Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a production system for biologically decomposing and cleanly producing cellulose by agricultural straws, wherein the method comprises the following steps: fermenting the straws; pouring the fermented raw materials into a material homogenizing bin, feeding the raw materials into a cooking pipe for cooking, and then feeding the raw materials into a squeezer for solid-liquid separation; wherein the solid part is sent into a high-concentration mill to decompose a semi-finished product of cellulose; sending the cellulose semi-finished product to a pulping tank, diluting, and passing through a pressure screen to obtain qualified cellulose and crude fiber; the coarse fiber is sent to a treatment tank and sent back to a pulping tank after being processed by a low-concentration mill; and conveying the qualified cellulose to a dewatering machine for dewatering, and then conveying the qualified cellulose to a discharging bin. The invention has no emission of harmful substances, excellent environmental protection performance and convenient operation.
Description
Background
Straw is used as agricultural waste and is generally treated by methods such as incineration and the like, so that resources are wasted and the environment is polluted; the existing method for decomposing straw adopts a chemical method of alkali or acid, also adopts a chemical mechanical method combining chemistry and machinery, or a chemical biological method, and the treatment methods all have sewage, discharge and are harmful to the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly and convenient method and a production system for biologically decomposing and cleanly producing cellulose by agricultural straws.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:

(1) Feeding the straw added with biological enzyme preparation into a fermentation bin, measuring the content of ferulic acid by liquid chromatography, judging the decomposition degree of cell wall, setting the target value of the decomposition degree to be 30-80%, and stopping fermentation when the target value is reached;
(2) Pouring the fermented raw materials into a homogenizing bin;
(3) Feeding the raw materials to a cooking pipe through a homogenizing conveyor, and simultaneously inputting normal-pressure steam;
(4) Sending the cooked raw materials to a squeezer for solid-liquid separation; wherein the solid part (mainly cellulose) is sent into a high-concentration mill through a screw conveyor to be rubbed and decomposed to obtain a cellulose semi-finished product;
(5) Sending the cellulose semi-finished product to a pulping tank, diluting, and passing through a pressure screen to obtain qualified cellulose and crude fiber; sending the crude fiber to a treatment tank, processing the crude fiber by a low-concentration mill, and then sending the crude fiber back to a pulping tank; and conveying the qualified cellulose to a dewatering machine for dewatering, and then conveying the qualified cellulose to a discharging bin.
And (3) the temperature of the atmospheric steam is 90 to 150 ℃, and the cooking time is 0.5 to 1 hour.
And (4) conveying the raw materials cooked in the step (4) to a strong belt type squeezer through a conveying belt for solid-liquid separation.
The dehydrator in the step (5) is a belt type pressure dehydrator; and (5) conveying water discharged by the dehydrator to a water storage tank, and recycling the water after precipitation treatment.
A production system for a method for producing cellulose by biologically decomposing and cleaning agricultural straws is characterized in that: comprises a fermentation bin for fermenting straw raw materials and a liquid chromatograph for measuring the content of ferulic acid; a material homogenizing bin is arranged behind the fermentation bin, a cooking pipe for cooking the raw material is arranged behind the material homogenizing bin, a squeezer for solid-liquid separation is arranged behind the cooking pipe, a high-concentration mill for separating a semi-finished cellulose product from a solid part obtained by squeezing is arranged behind the squeezer, a pulp dissolving tank is arranged behind the high-concentration mill, and a pressure screen is arranged behind the pulp dissolving tank; a treatment tank for treating the crude fiber is arranged behind the pressure screen, a low-concentration mill is arranged behind the treatment tank, and an outlet of the low-concentration mill is communicated with the pulping tank; a dehydrator for dehydrating the qualified cellulose is arranged behind the pressure screen, and a discharge bin is arranged behind the dehydrator.
A water storage pool for precipitating the water is arranged behind the dehydrator. The cooking pipe is a spiral cooking pipe.
The invention has no harmful substance emission, excellent environmental protection performance and convenient operation.

Detailed Description
A method for biologically decomposing and cleanly producing cellulose by agricultural straws comprises the following steps:
(1) Feeding straws added with biological enzyme preparation (such as cellulase, pectinase, feruloyl esterase and other enzymes capable of decomposing straw cell walls) into a fermentation chamber, measuring the content of ferulic acid by a liquid chromatography method and other methods, judging the decomposition degree of the cell walls (the measured content of ferulic acid/the content of ferulic acid multiplied by 100% = the decomposition degree of the cell walls when the cell walls are completely decomposed), setting the target value of the decomposition degree to be 30-80%, and stopping fermentation when the target value is reached;
(2) Pouring the fermented raw materials into a homogenizing bin;
(3) Feeding the raw materials to a cooking pipe through a homogenizing conveyor, and simultaneously inputting normal-pressure steam;
(4) Sending the cooked raw materials to a squeezer for solid-liquid separation; wherein the solid part (mainly cellulose) is sent into a high-concentration mill through a screw conveyor to be rubbed and decomposed to obtain a cellulose semi-finished product;
(5) Sending the cellulose semi-finished product to a pulping tank, diluting, and passing through a pressure screen to obtain qualified cellulose and crude fiber; sending the crude fiber to a treatment tank, processing the crude fiber by a low-concentration mill, and then sending the crude fiber back to a pulping tank; and (4) conveying the qualified cellulose to a dewatering machine for dewatering, and then conveying to a discharging bin.

Claims (7)
1. A method for biologically decomposing and cleanly producing cellulose by agricultural straws is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the following steps:
(1) Feeding the straws added with the biological enzyme preparation into a fermentation bin, measuring the content of ferulic acid, judging the decomposition degree of cell walls, and stopping fermentation when the target value of the decomposition degree is set to be 30-80 percent and the target value is reached;
(2) Pouring the fermented raw materials into a homogenizing bin;
(3) Feeding the raw materials to a cooking pipe through a homogenizing conveyor, and simultaneously inputting normal-pressure steam;
(4) Sending the cooked raw materials to a squeezer for solid-liquid separation; wherein the solid part is sent into a high-concentration mill for friction decomposition to obtain a semi-finished product of cellulose;
(5) Sending the semi-finished cellulose product to a pulping pool, diluting the semi-finished cellulose product, and then screening the diluted semi-finished cellulose product through a pressure screen to obtain qualified cellulose and crude fiber; sending the crude fiber to a treatment tank, processing the crude fiber by a low-concentration mill, and then sending the crude fiber back to a pulping tank; and conveying the qualified cellulose to a dewatering machine for dewatering, and then conveying the qualified cellulose to a discharging bin.
2. The method for biologically decomposing and cleanly producing the cellulose by the agricultural straws as claimed in the claim 1, which is characterized in that: and (3) the temperature of the atmospheric steam is 90 to 150 ℃, and the cooking time is 0.5 to 1 hour.
