Detailed Description
The disclosure is described in detail below with the aid of exemplary embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the following detailed description of the present disclosure is intended to be illustrative only and is not intended to be in any way limiting.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, there is provided a soiled article collecting cart 1 for collecting soiled articles using a strap-type disposal bag 100, wherein, as shown in fig. 5, the strap-type disposal bag 100 includes a bag body 101 having two ends each having a bag mouth 101a, 101b, and two straps 102 for tying the bag mouths 101a, 101 b.
In the collection, a closed space can be formed in the bag body 101 by binding the two bag openings 101a and 101b of the bag body 101 with the binding band 102, so that germs that may be stained on the contaminated articles collected in the bag body 101 do not spread outward to cause infection.
The contaminant trap vehicle 1 includes a trap frame 10 opened on each side. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the collection frame 10 is exemplarily illustrated to have a contour having a cubic shape, in which six faces of the collection frame 10 are all open. It is contemplated that the collection frame 10 may also be a frame structure in the form of a hexahedral cylinder, a cylinder, an elliptical cylinder, or any other suitable form.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the collection frame 10 includes:
a bar-shaped carrier 12 which is detachably provided inside the collection frame 10 and is configured to carry the bag roll 1010 by passing through a center hole of the bag roll 1010 made of a plurality of bags 101 in sequence end to end; and
a first necking device 11 or 301 disposed inside the collecting frame 10 above the bar-shaped carrier 12 and configured to close a bag mouth 101b at a lower end of the bag body 101 pulled out from the bag body roll 1010 and extended in the collecting frame 10 for collecting the contaminated article, and configured to support a lower portion of the bag body 101 while achieving the closing.
The bar-like carrier 12 may allow the bag roll 1010 carried thereon to roll on itself on the bar-like carrier 12 to facilitate pulling the bag 101 from the bag roll 1010 until the bag 101 extends in the collection frame 10 to enable collection of the soiled item.
The rod-like carriers 12 may be connected between both sides of the collecting frame 10 in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction of the soiled article collecting vehicle 1. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the bar-shaped carriers 12 need to be detached from the collection frame 10 when the bag roll 1010 is mounted, and the bar-shaped carriers 12 need to be reattached to the collection frame 10 after the mounting is completed. It is conceivable to provide a frame strip structure in the area of the collecting frame 10 where the rod-shaped carrier 12 is mounted, for example, as shown in fig. 2, a frame strip conforming to the circumferential edge of the first closing-in device 11 and two vertical frame strips located on both sides of the collecting frame in the front-rear direction are provided, and the detachable connection of the rod-shaped carrier 12 to the collecting frame 10 is achieved by providing a retractable groove retractable under pressure on the two vertical frame strips of the collecting frame 10 and snapping both ends of the rod-shaped carrier 12 into the retractable groove. It is conceivable that the rod-like carrier 12 can also be arranged detachably on the collecting frame 10 by means of other known detachable structures.
When the bag body 101 has been pulled out and extended in the collection frame 10 to enable contaminant collection, the bag mouth 101b of the bag body 101 at the lower end can be closed by the first closing device 11 or 301 and supported at the lower portion of the bag body 101 while the closing is effected.
By providing the rod-like carrier, it is possible to continuously arrange the body of the bandage-type disposal bag in the collecting frame, thereby providing good continuity of the collecting operation. In addition, through setting up first binding off device, can convenient and swiftly close up the sack at the lower extreme of the bag body of the bandage formula processing bag that has two upper and lower sacks, the inconvenience that has avoided pure manual operation to bring, moreover, when realizing closing up, first binding off device can also support the lower part of the bag body 101, has avoided the bag body to take place the lower part after for example packing into the contaminated object and has caved in to lead to influencing the collection effect of processing bag and probably cause the risk that the bag body lower part is damaged because of not receiving the protection.
Next, an exemplary embodiment of the first cuff device according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first closing-in means may be a partition 11, the partition 11 being transversely connected to the collecting frame 10, and the partition 11 being provided therein with an opening 11a for the bag body 101 to pass through and effect closing-in of a mouth 101b of the bag body 101 at a lower end.
In fig. 1, for ease of understanding, the pouches 101 extending from the pouch roll 1010 in operation are shown in dashed lines, wherein the former pouch is connected to the latter pouch by, for example, a tear line (shown in dashed lines) corresponding to the lower-end mouth 101b of the former pouch and the upper-end mouth 101a of the latter pouch that is not yet fully extended.
Specifically, the partition plate 11 may be disposed relatively closer to the lower end of the collection frame 10 so that the space above the partition plate 11 in the collection frame 10 is relatively larger, so that the bag body 101 passing through the opening 11a and extending inside the collection frame 10 to be fitted in the space can be sufficiently filled with the contaminated articles, while the space below the partition plate 11 in the collection frame 10 is sufficient to accommodate the bag roll 1010 carried on the bar-shaped carrier 12.
It is to be understood that the partition 11 may be a plate having an area substantially the same as that of the cross section of the collection frame 10 in the lateral direction, or may be a plate having an area smaller than that of the cross section of the collection frame 10. Further, it is understood that the partition plate 11 may be connected between both sides of the collecting frame 10 in the front-rear direction of the soiled article collecting cart 1, and/or the partition plate 11 may be connected between both sides of the collecting frame 10 in the left-right direction of the soiled article collecting cart 1. By providing the partition plate 11, the lower portion of the bag body 101 can be supported while the bag body is closed.
As shown in fig. 2, the opening 11a of the partition 11 is preferably provided at the center of the partition 11 so that the bag body 101 passing through the opening 11a can be expanded and set centrally in the collection frame 10, thereby contributing to the rational placement of the contamination article in the bag body 101.
In the collecting operation, the bag body 101 of the bag body roll 1010 can be fitted into the collecting frame 10 through the opening 11a, and the bag mouth 101b can be continuously held below the opening 11a of the partition 11, at which time the bag mouth 101b at the lower end can be tied up by the tie 102, and after that, the contaminated articles can be collected in the bag body 101, and the partition 11 also plays a role of supporting the lower portion of the bag body 101 at this time. After the loading of the contaminated articles is completed, the bag mouth 101a at the upper end may be tied, and thereafter, the tied bag body 101 may be pulled out and disconnected from the next bag body 101 to complete the collecting operation. By pulling out the bundled bag 101, the next bag 101 of the bag roll 1010 connected to this bag 101 is brought through the opening 11a into the space above the partition 11 of the collecting frame 10, and then the bundled bag 101 can be taken out by tearing the tear line that realizes this connection, and thereby allowing the next bag 101 to extend and continue to be nested in the collecting frame 10 and start the next collection.
It will be appreciated that since the partition 11 itself can support the lower portion of the bag body 101, the bag opening 101b at the lower end of the bag body 101 can also be substantially simultaneously strapped together with the bag opening 101a at the upper end after the bag body 101 is filled with the contaminated articles.
Through the mode, can clearly understand that can not directly collect next time with the operation of establishing the bag body with manual cover after once collecting, from this, simplified the process of collecting the operation and made the collection operation carry out more easily.
It is contemplated that the rod-like carrier 12 may also include a portion for carrying the strap 102. The strap 102 may be in the form of a plurality of straps that are separated, or may be in the form of a roll 1020 of straps that are made from a plurality of straps 102 that are connected end-to-end in sequence. Thus, for example, with respect to band roll 1020, which may be carried by rod-like carrier 12 by passing through its central aperture, band 102 may be torn directly from band roll 1020 in close proximity to facilitate the strapping operation when strapping is to be performed. It is also envisaged that means or portions for carrying the strap 102 may also be provided at other parts of the soiled article collecting vehicle 1.
As another example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first closing means may be a lower retractable means 301 including:
a pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b, the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b being equidistantly arranged and fixedly connected between both sides of the collecting frame 10 in the front-rear direction of the soiled article collecting cart 1; and
two stretchable and contractible portions 302a, 302b, which are respectively disposed on the two sides of the collection frame 10 and connected between the pair of first rails 301a, 301b, and which are configured to be each movable along the pair of first rails 301a, 301b and lockable in position with respect to the pair of first rails 301a, 301b, for closing the bag mouth 101b at the lower end by stretching from the two sides of the collection frame 10 toward the center and locking in position with respect to the pair of first rails 301a, 301 b.
When the bag is closed, the two stretchable portions 302a, 302b are moved along the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b so as to face each other between the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b, thereby pushing the bag mouth 101b of the bag body 101 to move toward each other at the both sides, and when the stretchable portions 302a, 302b are moved toward each other to the center position of the collection frame 10, the bag mouth 101b is pushed to be closed at the center position, and at this time, the stretchable portions 302a, 302b are locked with respect to the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b, and then, the bag mouth 101b closed by the stretchable portions can be further tightened by hand, and the bag mouth 101b closed by the binding band 102 can be bound. It can be understood that when the stretchable parts 302a, 302b are moved toward the central portion and locked with respect to the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b to close the opening, as shown in fig. 6, the stretchable parts 302a, 302b are unfolded to become a bottom supporting portion capable of supporting the lower portion of the bag body 101, thereby performing the function of the first closing means for supporting the lower portion of the bag body 101.
In the collecting operation, the bag body 101 of the bag body roll 1010 can be fitted into the collecting frame 10 and the bag mouth 101b at the lower end can be closed by the lower retractable device 301, and after closing, the bag mouth 101b at the lower end can be bound by the binding band 102 and the contaminated material can be collected in the bag body 101 after that, and the retractable portions 302a, 302b of the lower retractable device 301 which are extended and locked also play a role of supporting the lower portion of the bag body 101 at this time. After loading of the soiled article is completed, the mouth 101a at the upper end can be tied, after which the telescopic part can be optionally unlocked and retracted along the first guide, and the tied bag 101 can then be pulled out and disconnected from the next bag 101 to complete the collecting operation. By pulling out the bundled bag 101, the next bag 101 of the bag roll 1010 connected to this bag 101 is brought into the upper part of the collecting frame 10, and then the bundled bag 101 can be taken out by tearing the tear line that realizes this connection, and thereby the next bag 101 is allowed to extend and continue to be nested in the collecting frame 10, and the next collection is started.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the collection frame 10 may further include a second necking device disposed inside the collection frame 10 above the first necking device and configured to close a bag mouth 101a of the bag body 101 at the upper end.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the second closing means may be an upper retractable means 301' comprising:
a pair of second guide rails 301'a and 301' b, the pair of second guide rails 301'a and 301' b being equidistantly arranged and fixedly connected between the front and rear sides of the collecting frame 10 in the forward and rearward direction of the contaminated material collecting vehicle 1; and
two stretchable portions 302'a, 302' b provided on the both sides of the collection frame 10 and connected between the pair of second guide rails 301'a, 301' b, respectively, and the two stretchable portions 302'a, 302' b are configured to be movable along the pair of second guide rails 301'a, 301' b and lockable in position with respect to the pair of second guide rails 301'a, 301' b, respectively, for closing the mouth 101a at the upper end by being stretched from the both sides of the collection frame 10 to the center and locked in position with respect to the pair of second guide rails 301'a, 301' b.
Similarly to the lower retractable device 301, when the tube is closed, the two retractable portions 302'a and 302' b are moved along the pair of second guide rails 301'a and 301' b so as to face each other between the pair of second guide rails 301'a and 301' b, thereby pushing the portions of the bag mouth 101a of the bag body 101 on both sides to move toward each other, and when the retractable portions 302'a and 302' b are moved to the center position of the collection frame 10 so as to face each other, the bag mouth 101a is pushed to be closed at the center position, and at this time, the retractable portions 302'a and 302' b are locked to the pair of second guide rails 301'a and 301' b, and then the bag mouth 101a gathered by the retractable portion gathering band can be manually tightened, and the bag mouth 101a tightened by the pair of retractable portions 102 is tied.
It is contemplated that the second closing-in means can also be implemented in other configurations that enable closing-in.
Through setting up second binding off device, can realize more conveniently and swiftly closing up to sack 101a at the upper end, especially when the internal packing of bag is more full, be difficult for gathering together the sack through the hand to even can gather together also be difficult for making sack atress gather together uniformly, and uneven atress probably leads to the damage of the bag body and then and loses the function of preventing infecting.
It is conceivable that, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, an end portion of each of the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b and the pair of second guide rails 301'a, 301' b may be provided at a nearly intermediate position in the vertical direction on the side, i.e., the front side and the rear side, of the collection frame 10 on which the end portion is located. Thus, when the stretchable portions 302a, 302b and 302'a, 302' b are stretched, the bag body 101 can be protected at the front and rear sides of the collection frame 10 to avoid the risk of accidental breakage of the bag body 101 due to lack of protection at the front and rear sides.
It is contemplated that any one of the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b and the pair of second guide rails 301'a, 301' b may also be equidistantly arranged and fixedly connected between both sides of the collecting frame 10 in the left-right direction of the pollutant collecting vehicle 1.
It is conceivable that both of the pair of first guide rails 301a and 301b and any of the pair of second guide rails 301'a and 301' b may be fixedly attached to the frame strips of the collecting frame 10 on both sides in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the both sides, i.e., the front-rear direction, i.e., the left-right direction, respectively.
It is also envisaged that any of the stretchable portions 302a, 302b and stretchable portions 302'a, 302' b may be a stretchable sheet, tape or wire mesh.
In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, each of the pair of first guide rails 301a, 301b is in a downwardly protruding arc shape, and each of the pair of second guide rails 301'a, 301' b is in an upwardly protruding arc shape.
Accordingly, the stretchable portions 302a, 302b and 302' a, 302' of the first closing device 301 and the second closing device 301' can be moved on the respective guide rails more smoothly and smoothly, and the shape thereof when stretched out is made to substantially correspond to the contour shape of the upper and lower portions of the bag body filled with the contaminant at the time of closing, so that the operation of gathering the mouth of the bag by pushing the peripheral portion of the mouth of the bag body is facilitated, and the attachment of the bag body to the contaminant collected therein is also facilitated.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the collection frame 10 may further include a pressing device 40 for pressing and exhausting the bag body 101 of the bandage-type disposal bag 100 in which the contaminated articles are collected.
The presence of a large volume of air within the bag body 101 can occupy the space within the bag body 101, thereby not facilitating the closing and strapping of the bag mouth. Further, since the bandage-type disposal bag 100 is eventually required to be kept in a sealed state, if a large amount of air exists in the bag body in which the contaminated articles are collected, the bag body may be broken by, for example, collision during movement and transportation, thereby losing the infection prevention function. In this regard, it is advantageous to squeeze and vent the bag body 101 before the bag body 101 with the collected contaminated articles is finally bundled.
An exemplary embodiment of a press device 40 according to the present disclosure is described below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the pressing device 40 includes:
a pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b, the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b being connected parallel to each other and fixedly between both sides of the collecting frame 10 in the left-right direction of the soiled article collecting cart 1; and
two squeezing plates 402a, 402b, which are respectively disposed at the above-mentioned both sides of the collection frame 10 and connected between the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b, and which are configured such that each of the two squeezing plates 402a, 402b is movable along the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b and lockable in position with respect to the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b, for squeezing and evacuating the bag body 101 by moving from the above-mentioned both sides of the collection frame 10 toward the center and locking in position with respect to the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401 b.
During the squeeze evacuation, the two squeeze plates 402a, 402b are moved along the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b in opposite directions between the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b, thereby pushing the volume of the bag body 101 to contract to discharge the air therein from the bag mouth 101a, at which time the two squeeze plates 402a, 402b may be locked with respect to the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b to be held at a fixed position, and then the bag mouth 101a may be necked and taped by the stretchable portions 302'a, 302' b. After the strapping is complete, the two squeeze plates can be unlocked and moved back to the two sides of the collection frame 10.
It will be appreciated that when the bag body 101 is fitted into the collection frame 10, the two squeeze plates 402a, 402b on both sides of the collection frame 10 can also be used to guide the unfolded bag body 101 to be placed against the surfaces of the squeeze plates, thereby helping to keep the bag body 101 fully unfolded during the collection process.
It is conceivable that, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the two guide rails of the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b may be fixedly attached to the frame strips of the collection frame 10 on the above-mentioned both sides, respectively. It is also contemplated that each third guide rail may include two parallel arranged guide rail bars, as shown in fig. 2 and 4.
It is conceivable that the length of each squeeze plate in the vertical direction may be set to be close to the length of the bag body 101 after being unfolded in the vertical direction, for example, the length in the vertical direction of the space above the partition plate 11 of the collection frame 10 in the case where the partition plate 11 is provided, or the length in the vertical direction of the space above the bar-shaped carrier of the collection frame 10 in the case where the lower stretchable and contractible device 301 is provided; and the length of each squeezing plate in the transverse direction can be close to the length of the side of the collection frame 10 where the squeezing plate is arranged in the transverse direction, so that on one hand, the squeezing plates can squeeze the bag body 101 relatively sufficiently to better discharge the air contained in the bag body 101; on the other hand, the bag body 101 can be allowed to be protected on both sides where the squeeze plates are provided, that is, on the left and right sides, so that the risk of accidental breakage of the bag body 101 on the left and right sides due to lack of protection can be avoided.
It is contemplated that the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b may also be connected parallel to each other and fixedly between both sides of the collecting frame 10 in the front-rear direction of the soiled article collecting cart 1.
It is envisaged that each squeezing plate may have a straight shape in its transverse direction or may have an arcuate shape convex to the outside in its transverse direction, so as to enable it to better squeeze out the air of the bag filled with the soiled article.
It is also conceivable that each of the pressing plates may be provided with a handle 501 on at least one of both sides thereof, so that the movement of the two pressing plates 402a, 402b along the pair of third guide rails 401a, 401b toward each other is achieved by the handle 501.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the collection frame 10 may further include a bag mouth fixing means (not shown) for fixing an edge of the bag mouth 101a of the bag body 101 at the upper end.
The bag mouth fixing device may be a plurality of clamping pieces provided at the upper end edge of the collecting frame 10 to clamp the edge of the bag mouth 101a at the upper end of the collecting frame 10. It is envisaged that the pocket fastening means may also be constituted by a circumferential groove provided at the upper end of the collecting frame 10 and by a ring-shaped element receivable in the circumferential groove. In this case, the edge of the pocket 101a may be seated in the circumferential groove and fixed therein by a ring. Other known configurations capable of securing the mouth of a bag are also contemplated.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the collection frame 10 may further include a cover (not shown) rotatably coupled to an upper end of the collection frame for closing and opening a bag mouth 101a at an upper end of the bag body 101 expanded within the collection frame 10.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the contaminant trap vehicle 1 may further include a vehicle body frame 20, and the trap frame 10 is connected to the vehicle body frame 20, and is configured to be capable of being tilted to one side in the left-right direction of the contaminant trap vehicle 1 with respect to the vehicle body frame 20 by rotation and to be locked with respect to the vehicle body frame 20 while being in the vertical direction.
In operation, the collecting frame 10 may be rotatably tilted to one side such as the left or right side of the soiled article collecting set 1 with respect to the body frame 20 before collection is performed, so as to facilitate the user's hitching of the bag body 101 in the collecting frame 10 and the tying of the bag mouth 101b of the bag body 101 at the lower end in a more comfortable standing posture.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the vehicle body frame 20 may include a base 201 and a front fender or front fender frame 202 and a rear fender or rear fender frame 203 fixedly attached to both sides of the base 201 in the front-rear direction of the pollutant collecting vehicle 1, respectively, the front fender/frame 202 being lower in height than the rear fender/frame 203, and the collecting frame 10 may be attached to the front fender/frame 202 and the rear fender/frame 203 via a rotating shaft 110 such as a rotating screw in a manner rotatable with respect to the front fender/frame 202 and the rear fender/frame 203 so as to achieve a rotational inclination of the collecting frame 10 with respect to the vehicle body frame 20 to one side in the left-right direction of the pollutant collecting vehicle 1.
It is contemplated that the vehicle body frame 20 may be provided with universal wheels 205 at four corners of the lower surface of the base 201, all or a part of which are lockable, and the vehicle body frame 20 may be provided with pushers 206 on the back of the tailgate/frame 203.
It is also contemplated that only one of the front bezel/frame 202 and the rear bezel/frame 203 may be coupled to the collection frame 10 via the hinge 110. It will be appreciated that other configurations are also contemplated which enable the collection frame 10 to be tilted rotationally relative to the body frame 20.
Further, it is contemplated that the rotation shaft 110 may be provided at a lower portion of the collection frame 10, that is, at a position lower than a midpoint of a length of the collection frame 10 in the vertical direction, to enable the collection frame 10 to perform an off-axis rotation by means of the rotation shaft 110, whereby the collection frame 10 may be more easily tilted to one side by rotation.
When collection is started, the collection frame 10 can be rotated back to be in the vertical direction and locked with respect to the vehicle body frame 20, so that the collection frame 10 and the bag body 101 therein can be kept stable in position all the time during collection, and the situation that the contaminated articles collected in the bag body 101 fall off due to inclination to one side cannot occur.
It is contemplated that the locking of the collection frame 10 relative to the vehicle body frame 20 may be achieved by a snap-fit structure (not shown) which may include a groove, for example, provided on the tailgate/frame 203 and a protrusion, for example, provided on a side of the collection frame 10 opposite the tailgate/frame 203, wherein the protrusion may be received in the groove when the collection frame 10 is rotated to be in the vertical orientation, thereby locking the collection frame 10 relative to the vehicle body frame 20. For example, the engaging structure may also be provided such that, when it is necessary to rotationally tilt the collection frame 10 with respect to the vehicle body frame 20, the collection frame 10 is lifted up to disengage the protrusion from the groove by stepping on a lever-type foot pedal provided at a lower portion of the vehicle body frame 10, so as to allow the collection frame 10 to rotationally tilt with respect to the vehicle body frame 20; when the collection frame 10 is rotated back to be in the vertical direction, the protrusion falls into the groove again, whereby the collection frame 10 is locked with respect to the vehicle body frame 20. Further, other known locking structures that enable locking of the collection frame 10 with respect to the vehicle body frame 20 are conceivable.
The body frame 20 may further include a stopper rod 204, the stopper rod 204 being connected between the front barrier/frame 202 and the rear barrier/frame 203 at the above-mentioned one side and at the outside of the collection frame 10 for stopping the collection frame 10 when it is rotationally tilted to the above-mentioned one side to a certain extent, such as to 90 degrees.
It is contemplated that the stop bar 204 may be disposed vertically below the shaft 110 so that the collection frame 10 may be rotated to a greater degree, e.g., rotated to a nearly horizontal, e.g., 90 degrees, to the side to facilitate such operations as bundling the bag openings 101a and 101b and extracting the bundled bag bodies 101 in a more labor-saving and comfortable position for the user.
By providing the stopper bars 204, there is no risk of the contaminated articles collected in the bag body 101 falling off as the collection frame 10 is tilted to one side with the bag mouth 101a facing downward. In addition, the stopper bar 204 also serves to reinforce the front and rear barriers/ frames 202 and 203 by virtue of its connection between them.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, both the collection frame 10 and the body frame 20 may be made of a stainless steel material. It is contemplated that collection frame 10 and body frame 20 may also be made of other rigid metallic and non-metallic materials.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present disclosure, but the scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present disclosure should be covered within the scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure should be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
