In some embodiments of the present invention, a supporting plate 4 is disposed inside the conveying belt 35, the upper side of the supporting plate 4 abuts against the lower side of the conveying belt 35, and a supporting rod is disposed below the supporting plate 4 and the lower side of the supporting rod is used for connecting to the ground.
In the above embodiment, the supporting plate 4 supports the conveying belt 35, so that the conveying stability of the corrugated board is improved, and the conveying belt 35 is prevented from being stressed and bent in the process of conveying the corrugated board by the conveying belt 35.
In some embodiments of the present invention, an independent purification cavity and a dust removal cavity are disposed in the primary dust removal box 6, the cleaning brush 33 is disposed in the dust removal cavity, the purification cavity is provided with an air inlet and the opening, an air duct 5 communicated with the dust removal cavity is disposed outside the air inlet, a fan 17 is disposed inside the air inlet, and an air purification assembly is disposed in the purification cavity.
In the above embodiment, the power of the fan 17 is turned on, the fan 17 makes the dust in the dust removal chamber enter the purification chamber through the air duct 5, and the dust is purified and discharged through the purification effect of the air purification assembly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air purification assembly is sequentially disposed on the first stage dust removal mesh plate 18, the second stage dust removal mesh plate 19 and the activated carbon adsorption layer 20 of the purification chamber.
In the above embodiment, the pore diameter of the secondary dedusting net plate 19 is smaller than that of the primary dedusting net plate 18, and the activated carbon adsorption layer 20 is used for removing the odor in the air.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further includes a PLC control module, and a camera module electrically connected to the PLC control module, the camera module is disposed on a lower side of the box wall of the pressing box 9, and the camera module is disposed on a side away from the adjusting box 8, and the PLC control module is electrically connected to the first hydraulic telescopic rod 21, the second hydraulic telescopic rod 22, the third hydraulic telescopic rod 23, the fourth hydraulic telescopic rod 25, the driving motor 15, and the conveying assembly at the same time.
In the above embodiment, when the camera module detects the position-limiting strip 10 on the conveyor belt 35, the PLC control module stops the conveyor assembly, and makes the first hydraulic telescopic rod 21, the second hydraulic telescopic rod 22, the third hydraulic telescopic rod 23, the fourth hydraulic telescopic rod 25, and the driving motor 15 operate simultaneously to process the corrugated cardboard, and after the corrugated cardboard is processed, the PLC control module operates the conveyor assembly to cycle the above processes to realize the circular processing of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the baffle 3 is disposed on both sides of the conveyor belt 35.
In the above embodiment, the baffle 3 has a blocking effect on the corrugated board, and the two baffles 3 form a flow channel to make the corrugated board slide directionally.

when the surface labeling treatment of the corrugated board is carried out, the corrugated board to be labeled is placed at the inlet end of the conveying belt 35, the corrugated board firstly enters the primary dust removal box 6 under the conveying action of the conveying belt 35, the conveying belt 35 stops conveying, the first hydraulic telescopic rod 21 drives the cleaning brush to turn over and be directly connected with the upper side of the corrugated board, the cleaning seat 30 is made to slide on the first connecting plate 11 in a reciprocating mode, and the cleaning brush achieves primary cleaning of dust on the surface of the corrugated board; the conveyer belt 35 is continuously conveyed, the corrugated box board after primary cleaning enters the secondary dust removal box 7, the conveyer belt 35 stops conveying, the second hydraulic telescopic rod 22 drives the first linear guide rail 12 to vertically lift until the dust removal roller 34 connected with the first linear guide rail 12 is contacted with the corrugated box board, the sliding part of the first linear guide rail 12 is connected with the dust removal roller 34, the first linear guide rail 12 drives the dust removal roller 34 to reciprocate, and the dust removal roller 34 achieves deep cleaning of the corrugated box board; make conveyer belt 35 continue the conveying, corrugated box board after the degree of depth clearance enters into the regulation looks in, makes conveyer belt 35 stop the transportation, and third hydraulic telescoping rod 23 drives second connecting plate 13 and vertically goes up and down, makes labeller 24 in the contact of corrugated box board, and the labeling is accomplished to the corrugated box board, and the corrugated box board after the labeling is accomplished is exported from the exit end of conveyer belt 35. In the above embodiment, through the design of one-level dust removal case 6 and second grade dust removal case 7, reached the degree of depth processing on corrugated box board surface, cleared away the dust on corrugated box board surface, when labeller 24 pasted the standard, the more stable subsides of label have improved the stability that the label pasted on corrugated box board.

the conveying assembly comprises a bearing rack, a conveying belt for horizontally conveying the corrugated case is arranged on the top side of the bearing rack, one end of the conveying belt is an inlet end of the corrugated case, and the other end of the conveying belt is an outlet end of the corrugated case;
the dust removal assembly comprises a primary dust removal box arranged on the upper side of the bearing rack, the primary dust removal box is covered on the conveying belt, a first connecting plate is arranged in the primary dust removal box, the first connecting plate is provided with a cleaning seat capable of moving transversely in a reciprocating mode, the cleaning seat is hinged with a cleaning brush, the cleaning seat is provided with a connecting rod, one end, away from the cleaning seat, of the connecting rod is hinged with a first hydraulic telescopic rod for driving the cleaning brush to turn over, a secondary dust removal box is arranged on one side of the primary dust removal box along the conveying direction of the conveying belt, the secondary dust removal box is covered on the conveying belt, a second hydraulic telescopic rod is longitudinally arranged in the secondary dust removal box, a first linear guide rail is arranged on the lower side of the second hydraulic telescopic rod, and a dust removal roller is arranged at the sliding part of the first linear guide rail;
the labeling assembly comprises an adjusting box arranged on one side, away from the primary dedusting box, of the secondary dedusting box, the adjusting box is covered on the conveying belt, a third hydraulic telescopic rod is longitudinally arranged in the adjusting box, a second connecting plate is arranged on the lower side of the third hydraulic telescopic rod, and a labeling machine is arranged on the lower side of the second connecting plate;
the auxiliary pressing assembly comprises two elastic telescopic rods arranged on the second connecting plate, the two elastic telescopic rods are symmetrically arranged relative to the labeling machine, and the horizontal plane of the lower side of each elastic telescopic rod is lower than that of the lower side of the labeling machine.

The labeling device for corrugated cases as claimed in claim 1, wherein said supporting frame has symmetrically disposed transmission rollers at its top side, said transmission rollers are rotatably disposed on said supporting frame, said conveying belt is wound around two of said transmission rollers, said conveying belt has spacing bars at regular intervals along its circumferential direction, and the spacing between adjacent spacing bars is equal to the width of the corrugated case to be conveyed.

The labeling device for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 2, wherein a pressing box is arranged on one side of the adjusting box away from the secondary dust removal box, a fourth hydraulic telescopic rod is longitudinally arranged in the pressing box, a second linear guide rail is arranged on the lower side of the fourth hydraulic telescopic rod, a pressing rod is connected to the sliding portion of the second linear guide rail, and a pressing roller is arranged on the lower side of the pressing rod.

The labeling device for corrugated cases as claimed in claim 3, wherein the width of said secondary dust box inner cavity, the width of said regulating box inner cavity and the width of said pressing box inner cavity are equal to the width of the inner side of the adjacent limiting strip, and the sum of the wall thickness of said secondary dust box and the wall thickness of the regulating box, the sum of the wall thickness of said primary dust box and the wall thickness of said secondary dust box, and the sum of the wall thickness of said regulating box and the wall thickness of said pressing box are equal to the width of the limiting strip.

The labeling device for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 4, wherein a driving motor is arranged on the upper side of said first connecting plate, said driving motor is in transmission connection with a transversely arranged transmission screw, said transmission screw is sleeved with a transmission nut, said transmission nut is connected with a sliding rod, said sliding rod penetrates through the lower side of said first connecting plate and is connected with said cleaning seat, and said first connecting plate is provided with a sliding groove in sliding fit with said sliding rod.

The labeling device for corrugated cases as claimed in claim 5, wherein said conveyor belt has a support plate inside, the upper side of said support plate abuts against the lower side of said conveyor belt, the lower side of said support plate has a support bar, and the lower side of said support bar is used for connecting to the ground.

The labeling device for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 1, wherein said primary dust removal box is provided with a separate cleaning chamber and a separate dust removal chamber, said cleaning brush is disposed in said dust removal chamber, said cleaning chamber is provided with an air inlet and said port, an air duct is disposed outside said air inlet and communicated with said dust removal chamber, a fan is disposed inside said air inlet, and said cleaning chamber is provided with an air cleaning assembly.
8. The labeling device for corrugated cases as claimed in claim 7, wherein said air purifying assembly is sequentially disposed on the primary dedusting screen, the secondary dedusting screen and the activated carbon adsorption layer of said purifying chamber.

The labeling device for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a PLC control module, a camera module electrically connected to the PLC control module, the camera module being disposed on the lower side of the wall of the pressing box and disposed on the side away from the adjusting box, the PLC control module being electrically connected to the first hydraulic telescopic rod, the second hydraulic telescopic rod, the third hydraulic telescopic rod, the fourth hydraulic telescopic rod, the driving motor and the conveying assembly.
10. The labeling device for corrugated cases according to claim 1, wherein baffles are provided on both sides of the conveyor belt.
