The application provides a method for conveniently blocking and centering a lower nozzle of a tundish, wherein an upper circular table part of a steel column is used for blocking the lower nozzle of the tundish, so that the problem that the lower end of the lower nozzle of the original tundish is difficult to take out after being blocked and pulverized by an asbestos rope is solved; the first iron chain and the hanging hammer are adopted for vertical centering up and down, so that the problem that the lower nozzle of the conventional tundish and the upper opening of the crystallizer are difficult to quickly center is solved, the centering operation is simpler and more convenient, the centering time of the lower nozzle of the tundish and the upper opening of the crystallizer is shortened, the centering time is reduced to 30 seconds from the original 3 minutes, and the temperature of the steel ladle is reduced by about 5 ℃; meanwhile, a metal rod is added to be used as a lever-type handle for mounting and picking the steel column, so that the problem that when the asbestos rope is plugged, a person is easy to scald the person due to molten steel scattering when the person is forwards going to pick the asbestos rope is solved; the risk that the occupational health of the operating personnel is influenced after the asbestos rope is blocked, dried and pulverized is eliminated.

Background
The tundish of the continuous casting machine is also called a tundish, generally the tundish is respectively provided with a heat insulation layer, a permanent layer and a working layer from outside to inside, and meanwhile, a flow stabilizer, a slag blocking wall or a dam can be built inside the tundish. The tundish is an intermediate link of a steelmaking production flow, the lower end of a water outlet of the tundish is plugged by an asbestos rope before baking, then drainage sand is added into the water outlet, the water outlet is baked by coal gas or natural gas to meet the use requirement, and the tundish is shut down and moved to a casting area. Because the lower end of the lower nozzle of the tundish is stuffed by the asbestos cord, when the upper opening of the crystallizer is centered, a common centering tool is difficult to quickly center, the centering time of the lower nozzle of the tundish and the upper opening of the crystallizer is influenced, the baking temperature of an inner cavity of the tundish and the temperature of molten steel in a ladle are reduced along with the time extension, the asbestos cord blocking the lower end of the lower nozzle of the tundish is dried and pulverized in the baking process, when an operator takes the asbestos cord out, the pulverized asbestos cord is easily broken in the lower nozzle, the casting time delay is further caused, the low-temperature flocculation phenomenon occurs in the casting process of the tundish is caused, the casting failure of the tundish is caused to be unplanned seriously, the labor intensity of the operator is increased, the operation rate of a continuous casting machine is reduced, and when the operator takes the asbestos cord in the lower end of the lower nozzle, the upper half body of the operator leans forward, is close to the ladle wall, and the molten steel is easily scattered and scalded.

a method for facilitating plugging and centring of a downcomer of a tundish comprising the following sequential steps:
1) Processing and manufacturing the blocking device: the blocking device comprises a steel column, a first iron chain, a hanging hammer, a metal rod, a balancing weight and a second iron chain;
determining the size of a steel column for blocking according to the size of a water outlet of a tundish, wherein the steel column comprises an upper circular table part and a lower cylindrical part;
the upper end of the first iron chain is connected to the central point on the bottom end face of the steel column in a hanging mode, and a hanging hammer is hung at the lower end of the first iron chain;
one end of the metal rod in the length direction is welded on the bottom end face of the steel column, and the other end of the metal rod in the length direction is provided with a balancing weight;
the lower end of the second iron chain is connected with the middle part of the metal rod in a hanging manner, and the upper end of the second iron chain is connected on the outer surface of the ladle wall of the tundish in a hanging manner, so that the metal rod forms a lever structure;
2) Manually holding one end of the metal rod, which is provided with the balancing weight, and inserting the upper circular table part of the steel column into a lower pipe orifice of a lower water port of the tundish from bottom to top by utilizing the lever action;
3) Adding drainage sand into a water feeding port of the tundish;
4) Baking the tundish, sintering the drainage sand into a drainage sand sintered layer, moving the tundish to a casting area after baking is finished, then taking away a cover plate at the upper opening of the crystallizer, enabling the first iron chain and the hanging hammer to freely fall, and observing the centering condition of the hanging hammer and the upper opening of the crystallizer;
after the hanging hammer is aligned with the upper opening of the crystallizer, connecting an upper pipe opening of the submerged nozzle with a lower pipe opening of the lower nozzle, and inserting the submerged nozzle into the upper opening of the crystallizer;
5) After 5t of molten steel is poured into the tundish from the ladle, the steel column is taken out from the lower nozzle, then the blocking device is taken down from the tundish, then the gravity of the molten steel in the tundish breaks and scatters the sintered layer of the drainage sand, and the molten steel in the tundish flows through the upper nozzle, the sliding nozzle, the lower nozzle and the submerged nozzle in sequence and is poured into the crystallizer.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the lower nozzle is 16mm, the outer diameter of the lower cylindrical part of the steel column is 17mm and the height is 90mm, and the minimum outer diameter of the upper circular table part is 15mm and the height is 10-30mm.
Preferably, the metal rod is deformed steel bar with the length of 700mm, and the balancing weight is an iron block.
Preferably, the length of the first iron chain is 500mm, and the hanging hammer is conical.

the upper end of the first iron chain 2 is connected to the central point on the bottom end face of the steel column 1 in a hanging manner, and the lower end of the first iron chain 2 is suspended with a hanging hammer 3 in a hanging manner;
one end of the metal rod 4 in the length direction is welded on the bottom end face of the steel column 1, and the other end of the metal rod 4 in the length direction is provided with a balancing weight 5;
the lower end of the second iron chain 6 is connected with the middle part of the metal rod 4 in a hanging way, and the upper end of the second iron chain 6 is connected with the outer surface of the ladle wall of the tundish in a hanging way, so that the metal rod 4 forms a lever structure;
2) Manually holding one end of the metal rod 4, which is provided with the balancing weight 5, and inserting the upper circular platform part 101 of the steel column 1 into a lower nozzle of the tundish from bottom to top by utilizing the lever action;
3) Adding drainage sand into an upper water gap of the tundish, and enabling the drainage sand to fall into a lower water gap;
4) Baking the tundish, sintering the drainage sand into a drainage sand sintered layer in a lower nozzle, moving the tundish to a casting area after baking is finished, taking away a cover plate of an upper opening of the crystallizer, enabling the first iron chain 2 and the hanging hammer 3 to freely fall, and observing the centering condition of the hanging hammer 3 and the upper opening of the crystallizer;
after the hanging hammer 3 is aligned with the upper opening of the crystallizer, the submerged nozzle is arranged on the lower nozzle, the upper nozzle of the submerged nozzle is connected with the lower nozzle of the lower nozzle, and the submerged nozzle is inserted into the upper opening of the crystallizer;
5) After 5t of molten steel is poured into the tundish from the ladle, the steel column 1 is taken out from the lower nozzle, then the blocking device is taken down from the tundish (the upper end of the second iron chain 6 is taken down from the outer surface of the ladle wall of the tundish and is not suspended), then the gravity of the molten steel in the tundish breaks and scatters the drainage sand sintered layer, and the molten steel in the tundish flows through the upper nozzle, the sliding nozzle, the lower nozzle and the submerged nozzle in sequence and is poured into the crystallizer.
In one embodiment of the present application, the inner diameter of the lower nozzle is 16mm, the outer diameter of the lower cylindrical portion 102 of the steel column 1 is 17mm and the height is 90mm, and the minimum outer diameter of the upper circular table portion 101 is 15mm and the height is 10-30mm.
In one embodiment of the present application, the metal rod 4 is a screw steel having a length of 700mm, and the weight 5 is an iron block.
In one embodiment of the present application, the first iron chain 2 has a length of 500mm, and the hammer 3 has a conical shape.
In the application, a sliding plate in a sliding water gap for a tundish is generally of a three-layer type, an upper sliding plate and an upper water gap are fixed during operation, a lower sliding plate and a lower water gap are fixed, and interception and throttling are performed through a middle sliding plate; the upper water gap and the lower water gap are both hollow pipes with the upper end and the lower end open; asbestos ropes and steel columns 1 are arranged in a lower nozzle of a tundish, and drainage sand is placed at a zirconium core part in the lower nozzle. The lower end of the lower nozzle is also connected with an immersion nozzle, the immersion nozzle is finally inserted into the molten steel in the crystallizer and needs to be frequently replaced, and the upper nozzle, the sliding nozzle and the lower nozzle do not need to be frequently replaced; the upper water gap, the sliding water gap, the lower water gap and the submerged nozzle are arranged from top to bottom in sequence.
In this application, the cooperation of slide gate nozzle and drainage sand realizes respectively that the ladle is from moving to water and the automatic pouring of centre package is moved to water, for example: when the tundish is automatically cast, the drainage sand sintering layer is crushed by using the static pressure of molten steel and the instantaneous negative pressure difference of the opening of the sliding water gap, then the crushed and scattered drainage sand automatically flows out of the submerged water gap, and then the molten steel in the tundish flows out of the submerged water gap into the crystallizer.
The application provides a working principle of a method convenient for blocking and centering a water outlet of a tundish:
1) In order to solve the problem that the asbestos rope blocks the lower nozzle of the tundish and is difficult to take out after pulverization, the steel column 1 is used for replacing the asbestos rope, the size of the flow blocking steel column 1 is determined according to the size of the lower nozzle of the tundish, the upper end of the flow blocking steel column is processed into a circular truncated cone shape with a certain height, and the upper circular truncated cone part 101 blocks the lower nozzle of the tundish; in order to be convenient to take, a deformed steel bar with the length of 700mm is horizontally welded on the bottom end face of the steel column 1, a balancing weight 5 is welded at the tail end of the deformed steel bar, a first iron chain is welded at the center point of the bottom end of the steel column 1, and a hanging hammer 3 is hung at the lowest end of the first iron chain;
2) The upper circular table part 101 of the steel column 1 is blocked in a lower pipe orifice of a lower water gap of a tundish, the steel column is hung on a hook on the outer wall of the tundish by utilizing the lever principle, the steel column is ensured to be stable and not to fall, the tundish car is driven to a casting area, and a hanging hammer 3 hung at the lower end of a first iron chain by visual inspection is perpendicular to the upper opening of a crystallizer under the action of gravity, so that the steel column is quickly centered, and is simple and convenient.

after the hanging hammer is aligned with the upper opening of the crystallizer, connecting an upper pipe opening of the submerged nozzle with a lower pipe opening of the lower nozzle, and inserting the submerged nozzle into the upper opening of the crystallizer;
5) After 5t of molten steel is poured into the tundish from the ladle, the steel column is taken out from the lower nozzle, then the blocking device is taken down from the tundish, then the gravity of the molten steel in the tundish breaks and scatters the sintered layer of the drainage sand, and the molten steel in the tundish flows through the upper nozzle, the sliding nozzle, the lower nozzle and the submerged nozzle in sequence and then is poured into the crystallizer.
