereby avoiding hanging up an important call due to the fact that the call purpose cannot be known, and improving the call completing rate and the communication efficiency of the call.
In some optional embodiments, the call request interface may include a first control for editing a message and a second control for sending a message. The first control may include, but is not limited to, an edit box control and the second control may include, but is not limited to, a send control. With continued reference to FIG. 3, a first control is shown with reference numeral 302 and a second control is shown with reference numeral 303.
After the call request interface is displayed, a first input of a user to a first control may be received. The first input may be used to edit and enter the target message in the first control. In response to the first input, the target message may be retrieved. Next, a second input to the second control by the user may be received. The second input may include, but is not limited to, a click input to a second control. The click input in the embodiment of the present application may be a single click input, a double click input, or any number of times of click inputs, and may also be a long-press input or a short-press input, and the like, which is not specifically limited herein. The targeted message may be sent to the first object via the targeted instant messaging application in response to the second input. Wherein the target message may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: text messages, picture messages, video messages, emoticon messages, voice messages, location messages, calendar messages, etc. The target instant messaging application may be the instant messaging application in which the unread message is located.
Optionally, the application for sending the message and the application for receiving the call request may be the same application, and both are target instant messaging applications. At this time, the target message can be directly sent through the target instant messaging application.
Alternatively, the application that sends the message and the application that receives the call request may be different applications. For example, the application receiving the call request is a call application, and the application sending the message application is a target instant messaging application. At this time, the target message may be sent to the target instant messaging application through the conversation application, and then sent from the target instant messaging application to the first object.
By sending the target message based on the input of the user in the call request interface, after the user receives the call request sent by the first object and finishes reading the unread message sent by the first object, if the user feels that the something is not urgent enough, the unread message can be replied to the first object under the condition of not switching the call request interface, and the convenience of replying the message is improved. Meanwhile, by replying the message in time, the situation that the call request is received again (for example, the call of the first object is received again) after the call request is rejected (for example, the call is rejected) due to meeting and other things can be reduced, and the interference of the call request (for example, the call) to the user can be reduced.
In some optional embodiments, in response to the second input, semantic analysis may be further performed on the target message to obtain a semantic analysis result. The semantic analysis result can be used to indicate whether the user is convenient for talking. In case the semantic analysis result indicates that the user is inconvenient to talk, the talk request may be rejected.
As an example, the target message may be semantically analyzed by way of keyword matching. Specifically, several keywords may be preset, such as "in a meeting", "busy", "inconvenient to answer now", and the like. In response to the second input, whether any keyword is contained in the target message or not can be inquired. If the target message contains any keyword, the semantic analysis result can be determined to be that the user is inconvenient to talk. At this time, the call request may be rejected.
As yet another example, the target message may be semantically analyzed by a semantic analysis model. The semantic analysis model can be obtained by pre-training a neural network model through a machine learning method. The target message can be input into the semantic analysis model to obtain a semantic analysis result. And if the semantic analysis result indicates that the user is inconvenient to call, the call request can be rejected.
By performing semantic analysis on the target message replied by the user, the call request can be automatically rejected (for example, the incoming call is rejected) under the condition that the user is inconvenient to call, the user does not need to hang up manually, and the convenience of user operation is improved.
In some optional embodiments, in a case that the call request is not accepted, a display position of the first object in the contact interface may also be adjusted. The contact interface may be a contact interface in an application in which the unread message is located. For example, if the unread message is an unread message sent by a first object in the target instant messaging application, the contact interface is a contact interface in the target instant messaging application. In some examples, the first object may be displayed top of the contact interface with the first object at the top of the contact interface when the display position of the first object in the contact interface is adjusted. The situation that the call request is not accepted may include, but is not limited to: the user rejects the call request, for example, the user rejects the incoming call, the call is not connected, and the user automatically hangs up without operating for a long time.
Further, prompt information aiming at the unread message can be displayed in the interface of the target instant messaging application. The prompt message may be used to prompt the user that the unread message exists. The prompt message may take various forms, for example, may be a red dot identifier, a prompt text, etc., and is not limited in particular here.
Under the condition that the call request is not accepted, the priority of the first object and the unread message sent by the first object can be set to be higher by adjusting the display position of the first object in the contact interface, so that the first object and the unread message sent by the first object can be conveniently and quickly looked up in priority when the user uses the target instant messaging application next time, the user does not need to manually look up the first object, and the convenience of user operation is further improved.
In some optional embodiments, after the unread message is displayed in the call request interface, in a case that the unread message includes the target content, a third input of the target content by the user may be further received. The third input may be used to select the target content. Wherein the third input may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: touch input, voice commands, specific gestures, etc. The specific gesture may be any one of a single-click gesture, a sliding gesture, a dragging gesture, a pressure recognition gesture, a long-press gesture, an area change gesture, a double-press gesture, and a double-click gesture. In addition, the third input may also be other feasible inputs, which may be determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited. The targeted content may include at least one of: an identification of the second object, an identification of the group. In response to a third input, at least one of: a session interface with the second object, and a session interface with the group. The second object may be different from the first object.
Optionally, if the unread message is a message sent by a first object in the target instant messaging application, the second object may include, but is not limited to, a contact in the target instant messaging application, and the group may include, but is not limited to, a group in the target instant messaging application. With continued reference to fig. 3, the unread message is obtained from the target instant messaging application, the unread message including: "Li four is looking for you" and "you can see the message of xx communication groups". Wherein, if "lisi" is a contact in the target instant messaging application and "xx communication group" is a group in the target instant messaging application, the target content may include: "Lifours" and "xx communication groups". If the click input of the user to the 'Liquan' is received, a session interface between the target instant messaging application and the contact 'Liquan' can be displayed. If receiving the click input of the user to the xx communication group, displaying a session interface of the xx communication group in the target instant messaging application.
Optionally, in a case that the unread message includes the target content, the target content in the unread message may be displayed in a first style, and the content other than the target content in the unread message may be displayed in a second style. As an example, referring to fig. 3, the fonts of the target content "liquad" and "xx communication groups" may be bolded, and the other content is displayed conventionally. As yet another example, the target content and other content than the target content in the unread message may also be represented in different colors. For example, the target contents "liquad" and "xx communication group" may be displayed in blue and made to be clickable, and the contents other than the target contents may be displayed in black. Therefore, when the unread messages comprise other friends and group chats in the target instant messaging application, the unread messages displayed in the call request interface can be switched to the chat messages of the corresponding friends and group chats after the user clicks the blue content.
By displaying the second control and displaying the session interfaces of other objects or groups in the second control under the condition of receiving the third input of the user to the target content in the unread message, the user can conveniently and quickly browse more messages related to the unread message without switching applications or searching the session interfaces in other applications one by one, and the convenience of user operation and the message acquisition efficiency are improved.
In some optional embodiments, the call request interface may further include a third control, and the third control may be configured to provide an option for an object other than the first object in the target instant messaging application. In practice, the third control may include, but is not limited to, a drop-down menu control, a search box control, and the like. Referring to the second schematic diagram of the application scenario of the message display method shown in fig. 4, the third control element is shown with reference to reference numeral 401. The third control may be used to provide the option of other objects "high XX", "lie XX", "wang XX" in the target instant messaging application in addition to the first object.
After displaying the unread message in the call request interface, a fourth input of the third control by the user may be received. The fourth input may be used to select a third object in the target instant messaging application. The third object may be any of the other objects in the target instant messenger application than the first object, such as any of "high XX", "lie XX", "wang XX" in the above example. The fourth input may include, but is not limited to, a click input on an option corresponding to the third object and a click input on an option provided by the third control. In response to the fourth input, a third object in the target instant messaging application may be determined, a message record including the unread message may be sent to the third object through the target instant messaging application, and the call request may be transferred to the third object. Therefore, the third object can receive the message record containing the unread message and can receive the call request after the transfer.
By sending the message record containing the unread message to the third object and transferring the call request to the third object, relevant processing items can be conveniently and quickly transferred to other objects for processing when the user is not convenient to call, the user does not need to manually forward the unread message and forward the call request, and the convenience of user operation is further improved.
In some optional embodiments, in step 102, in the case that the unread message is obtained, a fourth control of at least one instant messaging application may be first displayed in the call request interface. In addition, the number of the unread messages may be displayed in the third control. The third control element may include, but is not limited to, an icon control of an instant messaging application. In this scenario, a fifth input by the user to a target fourth control of the fourth controls may be received. The fifth input may be used to view an unread message sent by the first object in the target instant messaging application. Optionally, the fifth input may include, but is not limited to, a click input. In response to the fifth input, an unread message in the target instant messaging application corresponding to the target fourth control may be displayed in the call request interface.
Referring to the third schematic diagram of the application scenario of the message display method shown in fig. 5, when an unread message is obtained, a first icon control 501 of a first instant messaging application and a second icon control 502 of a second instant messaging application may be displayed in a call request interface first. In the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application, the number of the unread messages sent by the first object is 1, and therefore, the number "1" of the unread messages sent by the first object can be displayed in both the first icon control 501 and the second icon control 502. After receiving a fifth input from the user to the first icon control 501, an unread message sent by the first object in the first instant messaging application may be displayed in the call request interface.
Therefore, the user can select whether to display the unread message, and the flexibility of message display is improved.
It should be noted that, in the message display method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be a message display device. In the embodiment of the present application, a message display apparatus executes a method for displaying a loading message as an example, and the method for displaying a message provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
As shown in fig. 6, the message display device 600 of the present embodiment includes: a first display unit 601, configured to display a call request interface when receiving a call request sent by a first object; a second display unit 602, configured to display an unread message in the call request interface, where the unread message includes the unread message sent by the first object.

Optionally, the processor 810 is further configured to adjust a display position of the first object in the contact interface if the call request is not accepted. Therefore, the priority of the first object and the unread message sent by the first object can be set to be higher, so that the first object and the unread message sent by the first object can be conveniently and quickly looked up preferentially when the user uses the target instant messaging application next time, the first object does not need to be manually looked up by the user, and the convenience of user operation is further improved.
Optionally, the user input unit 807 is further configured to receive a third input of the target content by the user in a case that the unread message includes the target content, where the target content includes at least one of: an identity of the second object, an identity of the group; a display unit 806, further configured to display, in response to the third input, at least one of: a session interface with the second object, and a session interface with the group. Therefore, the user can conveniently and quickly browse more messages related to the unread messages without switching to the target instant messaging application or searching the session interface in the target instant messaging application one by one, and the convenience of user operation and the message acquisition efficiency are improved.
Optionally, the first control includes a third control; a user input unit 807, configured to receive a fourth input from the user to the third control; the processor 810 is further configured to determine a third object in the target instant messaging application in response to the fourth input, send a message record including the unread message to the third object through the target instant messaging application, and transfer the call request to the third object. By sending the message record containing the unread message to the third object and transferring the call request to the third object, the relevant processing items can be conveniently and quickly transferred to other objects for processing when the user is not convenient to call, the user does not need to manually transfer the unread message and transfer the call request, and the convenience of user operation is further improved.
Optionally, the display unit 806 is further configured to display a fourth control of at least one instant messaging application in the call request interface; a user input unit 807, configured to receive a fifth input from the user to a target fourth control in the fourth controls; the display unit 806 is further configured to, in response to the fifth input, display, in the call request interface, an unread message in the target instant messaging application corresponding to the target fourth control.
