Description

Refrigerator with a door
The invention is based on Chinese invention application CN202010632721.X (2020-07-01), the invention name: divisional application of refrigerators.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a refrigerator.
Background
Refrigerators have different environments and different storage requirements, and the temperature inside the refrigerator needs to be controlled to meet the corresponding control environment.
The existing refrigerator controller can be divided into three categories of mechanical temperature control, electronic temperature control and computer temperature control, wherein the mechanical temperature control can only qualitatively preset several levels of temperature, the function is extremely simple, and the temperature control precision is low. The electronic temperature control can realize continuous temperature setting and temperature control, and the temperature control precision is also improved; some overvoltage and undervoltage and time delay protection functions are correspondingly added, but the temperature control mode cannot be flexibly changed according to the requirements of users, and the energy-saving mode cannot be automatically selected. The computer temperature control has superior processing capacity, the refrigerator can run under the control of a program, and the temperature control mode can be flexibly changed according to the requirements of users. The computer temperature control method mainly comprises the steps of arranging a main hole plate in the refrigerator and intelligently controlling the refrigerator to work through the main hole plate.
At present, in most computer-controlled refrigerator products, a main control panel is installed on a rear plate at the back of a refrigerator body, a plastic control panel box is generally overlapped on the rear plate of a refrigerator body rear plate, sponge and adhesive tape are utilized to cover and seal the rear plate for foaming, a metal rear cover is covered outside the foamed rear plate, and the main control panel is installed in the control box. According to the installation mode, when water exists on the upper portion of the rear plate of the box body, the water can slide downwards from the rear plate of the box body and enters the control box along the gap between the rear plate and the cover plate, so that the main control plate can be short-circuited, and potential safety hazards are easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a refrigerator, which can effectively prevent water from entering a control box and ensure the normal use of a main control panel.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a refrigerator including a cabinet and an accommodating structure; an opening is formed in one side of the box body; the accommodating structure comprises a control box and a rear cover; the rear cover is fixed on the box body and closes the opening; the upper end of the rear cover penetrates through the opening and extends into the box body, and the top end of the rear cover is positioned above the opening; the lower end of the rear cover is positioned outside the box body; the control box set up in the medial surface of back lid, the control box with be formed with the holding chamber that is used for the holding control panel between the back lid. The water on the outer side surface of the rear cover can only slide downwards along the outer side surface of the rear cover and cannot enter the control box. The water on the upper part of the box body is made to slide downwards from the outer side face of the rear cover through the arrangement of the rear cover, the water flow cannot enter the control box, and the normal use of the control panel is guaranteed when the water is effectively prevented from entering the control box.
In some embodiments, the box body is provided with a flange protruding into the box body at the edge of the opening; the flanging is abutted against the inner side face of the rear cover, so that the outer side face of the rear cover is inwards concave in the opening. The flanging is used for limiting the rear cover, and the rear cover is attached to the flanging, so that the opening is sealed.
In some embodiments, the rear cover includes a rear cover body and a protrusion protruding from an inner side surface of the rear cover body in a direction away from the box body; the inner side of the rear cover body is abutted against the flanging; the rear cover body is recessed in the opening; the protruding part extends outwards beyond the outer side face of the box body. The lateral surface indent of back lid body is in the opening, and the effectual water that guarantees on the box lateral surface can not get into the medial surface of back lid. The protruding portion outwards surpasss the lateral surface of box, and the water that falls on the protruding portion of back lid slides along the protruding portion downwards, can directly follow the end of protruding portion and the separation of back lid, plays better water-proof effects.
In some embodiments, the flange comprises a first extension section connected with the lower edge of the opening, and a second extension section respectively connected with two side edges of the opening; the first extension section and the second extension section are both located on the inner side of the box body. The setting of first extension section for the turn-ups is higher than the bottom of back lid body, and the effectual water of having avoided gets into the holding intracavity from the bottom.
In some embodiments, the first extending section of the flange extends continuously, and the lower end of the inner side of the rear cover is attached to the first extending section of the flange. The continuous extension of the first extension section ensures that the bottom end of the rear cover cannot enter water.
In some embodiments, the control box is provided with grooves extending along the circumferential direction on two sides and the lower side, and the grooves are matched with the flanges, so that the control box can be inserted from top to bottom and is limited on the flanges. Through the cooperation of recess and turn-ups, directly with the control box block in on the box, the installation of control box with spacing simple, and control box and back lid sharing turn-ups, need not design and make more structures on the box.
In some embodiments, the upper end of the control box is provided with a sealing part which is attached to the inner side surface of the box body, so that a gap with an opening at the lower end is formed between the control box and the box body; the upper end of the rear cover extends into the gap. Sealing portion laminates in the medial surface of box, space between effectual separation control box upper end and the opening, and the setting in clearance makes the upper end of back lid can stretch into the relevant position in the box simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the inner wall of the groove is attached to the flange, and the lower end of the sealing part closes the upper end of the flange to isolate the space in the box body from the opening.
In some embodiments, the two sides and the lower side of the rear cover are provided with protruding parts extending towards the turned edge, and the protruding parts are attached to the turned edge and surround the periphery of the groove. The arrangement of the convex part further prevents water from entering the control box from two sides and the lower side of the rear cover.
In some embodiments, the flange includes an extension extending from an edge of the opening toward the inside of the box body, and an abutment extending from a tip of the extension toward a center of the opening; the extending part inclines towards the center of the opening from the opening to the direction of the interior of the box body. The inclined arrangement of the extension part is convenient for water to be discharged downwards.
