The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when in use, a user needs to remove the impurities from the rice seeds, the rice seeds needing to be removed are poured into the feed hopper 2, meanwhile, the driving motor 301 and the exhaust fan 701 are started, the driving motor 301 drives the transmission shaft 302 to rotate, the transmission shaft 302 drives the convex block 303 to rotate, the convex block 303 props against the moving plate 304 to move up and down, the moving plate 304 drives the guide post 306 to move up and down, the guide post 306 plays a limiting role on the moving plate 304, the moving plate 304 moves up and down stably, the rice seeds fall down through the opening and closing of the moving plate 304 and the concave annular plate 305, the exhaust fan 701 blows external air into the connector 703 through the first guide pipe 702, air is input into the second guide pipe 704 through the connector 703 through the separation block 20, then the air is blown into the inside of the guide hopper 4 and the screening box 6 through the adjusting shell 705, by screwing the transmission handle 21, the transmission handle 21 drives the screw 1105 to rotate, the screw 1105 pushes the bearing 1106 to move backwards, the bearing 1106 drives the connecting rod 1107 to move backwards, the connecting rod 1107 drives the pushing rod 1103 to move backwards, the pushing rod 1103 pushes the baffle 1102, the purpose of controlling the wind power is achieved by adjusting the opening and closing of the two baffles 1102, the guide hopper 4 blows the rice seeds firstly, dust and rice straws in the rice seeds are blown to the first trash discharging pipe 8 and discharged through the first trash discharging pipe 8, the rice seeds fall downwards through the spiral blanking pipe 5, the rice seeds slowly and evenly fall into the screening box 6, air is blown into the screening box 6 through the bottom adjusting shell 705, the rice seeds with lighter weight are blown into the qualified conveying pipe 10, heavy stones or other impurities fall into the bottom of the screening box 6 between the heavy stones or other impurities and are output outwards through the second trash discharging pipe 9, achieving the aim of removing impurities from rice seeds.
To sum up: the rice seed impurity removal screening device solves the problem of inconvenient cleaning of impurities in the existing rice seeds by arranging an outer shell 1, a feed hopper 2, an anti-blocking structure 3, a driving motor 301, a transmission shaft 302, a lug 303, a moving plate 304, a concave annular plate 305, a guide post 306, a guide hopper 4, a spiral blanking pipe 5, a screening box 6, a blowing structure 7, an exhaust fan 701, a first guide pipe 702, a connector 703, a second guide pipe 704, an adjusting shell 705, a supporting seat 706, a first impurity removal pipe 8, a second impurity removal pipe 9, a qualified conveying pipe 10, an adjusting mechanism 11, an annular plate 1101, a baffle 1102, a pushing rod 1103, a connecting shell 1104, a screw 1105, a bearing 1106, a connecting rod 1107, a screw 12, a limiting block 13, a limiting ring 14, a first return spring 15, a stabilizing block 16, a second return spring 17, a pushing groove 18, a ventilation plate 19, a separation block 20 and a transmission handle 21.
