Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a skin external preparation and a preparation method thereof, wherein the skin external preparation is prepared from the following raw materials: 8-10 parts of raw rhubarb, 8-10 parts of coptis chinensis, 6-9 parts of gardenia, 12-15 parts of liquorice, 15-20 parts of centella, 12-15 parts of radix rehmanniae recen, 3-6 parts of rhizoma bletillae, 10-12 parts of Japanese ampelopsis root, 8-10 parts of halitum, 8-10 parts of borneol, 12-15 parts of gallnut, 8-12 parts of white poria, 8-12 parts of tribulus terrestris, 8-12 parts of angelica dahurica, 8-12 parts of peach kernel, 3-6 parts of asarum, 3-6 parts of flos caryophylli, 30 parts of syrup and 15-20 parts of siritch. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of eliminating carbuncle and dissipating binds, eliminating dampness and detoxifying, promoting granulation and healing sore, moistening skin and relieving itching, and removing freckles and beautifying, and has good clinical curative effect, quick response, low price and high cure rate.

Description

Skin external preparation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical formulations, in particular to a skin external preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, solid plaster products for external use for clearing heat and removing toxicity, nourishing blood and moistening skin are full of scales and uneven in quality in the medical market and the medical and American market, hormone components are mostly contained in the solid plaster for external use for a long time and are not suitable for people with low immunity, and the skin barrier is easily damaged by the solid plaster for external use for a long time, the self-defense capability of the skin is reduced, and the hormone-dependent vicious circle is formed.
In recent years, secondary skin diseases, including radiodermatitis, hand-foot syndrome caused by tumor medicines and the like, are increasing, the skin damage is wide enough to be visible, and the development of new products is imminent.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide an external preparation for skin with simple formulation and significant drug effect, and a preparation method thereof, and the external preparation is mild in drug property, free of irritation, and less in adverse reaction.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention is realized as follows:
in a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for clearing damp and clearing heat is provided, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 8-10 parts of raw rhubarb, 8-10 parts of coptis chinensis, 6-9 parts of cape jasmine, 12-15 parts of liquorice, 15-20 parts of centella, 12-15 parts of radix rehmanniae, 3-6 parts of rhizoma bletillae, 10-12 parts of Japanese ampelopsis root, 8-10 parts of halite, 8-10 parts of borneol, 12-15 parts of Chinese gall, 8-12 parts of white poria, 8-12 parts of tribulus terrestris, 8-12 parts of angelica dahurica, 8-12 parts of peach kernel, 3-6 parts of asarum, 3-6 parts of flos caryophylli, 30 parts of syrup and 15-20 parts of linseed oil.
Wherein, still include: 3-6 parts of white paeony root, 3-6 parts of white muscardine silkworm and 0.5-1 part of calomel.
The second aspect of the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for clearing damp and clearing heat, which comprises the following steps:
preparing oleum Sesami extracts of Galla chinensis, radix rehmanniae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis and herba Centellae;
preparing extract powder of rhubarb, coptis, gardenia and raw liquorice;
placing the extract powder in a mortar, adding the oleum Sesami extract, stirring, adding Halitum and Borneolum Syntheticum, adding appropriate amount of Tween-80, and stirring to obtain Chinese medicinal preparation.
Wherein the preparation of the sesame oil extract of gallnut, radix rehmanniae recen, bletilla striata, ampelopsis japonica and centella asiatica comprises the following steps:
taking a proper amount of sesame oil, boiling with strong fire, changing to slow fire, pouring the radix rehmanniae and the white poria into the sesame oil, decocting until the surface is brown to black, and taking out;
decocting radix Angelicae Dahuricae, fructus Atriplicis Sibiricae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis, flos Caryophylli, semen Persicae, and herba asari in oleum Sesami to brown, and taking out;
pouring herba Centellae and Galla chinensis into oleum Sesami, decocting until the surface is crisp, and taking out;
obtaining oleum Sesami extracts of Galla chinensis, rehmanniae radix, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis and herba Centellae.
Wherein the extract powder for preparing rhubarb, coptis, gardenia and raw liquorice comprises the following components:
adding 8-10 times of water into the rhubarb, the coptis root, the gardenia and the raw liquorice, boiling for 40 minutes, and collecting a first decoction;
adding 8-10 times of water into the residue, boiling for 40 min, and collecting the second decoction;
and mixing the first decoction and the second decoction, concentrating the mixture to obtain a fluid extract, transferring the fluid extract to an oven for drying to obtain a dry extract, and crushing the dry extract to obtain extract powder.
The embodiment of the invention provides a skin external preparation and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of preparing sesame oil extracts of Chinese gall, radix rehmanniae recen, bletilla striata, japanese ampelopsis and asiatic pennywort herb; preparing extract powder of rhubarb, coptis root, gardenia and raw liquorice; placing the extract powder in a mortar, adding the sesame oil extract, continuously stirring, finally adding halite and borneol, adding a proper amount of Tween-80, and continuously stirring to uniformly mix to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine preparation; therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of eliminating carbuncle and dissipating binds, eliminating dampness and detoxifying, promoting granulation and healing sore, moistening skin and relieving itching, and removing freckles and beautifying, and has good clinical curative effect, quick response, low price and high cure rate.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
From the ancient psoriasis to the present psoriasis, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the skin disease is proved to be ancient. At present, skin diseases are wide in curing range and many in disease names, the skin diseases are classified into different categories, such as acne with roseacne and eczema with dry eczema, and when the skin diseases are accurately treated, a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method is exerted to locally distinguish and use medicines, rather than purely using bitter cold heat-clearing dampness-draining itching-relieving medicines such as Sanhuang (coptis chinensis, golden cypress, scutellaria baicalensis and the like) lotion in the market, or wind-dispelling itching-relieving medicines (cicada slough, divaricate saposhnikovia root, stiff silkworm and the like) are required to be matched with each other through monarch, minister, assistant and guide between the medicines so as to exert the maximum effect. Because the dermatosis is characterized by lingering and difficult healing and easy relapse, the topical external application leads patients to convenient medication and better compliance, so the research and development of the solid plaster product for clearing heat and detoxicating, nourishing blood and moistening skin are very important.
