The fan 2 enables the airflow buffer area 4 to generate negative pressure, enables air to enter the collecting cavity from a lower opening, then sequentially passes through the filter piece 9, the airflow buffer area 4 and the inner cavity of the fan 2 to enter the air exhaust connecting pipe 7, and finally enters the centralized exhaust main pipe through the air exhaust branch pipe 8; the water in the water mist is condensed into water drops on the inner walls of the filter element 9 and the airflow buffer area 4, the water drops fall into the first water storage tank 14 and the second water storage tank, then enter the drainage header pipe through the first water drainage hole 15 and the second water drainage hole 16, and finally enter the recovery system for concentrated recovery.
