step 101, displaying a session message interface of a target session in which a target user participates; the session message interface comprises the session message of the target session.
The user can participate in the conversation through the instant messaging application and communicate with each member in the conversation. The instant messaging application may be an independent application program, such as a chat application program, a short message application program, or an application program with an instant messaging function, for example, an instant messaging module is built in a shopping application program, a music application program, a video application program, or the like, and a user may communicate with other users through the instant messaging module in the shopping application program, the music application program, the video application program, or the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the instant messaging application is not limited to an application program dedicated for instant messaging, and may also be an application program including an instant messaging function.
In the embodiment of the application, the target user can participate in the session established with one session object. For example, the target user may select a contact to establish a session in which to communicate with the contact.
The target user may also participate in a session established with multiple session objects. For example, a user may join a group and communicate with all members of the group in the session. In the embodiment of the present application, the target session may be any session in which the target user participates.
The target conversation corresponds to a conversation message interface, and after the target user participates in the target conversation, the conversation message interface corresponding to the target conversation can be displayed to the target user, so that the target user can check conversation messages sent by each member in the target conversation in the conversation message interface or send messages to other members in the target conversation in the conversation message interface.
A session message is a message sent in a target session by each member of the target session. For example, where the target session is a group, a member of the group posts a message "hello" in the group, and "hello" is a session message in the session interface of the target session. Session messages include, but are not limited to, text messages, file messages, video messages, picture messages, and the like.
In one embodiment, the electronic device displays a conversation message interface of a target conversation in which a target user participates; the session message interface comprises the session message of the target session. The electronic equipment runs instant messaging software, and a target user logs in the instant messaging software by using a target user identification.
And 102, displaying the session message and the alternative session identification of the alternative session in which the target user participates on the same screen.
In one embodiment, the electronic device displays the conversation message and an alternative conversation identifier of an alternative conversation in which the target user participates on the same screen.
After the target user opens the session message interface of the target session, the session message of the target session in the session message interface can be forwarded, and the session message of the target session is sent to other sessions. In this embodiment of the application, in order to facilitate the target user to forward the session message in the session message interface to another session, the alternative session identifier of the alternative session in which the target user participates may be displayed while the session message interface of the target session in which the target user participates is displayed, for example, the alternative session identifier is displayed in the session message interface of the target session. Wherein the alternative sessions may include one or more of all sessions in which the target user participates. The alternative session may also be selected by the user in advance from all sessions in which the target user participates. The determination method for the alternative session in the embodiment of the present application is not specifically limited herein.
Optionally, while displaying a session message interface of a target session in which a target user participates, a candidate session identifier corresponding to a candidate session may be synchronously displayed with the session message interface, so that a session message of the target session and the candidate session identifier corresponding to the candidate session are displayed on the same screen. Or after a session message interface of the target session participated by the target user is displayed, the same-screen display of the alternative session identifier can be triggered according to the input operation of the target user. For example, when displaying a target conversation message interface in which a target user participates, the user may trigger the display of an alternative conversation identifier by performing a swipe operation at the bottom of the screen. In addition, the display of the alternative session identifier may also be triggered in other ways, and the embodiment of the present application is not specifically limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, fig. 2A is a schematic interface diagram of a target session in an embodiment, and fig. 2B is a schematic interface diagram of an alternative session identifier in an embodiment. As shown in fig. 2A, fig. 2A is a session message interface of a target session in which a target user participates, where a session message of the target session is displayed in the session message interface, and at this time, a display of a candidate session identifier of a candidate session may be triggered in response to a sliding-up operation on the bottom of a screen, so as to obtain the interface shown in fig. 2B, and in the interface shown in fig. 2B, the session message of the target session and the candidate session identifier of the candidate session in which the target user participates are in a same-screen display state.
It should be noted that the on-screen display session message and the alternative session identifier of the alternative session in which the target user participates may also be: and simultaneously displaying the session message and the alternative session identifier of the target session in two areas of the same screen in a split-screen display mode, or simultaneously displaying the session message and the alternative session identifier of the target session in two different screens of the same terminal equipment in a split-screen display mode.
Step 103, responding to the input of the target session message in the session message and the target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifier, taking the target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, and forwarding the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier.
In one embodiment, the electronic device responds to input of a target session message in a session message and a target alternative session identifier in alternative session identifiers, sends message content of the target session message, the target alternative session identifier and a target user identifier corresponding to a target user to a server of instant messaging software, and the server takes the target user identifier as a message sender and forwards the target session message to an alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, in response to the user inputting the target session message in the session message and the target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifier, the target session message to be sent by the user is determined from the session message of the target session, and the target alternative session identifier corresponding to the alternative session for the message to be sent by the user is determined from the alternative session identifier.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned input to the target session message in the session message and the target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifier may refer to a coherent input from the session message to the alternative session identifier, or a coherent input from the alternative session identifier to the session message, or may refer to two independent inputs corresponding to the session message and the alternative session identifier, respectively. The input may include operations such as clicking, double clicking, long pressing, sliding, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited herein.
For example, the user may first select a target conversation message from the conversation messages being displayed by one click operation, and then select a target alternative conversation identifier from the alternative conversation identifiers by another click operation.
After the target session message and the target alternative session identifier are determined, the target user identifier can be used as a message sender to send the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, so as to realize the rapid forwarding of the session message.
In order to reduce the interference of the displayed alternative session to the user, after the target alternative session identifier is determined, or the target session message is sent to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, the display interface of the alternative session identifier can be automatically closed, so that the interference of the alternative session identifier to the normal use of the user is reduced. The target alternative session identifier may also be determined, or after the target session message is sent to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, the alternative session identifier is continuously displayed, so as to respond to the input of the target session message in the session message and the target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifier by the user again, and facilitate the user to forward the session message to the alternative session corresponding to the plurality of alternative session identifiers.
To sum up, the message sending method provided by the embodiment of the present application includes displaying a session message interface of a target session in which a target user participates, where the session message interface includes a session message of the target session, displaying the session message and an alternative session identifier of an alternative session in which the target user participates on the same screen, responding to the input of the target session message in the session message and the target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifier, using the target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, forwarding the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, so that, since the session message of the target session and the alternative session identifier of the alternative session in which the target user participates are displayed on the same screen, the user inputs the target session message in the session message and the target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifier, that is, the target session message can be forwarded to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, the session message interface of the target session does not need to be skipped, so that the complex operation is avoided, and the risks of message missing and wrong sending are reduced, thereby improving the message forwarding efficiency.
Referring to fig. 3A, fig. 3A is a flowchart of a message sending method in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3A, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, responding to the input of the user to the session association control displayed in the session message interface, and displaying the to-be-selected session identification of the to-be-selected session participated by the target user.
In one embodiment, the electronic device displays the candidate session identification of the candidate session participated by the target user in response to the user inputting the session association control displayed in the session message interface.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can establish an association relationship between a target session and an alternative session through a session association control displayed in a session message interface. The session association control can be displayed in a session message interface of the target session, and the user can operate through the session association control displayed in the session message interface of the target session to display the to-be-selected session identifier of the to-be-selected session in which the target user participates. The session identifier to be selected may be a session other than the target session among all sessions in which the target user participates.
Specifically, the to-be-selected session identifier may be displayed in a pop-up mode on the current interface, or may be displayed in a page jump mode, which is not specifically limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an interface diagram of a session association control in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in the case of displaying a session message interface of a target session, a user may trigger to display a control list 41 through a gesture operation such as a session list showing button or a stroke, and a session association control 42 may be included in the control list. After the user triggers the session association control 42, the to-be-selected session identifier 43 may be displayed in a pop-up manner on the current interface.
Step 202, in response to the input of the target session identifier to be selected in the session identifiers to be selected by the user, determining the target session to be selected corresponding to the target session identifier to be an alternative session associated with the target session.
In one embodiment, in response to the input of a target session candidate identifier in the session candidate identifiers by a user, the electronic device determines a target session candidate corresponding to the target session candidate identifier as an alternative session associated with the target session.
And in response to the input of the user to at least one target candidate session identifier in the candidate session identifiers, taking the session corresponding to the target candidate session identifier selected by the user as an alternative session associated with the target session.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can actively determine the alternative session associated with the target session according to the session which needs to be forwarded frequently, and when the session message of the target session is forwarded subsequently, the user does not need to search in massive sessions, and can quickly find the session to be forwarded in the corresponding alternative session, so that the efficiency of forwarding the message by the user is improved.
Step 203, displaying a conversation message interface of the target conversation participated by the target user; the session message interface comprises the session message of the target session.
In one embodiment, the electronic device displays a conversation message interface of a target conversation in which a target user participates; the session message interface comprises the session message of the target session.
This step can be referred to as step 101, and is not described in detail in this embodiment.
And step 204, displaying the session message and the alternative session identification of the alternative session in which the target user participates on the same screen.
In one embodiment, the electronic device displays the conversation message and an alternative conversation identifier of an alternative conversation in which the target user participates on the same screen.
In this embodiment of the present application, any session in which the target user participates may have a corresponding alternative session, and therefore, when a session message interface of the target session in which the target user participates is displayed, an alternative session identifier of the alternative session displayed on the same screen as the session message in the session message interface may be an alternative session identifier corresponding to the alternative session associated with the target session.
Further, in this embodiment of the application, in order to further simplify the step of forwarding the session message by the user, after the user determines the target session message from the session message of the target session, the alternative session identifier of the alternative session corresponding to the target session may be directly displayed in the current interface.
Step 205, responding to the dragging input of the user to the target session message in the session messages, determining the release position of the dragging input.
In one embodiment, an electronic device determines a release position of a drag input by a user in response to the drag input to a target one of the session messages.
In this embodiment of the present application, the input to the target session message in the session message and the target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifier may be a drag input, and correspondingly, the drag input may include a release operation. The user-dragged session message may be determined as the target session message in response to a user-dragged input of the session message of the target session.
After the start of the drag input is detected, the drag input is continuously monitored, and the release position of the drag input can be acquired when the drag input is released. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the dragging input may be a user directly dragging the target session message on the screen through a finger, a touch pen, or the like, or may be a user dragging the target session message in a manner of moving a cursor through a mouse, a touch pad, or the like. Therefore, the release position may specifically be a position where the user leaves the screen at the end of the drag input, or a position where the cursor is released.
In consideration of the requirement that the user forwards multiple session messages at one time, in the embodiment of the present application, the target session message may also include multiple session messages in the session message interface of the target session. Specifically, before responding to the drag input with the user, the user may first respond to the selection operation of the user on the multiple session messages in the session message interface, and then respond to the drag input of the user on any one of the multiple session messages, and perform subsequent operation with all of the multiple session messages as the target session message, so that the user may forward the multiple session messages at one time.
Step 206, determining the alternative session identifier overlapped with the release position as the target alternative session identifier.
In one embodiment, the electronic device determines an alternative session identifier overlapping with the release position as the target alternative session identifier.
After the release position of the dragging input is determined, the release position can be compared with the display position of the alternative session identifier, and the alternative session identifier overlapped with the release position is determined as the target alternative session identifier.
Specifically, the screen coordinates corresponding to the release position and the screen area corresponding to each candidate session identifier being displayed may be determined, the screen coordinates corresponding to the release position are compared with the screen area corresponding to each candidate session identifier, if the screen area corresponding to a certain candidate session identifier includes the screen coordinates corresponding to the release position, it may be determined that the candidate session identifier coincides with the release position, and the candidate session identifier is determined as the target candidate session identifier.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an interface schematic diagram of a target session message and a target alternative session identifier in an embodiment, as shown in the left interface of fig. 5, a user may drag a session message 51 to a display position of an alternative session identifier 52 and perform a release operation, so as to determine the session message 51 as a target session message and determine the alternative session identifier 52 as a target alternative session identifier. As shown in the right interface of fig. 5, after the target session message and the target alternative session are determined, the target session message is sent to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, and the session interface of the target alternative session is skipped. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after sending the target session message to the candidate session corresponding to the target candidate session identifier, directly jumping to the session interface of the target candidate session, or sending the target session message to the candidate session corresponding to the target candidate session identifier in the background without jumping to the current interface.
Step 207, responding to the dragging input of the user to the target session message in the session messages, and determining the dragging path of the dragging input.
In one embodiment, an electronic device determines a drag path of a drag input in response to the drag input by a user to a target one of the session messages.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the alternative sessions may include multiple sessions, in order to facilitate a user to send a target session message of a target session to multiple sessions in the alternative sessions simultaneously through one operation, after detecting a drag input of the user to the target session message in the session messages, a drag path of the user to the target session message may be obtained, and a target alternative session identifier may be determined according to the drag path.
And step 208, determining at least one alternative session identifier on the dragging path as the target alternative session identifier.
In one embodiment, the electronic device determines at least one candidate session identifier on the drag path as the target candidate session identifier.
In this embodiment of the application, the alternative session identifier on the dragging path may be an alternative session identifier passed through by the dragging path, or an alternative session identifier surrounded by the dragging path.
Specifically, after the dragging path is acquired, a closed graph formed by the dragging path may be determined, and the closed graph is matched with the display area of each alternative session identifier, and if an overlapping relationship exists between the display area of the alternative session identifier and the closed graph, it may be determined that the alternative session identifier is passed through by the dragging path. In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of target alternative session identifiers can be determined from the alternative session identifiers according to the path of the target session message dragged by the user, so that the message forwarding efficiency is further improved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an interface schematic diagram of a target session message and a target alternative session identifier in another embodiment, as shown in the interface on the left side of fig. 6, a drag path 62 of a drag input may be obtained in response to a drag input of a user target session to a session message 61 in a session interface, and since an alternative session identifier 63 and an alternative session identifier 64 are on the drag path 62, the alternative session identifier 63 and the alternative session identifier 64 may be determined as the target alternative session identifier, and at the same time, the session message 61 is determined as the target session message. After determining the target session message and the target alternative session, sending the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, and after the user enters the session interface of the alternative session corresponding to the alternative session identifier 63, seeing the interface shown in the middle of fig. 6; after the user enters the session interface of the alternative session corresponding to the alternative session identifier 64, the interface shown on the right side of fig. 6 can be seen.
Step 209, taking the target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, and forwarding the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier.
In one embodiment, the electronic device uses a target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, and forwards the target session message to an alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier.
This step can be referred to as step 103, and is not described in detail in this embodiment of the present application.
In summary, another message sending method provided by the embodiment of the present application includes displaying a session message interface of a target session in which a target user participates; the session message interface comprises session messages of the target session; displaying the conversation message and the alternative conversation mark of the alternative conversation participated by the target user on the same screen; and responding to the input of a target session message in the session message and a target alternative session identifier in the alternative session identifiers, taking the target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, and forwarding the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier. The method and the device can display the session message and the alternative session identifier on the same screen, and determine the session message and the alternative session to be sent according to the input of the user, so that the user can send the session message in one session to another session without jumping pages, the efficiency of sending the session message by the user is improved, and the problem of low message sending accuracy caused by copying and pasting the session message by the user is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3B, fig. 3B is a flowchart of a message sending method in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3B, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, responding to the input of the user to the session association control displayed in the session message interface, and displaying the to-be-selected session identification of the to-be-selected session participated by the target user.
Step 202, in response to the input of the target session identifier to be selected in the session identifiers to be selected by the user, determining the target session to be selected corresponding to the target session identifier to be an alternative session associated with the target session.
Step 203, displaying a conversation message interface of the target conversation participated by the target user; the session message interface comprises the session message of the target session.
And step 204, displaying the session message and the alternative session identification of the alternative session in which the target user participates on the same screen.
6, fig. 6 illustrates another target session message and target alternative session identifier determination diagram provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the left interface of fig. 6, a drag path 62 of a drag input may be obtained in response to a drag input of a user target session to a session message 61 in a session interface, and since an alternative session identifier 63 and an alternative session identifier 64 are located on the drag path 62, the alternative session identifier 63 and the alternative session identifier 64 may be determined as target alternative session identifiers while the session message 61 is determined as a target session message. After determining the target session message and the target alternative session, sending the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier, and after entering a session interface of the alternative session corresponding to the alternative session identifier 63, a user can see an interface shown in the middle of fig.
This step can be referred to as step 103, and is not described in detail in this embodiment of the present application.
In summary, another message sending method provided by the embodiment of the present application includes displaying a session message interface of a target session in which a target user participates; the session message interface comprises session messages of the target session; displaying the conversation message and the alternative conversation mark of the alternative conversation participated by the target user on the same screen; responding to the dragging input of a user to a target session message in the session messages, determining a dragging path of the dragging input, determining at least one alternative session identifier on the dragging path as a target alternative session identifier, taking the target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, and forwarding the target session message to an alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier. Meanwhile, the method can respond to the dragging operation of the user on the session message, and the session message is sent to a plurality of alternative sessions at one time, so that the message sending efficiency is further improved.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of a message sending method in yet another embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, determining the number of times that the session message in the target session is forwarded to other sessions within a preset time period.
In one embodiment, the electronic device determines a number of message forwarding times that a session message in a target session is forwarded to other sessions within a preset time period.
In the embodiment of the present application, the alternative session corresponding to the target session may also be automatically determined by the number of times that the session message in the target session is forwarded to the message forwarding of other sessions.
Specifically, the number of times that the session message in the target session is forwarded to the message forwarding times of each other session by the user within the preset time period may be determined, and the message forwarding times corresponding to each other session may be updated according to the forwarding operation of the subsequent user. The forwarding may include a message forwarding operation performed by the user in a conventional message forwarding manner, or may also include a forwarding operation performed by the user in a copy-paste manner to send the session message of the target session to another session.
For example, a session in which a certain user participates includes sessions of a group a, a group B, and a group C, the user has forwarded 3 messages of the group a to the group B, and has forwarded 5 messages of the group a to the group C, and if the session of the group a is a target session, the number of times of forwarding the message corresponding to the session of the group B is 3, and the number of times of forwarding the message corresponding to the session of the group C is 5. If the user forwards a message of the group A to the group B in the subsequent use process, the message forwarding times corresponding to the conversation of the group B are updated to 4 times.
Since the preset time period is a period of historical time up to the current time, the message forwarding times corresponding to other sessions may increase or decrease as time goes by, and the message forwarding times may be dynamically changed.
And step 302, determining other sessions of which the message forwarding times are greater than or equal to the preset forwarding times as alternative sessions associated with the target session.
In one embodiment, the electronic device determines other sessions in which the message forwarding times are greater than or equal to a preset forwarding time as alternative sessions associated with the target session.
For each target session, if it is detected that the message forwarding number corresponding to some other session is greater than or equal to the preset forwarding number, it indicates that the user has a higher frequency to forward the session message from the target session to the other session, and the other session may be determined as an alternative session corresponding to the target session, so that the user may use a message fast forwarding function for the alternative session.
After the alternative session corresponding to the target session is determined according to the forwarding times, in order to improve the accuracy of the determined alternative session, association confirmation information can be sent to the user to prompt the user whether to associate the other sessions as alternative sessions with the target session.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an interface schematic diagram of association confirmation information in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, after determining that the group a is an alternative session, the association confirmation information 71, a confirmation button 72 and a cancellation button 73 may be displayed to a user in a pop-up window manner, the user may add the group a as an alternative session corresponding to a session of a group management department by clicking the confirmation button, and the user does not add the group a as an alternative session corresponding to the group management department by clicking the cancellation button. In addition, the associated confirmation information can be broadcasted in a voice mode, and a user can turn on or off a voice broadcasting function through a speaker button 74 arranged on a display frame of the associated confirmation information.
In the embodiment of the application, the alternative session corresponding to the target session can be automatically determined according to the message forwarding times between the target session and other sessions, and the convenience of setting the alternative session corresponding to the target session by a user is improved.
Step 303, obtaining the historical forwarding message forwarded from the target session to each alternative session.
In one embodiment, the electronic device obtains historical forwarding messages forwarded from the target session to each of the alternative sessions.
A history forwarding message refers to a session message that the user has forwarded from the target session to the alternate session. For example, the target session is a session of a group a, two chat records a and B exist in the session of the group a, the user has forwarded the chat record a to an alternative session B, and forwarded the chat record B to another alternative session C, then the history forwarding message corresponding to the alternative session B is the chat record a, and the history forwarding message corresponding to the alternative session C is the chat record B.
It should be noted that the extraction time range of the historical forwarding message may be a preset time before the current time, for example, within 5 days or within 1 month. The extraction time range of the historical forwarded message may also be the total time the user has been engaged in the alternative session so far.
Step 304, extracting key words from the historical forwarding messages.
In one embodiment, the electronic device extracts keywords from the historical forwarded messages.
After determining the historical forwarding messages corresponding to the alternative sessions, keyword extraction may be performed on the historical forwarding messages.
Specifically, the method for extracting the keywords from the historical forwarded message may adopt a semantic analysis method to obtain semantically independent words from the historical forwarded message as the keywords, may also adopt a word bank matching method to match character strings in the historical forwarded message with words in a preset word bank, and may also adopt other methods to extract the keywords from the historical forwarded message, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
And 305, generating a keyword label corresponding to the alternative session according to the historical forwarding times of each keyword.
In one embodiment, the electronic device generates a keyword tag corresponding to the alternative session according to the historical forwarding times of each keyword.
After determining the historical forwarding messages corresponding to the alternative sessions, keyword extraction may be performed on the historical forwarding messages to obtain keywords corresponding to the alternative sessions and historical forwarding times corresponding to the keywords. For example, for one candidate session, the keyword "conference" is extracted from 3 history forwarding messages corresponding to the candidate session, and then for the candidate session, the history forwarding number corresponding to the keyword "conference" is 3.
After determining the keywords corresponding to each alternative session and the forwarded message number corresponding to each keyword, comparing the forwarded message number corresponding to each keyword with a preset number of times, and if the historical forwarded number of a keyword corresponding to a certain alternative session is greater than or equal to the preset number of times, indicating that the user has many times in history to forward the session message containing the keyword from the target session to the alternative session, therefore, the keyword can be determined as the keyword tag of the alternative session. Wherein the preset times can be manually adjusted by a user.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, a keyword whose historical forwarding times are greater than or equal to the preset times may be directly used as the keyword tag of the alternative session. The keywords with the historical forwarding times larger than or equal to the preset times can be expanded according to semantics, homonymy relations and the like to obtain associated keywords with higher similarity with the keywords with the historical forwarding times larger than or equal to the preset times, and then the keywords with the historical forwarding times larger than or equal to the preset times and the associated keywords are used as the keyword labels of the alternative sessions.
In this embodiment of the present application, before adding a keyword tag to an alternative session, a tag addition prompting message may be displayed to the user, where the tag addition prompting message is used to query the user whether to add an automatically determined keyword tag to the alternative session.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10A, fig. 9 is an interface schematic diagram of a tag addition prompt message in one embodiment, and fig. 10A is an interface schematic diagram of a tag addition prompt result in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a user forwards a session message including a keyword "security" to a security management group, and at this time, if the historical forwarding number corresponding to the keyword reaches a preset number, the user may be prompted in a pop-up window manner: and identifying whether the message related to safety is frequently forwarded to the safety management group or not, and adding safety as a keyword label of the safety management group, so that the message is conveniently and quickly forwarded. It should be noted that the above-mentioned content can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present application is not specifically limited herein. As shown in fig. 10A, after "security" is added as the keyword tag of the security management group, a list of alternative sessions containing the keyword tag may be displayed.
And when the tag adding prompt information is displayed, the determining and canceling buttons can be displayed so that the user can confirm the tag adding operation or cancel the tag adding operation.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding keyword tag can be automatically added to the alternative session through the history forwarding message, and the keyword tag adding action is executed through the confirmation operation of the user, so that the convenience of adding the keyword tag to the alternative session is improved, and the accuracy of adding the keyword tag is also improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can also add the keyword tag to each alternative session in a manual mode. Referring to fig. 10B, fig. 10B is an interface schematic diagram of adding a keyword tag in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10B, a user may call out an alternative session identifier corresponding to a target session in a session message interface 91 of the target session through gesture operations such as upward sliding, a keyword tag 92 corresponding to each alternative session may be displayed near the alternative session identifier, and a tag addition control is also displayed for each alternative session, and the user may add a keyword tag to a session corresponding to a security declaration group by triggering a tag addition control 93 of the security declaration group. After the user triggers the label adding control 93, the label input interface 94 can be displayed to the user in a pop-up window mode, the user can input 'fire prevention' in a label input field of the label input interface, and the 'fire prevention' is added to be a label of a security declaration group through an immediate sending button in the label input interface, or the label adding process exits through a return button in the label input interface.
And step 306, matching the keywords contained in the session message with the keyword labels corresponding to the alternative sessions.
In one embodiment, the electronic device matches the keywords contained in the conversation message with the keyword tags corresponding to the alternative conversations.
In the practical use process of the user, the session message sent by other members in the target session is often received, because in the embodiment of the application, the target session corresponds to the alternative session, and the alternative session has the keyword tag, the content of the session message of the target session can be matched with the keyword tag corresponding to the alternative session, if the matching is successful, the user is indicated that the session message is forwarded to the alternative session matched with the user with a high probability, and at this time, the session message can be automatically forwarded to the alternative session, so that the message forwarding efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, for a session message in a target session, a keyword tag corresponding to each alternative session may be matched with the content of the session message, and if any keyword tag of a certain alternative session hits in the content of the session message, it is determined that the alternative session is matched with the keyword tag.
For example, a session message "please strengthen the security patrol strength" is received from a target session, and a keyword tag of an alternative session security management group corresponding to the target session is "security", the keyword tag "security" of the alternative session may hit the session message "please strengthen the security patrol strength", and at this time, it may be determined that the alternative session security management group matches with the session message "please strengthen the security patrol strength".
Further, in order to improve matching accuracy, keywords contained in the session message may be matched with keyword tags corresponding to the alternative sessions, so as to determine a matching degree between the session message and the alternative sessions, and the session message and the alternative sessions whose matching degree exceeds a preset matching degree may be determined as the target session message and the target alternative sessions.
The degree of matching may characterize the degree of matching of the semantic features of the second keyword with the semantic features of the tags of the alternative conversation. Specifically, after the second keyword of the session message is determined, the second keyword may be input into the semantic feature model, the semantic feature of the second keyword is determined, and the semantic feature of the second keyword is compared with the semantic features of the tags corresponding to the alternative sessions. It should be noted that the semantic features of each second keyword of the session message may be compared with the semantic features of each tag of each alternative session, so as to determine the semantic matching degree between each second keyword and the tag of each alternative session.
Specifically, for one conversation message and one alternative conversation, keywords may be extracted from the conversation message first. And finally, adding all the semantic matching degrees between the session message and the alternative session to obtain the matching degree of the session message corresponding to the alternative session. It should be noted that the number of keywords extracted from one conversation message may be plural.
For example, extracting keywords "security" and "production" from a session message received by a target session, where the keyword tags of an alternative session security management group corresponding to the target session include "security" and "manufacturing", semantic matching degrees of the keywords "security" and the keyword tags "security" and "manufacturing" are determined to be 100% and 0% respectively through semantic matching, and semantic matching degrees of the keywords "production" and the keyword tags "security" and "manufacturing" are 0% and 70% respectively, and then the matching degree of the session message and the alternative session is 170% through summing up calculation of the semantic matching degrees.
In addition, the matching degree between the session message and the alternative session may also be determined in other manners, for example, the largest semantic matching degree in the semantic matching degrees between the keywords in the session message and the keyword tags in the alternative session may be used as the matching degree between the session message and the alternative session. The calculation method of the matching degree may be flexibly adjusted according to actual situations, and the embodiment of the present application is not specifically limited herein.
Further, since not all session messages in the session message of the target session need to be forwarded, for example, if one session message in the target session is sent to other members except the target user, the session message is not related to the target user, and it may be determined that the target user does not need to be forwarded, so that the session message is not matched with the alternative session.
Specifically, a preset keyword may be set, where the preset keyword may indicate that the message needs to be processed by the target user, for example, the preset keyword may be @ ALL, @ owner, @ target user identifier, and the like. If the conversation message of the target conversation contains the preset keywords, the conversation message can be determined to be required to be processed and concerned by the target user, and then the keywords of the conversation message containing the preset keywords are matched with the keyword labels of the conversation message.
In addition, the preset keyword may also be a preset keyword indicating that the message needs to be forwarded, such as "forward", "issue", "announce", and the like. When the conversation message of the target conversation contains the preset keywords, the conversation message can be confirmed to be forwarded by the target user, and then the keywords of the conversation message containing the preset keywords are matched with the keyword tags of the conversation message.
In the embodiment of the application, the conversation message related to the target user and the conversation message to be forwarded can be identified by setting the preset keywords, so that matching calculation of all the conversation messages of the target conversation and the keyword labels of the alternative conversations is avoided, resource consumption of a system is reduced, and accuracy of automatic forwarding of the messages is improved.
And 307, determining a target session message from the session messages according to the matching result, and determining a target alternative session identifier from alternative session identifiers of the alternative sessions.
In one embodiment, the electronic device determines a target session message from the session messages according to the matching result, and determines a target alternative session identifier from alternative session identifiers of the alternative sessions.
After the matching degrees corresponding to the alternative conversations are respectively determined for the conversation messages of the target conversation, the matching degrees can be respectively compared with a matching degree threshold, if the matching degree between a certain conversation message and a certain alternative conversation is greater than or equal to the matching degree threshold, it is indicated that the user is likely to need to forward the conversation message to the alternative conversation, therefore, the conversation message corresponding to the matching degree greater than or equal to the matching degree threshold can be determined as the target conversation message, and the alternative conversation corresponding to the matching degree can be determined as the target alternative conversation.
And step 308, taking the target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, and forwarding the target session message to the alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier.
In one embodiment, the electronic device uses a target user identifier corresponding to the target user as a message sender, and forwards the target session message to an alternative session corresponding to the target alternative session identifier.
After the target session message and the target alternative session are determined, the target session message can be directly sent to the target alternative session in the background. In addition, confirmation forwarding information can also be displayed to the user before the message is sent so as to inquire whether the user forwards the target session message to the target alternative session, and the target session message is sent to the target alternative session after the corresponding confirmation operation with the user.
In the embodiment of the application, the session message of the target session can be matched with the keyword labels of the alternative sessions, the target session message and the target alternative session are determined according to the matching result, and the target session message is automatically sent to the target alternative session, so that the message forwarding efficiency is improved.
Further, in some cases, there may be indication information indicating that the message needs to be forwarded in the target session message, such as "forward", "send", "announce", and the like. When a user forwards such a target session message, there is no need to forward indication information indicating that the message needs to be forwarded. For example, for a target session message "@ all please claim to be held in the group, note that water heater safety in use" where "please claim in the group" belongs to the indication information, and need not be included in the forwarded content. Therefore, when the indication information needing to be forwarded is identified to be contained in the target session message, the content to be forwarded, which specifically needs to be forwarded in the target alternative session, can be further determined, and the content to be forwarded is forwarded to the target alternative session.
Referring to fig. 11A and 11B, fig. 11A is an interface schematic diagram of a message forwarding result in an embodiment, fig. 11B is an interface schematic diagram of a message forwarding result in an embodiment, as shown in an interface of fig. 11A, a target session message "@ all" exists in a session of a management department by a user, please announce in a group to pay attention to water heater safety usage, a target alternative session corresponding to the target session message is a safety production group, since the target session message includes indication information "announce" that needs to be forwarded, a content after the indication information "announce" is extracted to obtain a content to be forwarded, during an actual forwarding process, "@ all" is paid attention to water heater safety usage "is forwarded to the target alternative session safety production group, and a session interface of the target alternative session safety production group as shown in an interface of fig. 11B can be obtained.
In summary, according to the message sending method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the alternative session corresponding to the target session can be automatically determined according to the message forwarding times between the target session and other sessions, so that convenience in setting the alternative session corresponding to the target session by the user is improved. After receiving the session message, the keyword tags corresponding to the alternative sessions can be matched with the content of the session message, and the corresponding relation between the session message and the keyword tags is determined, so that the alternative sessions corresponding to the session message are determined, the target session message is automatically sent to the target alternative sessions, and the message forwarding efficiency is further improved.
