As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the filtering unit 3 further includes a hanging frame 10 and a supporting plate 11 fixedly connected with the top of the hanging frame 10, the supporting plate 11 is fixedly connected with the top wall of the collecting cover through bolts, the filtering piece 9 is installed in the hanging frame 10, a mounting opening is formed in the top wall of the collecting cover, the hanging frame 10 can pass through the mounting opening, the supporting plate 11 is placed on the top wall of the collecting cover, a third sealing piece is arranged between the supporting plate 11 and the top wall of the collecting cover, a taking and placing opening is formed in the supporting plate 11, a positioning chute is formed in the hanging frame 10, the filtering piece 9 is embedded in the positioning chute, and the filtering piece 9 can be taken out through the taking and placing opening.
The filter unit 3 further comprises a cover plate 12 capable of covering the taking and placing port, the cover plate 12 is fixedly connected with the supporting plate 11 through bolts, a fourth sealing piece is arranged between the cover plate 12 and the supporting plate 11, and the supporting plate 11 is provided with a hanging ring.
The first side wall is fixedly connected with a buffer channel 13, and the inner cavity of the buffer channel 13 is an airflow buffer area 4; the side surface of the hanging frame 10 is contacted with the end surface of the buffer channel 13, and a fifth sealing piece is arranged between the hanging frame 10 and the buffer channel 13.
The bottom of the hanging frame 10 is provided with a first water storage tank 14, the bottom wall of the hanging frame 10 is provided with a first water discharge hole 15, the bottom of the buffer channel 13 is provided with a second water storage tank, the bottom wall of the buffer channel 13 is provided with a second water discharge hole 16, the first water discharge hole 15 and the second water discharge hole 16 are communicated with a drainage main pipe, a valve is arranged on the drainage main pipe, and the drainage main pipe is communicated with a recovery system so as to be collected intensively and reused.
The water mist collecting and purifying device of the die casting machine further comprises a driving structure arranged on the frame 1, the driving structure is connected with the moving part 5, and the driving structure can drive the moving part 5 to move along the guiding direction of the guiding structure.
The driving structure comprises an air cylinder 19 and a floating joint, wherein the air cylinder 19 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1, a piston rod of the air cylinder 19 is connected with one end of the floating joint, and the other end of the floating joint is connected with the moving part 5.
The water mist collecting and purifying device of the die casting machine further comprises a control circuit, the control circuit is electrically connected with the driving structure, the die casting machine is provided with a safety circuit, the safety circuit can be in a connection state when the die casting machine is in a die opening state, the safety circuit is electrically connected with the control circuit, when the safety circuit is in the connection state, the control circuit controls the driving structure to enable the moving part 5 to move away from the fixed part 6, when a worker needs to replace a die, the die casting machine is in the die opening state, and the control circuit controls the moving part 5 to move away from the fixed part 6.
In the actual use process, the die casting machine is arranged in a die casting machine part accommodating cavity, different types and different numbers of filter pieces 9 are selected to be arranged in the hanging frame 10 according to the water mist quantity and the exhaust gas type emission requirements, when the die is required to be replaced or maintained, the die casting machine is in a die-opening state, a safety circuit is in a connection state, a control circuit controls the air cylinder 19 to start to operate, the movable part 5 is driven to horizontally move on the guide pipe 26 through a floating joint, and the collecting cover is in an opening state; after the moving part 5 stops moving, a worker starts to replace the die, then the control circuit is operated to reset the moving part 5, the inner cavity of the moving part 5 and the inner cavity of the fixed part 6 form a collecting cavity, the exhaust branch pipe is communicated with the exhaust connecting pipe, and then the fan 2 is opened, so that the die is cooled.
The fan 2 enables the air flow buffer area 4 to generate negative pressure, air enters the collecting cavity from the lower opening, then sequentially passes through the filter element 9, the air flow buffer area 4 and the inner cavity of the fan 2 to enter the exhaust connecting pipe 7, and finally enters the centralized exhaust main pipe through the exhaust branch pipe 8; the water in the water mist is condensed into water drops on the inner walls of the filter element 9 and the airflow buffer area 4, the water drops fall into the first water storage tank 14 and the second water storage tank, then enter the drainage manifold through the first water discharge hole 15 and the second water discharge hole 16, and finally enter the recovery system for centralized recovery.
Embodiment two: the structure and principle of the embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and the basic same points are not described in detail, only different places are described, and the different places are as follows: as shown in fig. 12, the driving structure includes a gear motor 20, a screw 21, and a nut, the gear motor 20 is fixedly installed on the frame 1 and a main shaft of the gear motor 20 is connected with the screw 21, the nut is fixedly installed on the moving part 5 and the screw 21 is in threaded connection with the nut.
The guide tube 26 is provided with a travel switch, the bottom of the moving part 5 is provided with a trigger piece, the travel switch is electrically connected with a control circuit, and when the moving part 5 moves on the guide tube 26, the trigger piece on the moving part 5 can open or close the travel switch, so that the working state of the driving structure is controlled.
Embodiment III: the structure and principle of the embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and the basic same points are not described in detail, only different places are described, and the different places are as follows: as shown in fig. 13, the driving structure includes a gear motor 20 fixedly mounted on the moving part 5, a gear 22 is fixedly mounted on a main shaft of the gear motor 20, and a rack 23 engaged with the gear 22 is mounted on a side wall of the frame 1.
The guide tube 26 is provided with a travel switch, the bottom of the moving part 5 is provided with a trigger piece, the travel switch is electrically connected with a control circuit, and when the moving part 5 moves on the guide tube 26, the trigger piece on the moving part 5 can open or close the travel switch, so that the working state of the driving structure is controlled.
Embodiment four: the structure and principle of the present embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, the second embodiment or the third embodiment, and the basic same points are not described in detail, only different points are described, and the different points are as follows: the exhaust connecting pipe 7 and the exhaust branch pipe 8 are arranged on the top wall of the collecting cover, the exhaust connecting pipe 7 is detachable, and the exhaust branch pipe 8 is non-detachable.
Fifth embodiment: the structure and principle of the present embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, the second embodiment or the third embodiment, and the basic same points are not described in detail, only different points are described, and the different points are as follows: the exhaust connecting pipe 7 and the exhaust branch pipe 8 are arranged on the side wall of the collecting cover, and the exhaust connecting pipe 7 and the exhaust branch pipe 8 are detachable.

The water mist collecting and purifying device of the die casting machine according to claim 1, wherein the collecting cover is divided into a moving part (5) and a fixed part (6), the moving part (5) and the fixed part (6) are provided with lower openings, the fixed part (6) is fixedly arranged on the frame (1) and the moving part (5) is positioned on one side of the fixed part (6), the moving part (5) is connected with the frame (1) through a guide structure, and the moving part (5) can horizontally move; the fan (2) and the filter unit (3) are arranged on the moving part (5).
