Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical formulations, in particular to a skin external preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, solid plaster products for external use for clearing heat and removing toxicity, nourishing blood and moistening skin are full of scales and uneven in quality in the medical market and the medical and American market, hormone components are mostly contained in the solid plaster for external use for a long time and are not suitable for people with low immunity, and the skin barrier is easily damaged by the solid plaster for external use for a long time, the self-defense capability of the skin is reduced, and the hormone-dependent vicious circle is formed.

Wherein, still include: 3-6 parts of white paeony root, 3-6 parts of white muscardine silkworm and 0.5-1 part of calomel.
The second aspect of the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for clearing damp and clearing heat, which comprises the following steps:
preparing oleum Sesami extracts of Galla chinensis, radix rehmanniae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis and herba Centellae;
preparing extract powder of rhubarb, coptis, gardenia and raw liquorice;
placing the extract powder in a mortar, adding the oleum Sesami extract, stirring, adding Halitum and Borneolum Syntheticum, adding appropriate amount of Tween-80, and stirring to obtain Chinese medicinal preparation.
Wherein the preparation of the sesame oil extract of gallnut, radix rehmanniae recen, bletilla striata, ampelopsis japonica and centella asiatica comprises the following steps:
taking a proper amount of sesame oil, boiling with strong fire, changing to slow fire, pouring the radix rehmanniae and the white poria into the sesame oil, decocting until the surface is brown to black, and taking out;
decocting radix Angelicae Dahuricae, fructus Atriplicis Sibiricae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis, flos Caryophylli, semen Persicae, and herba asari in oleum Sesami to brown, and taking out;
pouring herba Centellae and Galla chinensis into oleum Sesami, decocting until the surface is crisp, and taking out;
obtaining oleum Sesami extracts of Galla chinensis, rehmanniae radix, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis and herba Centellae.
Wherein the extract powder for preparing rhubarb, coptis, gardenia and raw liquorice comprises the following components:
adding 8-10 times of water into the rhubarb, the coptis root, the gardenia and the raw liquorice, boiling for 40 minutes, and collecting a first decoction;
adding 8-10 times of water into the residue, boiling for 40 min, and collecting the second decoction;
and mixing the first decoction and the second decoction, concentrating the mixture to obtain a fluid extract, transferring the fluid extract to an oven for drying to obtain a dry extract, and crushing the dry extract to obtain extract powder.
The embodiment of the invention provides a skin external preparation and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of preparing sesame oil extracts of Chinese gall, radix rehmanniae recen, bletilla striata, japanese ampelopsis and asiatic pennywort herb; preparing extract powder of rhubarb, coptis root, gardenia and raw liquorice; placing the extract powder in a mortar, adding the sesame oil extract, continuously stirring, finally adding halite and borneol, adding a proper amount of Tween-80, and continuously stirring to uniformly mix to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine preparation; therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of eliminating carbuncle and dissipating binds, eliminating dampness and detoxifying, promoting granulation and healing sore, moistening skin and relieving itching, and removing freckles and beautifying, and has good clinical curative effect, quick response, low price and high cure rate.

Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of eliminating carbuncles, dissipating binds, eliminating dampness, detoxifying, promoting granulation, healing sores, moistening skin, relieving itching, removing freckles and beautifying, and is good in clinical curative effect, quick in effect, low in price and high in cure rate.
The raw rhubarb, the coptis root, the gardenia, the liquorice, the asiatic centella, the radix rehmanniae, the bletilla, the ampelopsis japonica, the gallnut, the white poria, the tribulus terrestris, the angelica dahurica, the peach kernel, the asarum, the flos caryophyllata, the halite, the borneol, the sour slurry and the linseed oil used in the embodiment of the invention all conform to the relevant regulations under each medicinal material item in the text of the Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015 edition). Before feeding, the material objects are identified to be consistent with the names of the medicinal materials, and the quality is in accordance with the standard.
The Chinese medicinal preparation can be solid paste; fragrant and pungent.
The invention takes rhubarb, coptis and gardenia as monarch drugs, and the two xanthines are reinforced mutually, so that the rhubarb, the coptis and the gardenia are used for clearing heat, cooling blood and detoxifying together; gardenia jasminoides ellis has the effects of purging fire, relieving restlessness and promoting diuresis, and the three medicines are used together for clearing heat, eliminating dampness, removing toxicity, astringing sores and relieving itching.
Herba Centellae, radix rehmanniae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis, poria, fructus Atriplicis Sibiricae, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, flos Caryophylli, herba asari, and semen Persicae are used as ministerial drugs, wherein the radix Ampelopsis and rhizoma Bletillae have effects of astringing, stopping bleeding, relieving swelling, promoting granulation, and caring skin; the white poria and the tribulus terrestris are used for whitening and removing freckles, the asarum and the angelica dahurica are used for eliminating carbuncles and expelling pus, and the flos caryophyllata is fragrant and flees; centella asiatica has the effects of promoting blood circulation and relieving swelling; the dried rehmannia root has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, nourishing yin and promoting the production of body fluid, not only can relieve heat toxin of skin, but also can fully moisten the skin, and can also prevent the monarch drug from being too bitter and cold, injuring yin and being too excessive, the peach kernel can activate blood, and the stasis in the peeling process can be prevented.
Mixing Glycyrrhrizae radix, borneolum Syntheticum and oleum Sesami as adjuvants, and concocting Glycyrrhrizae radix and fructus crataegi with water to obtain adjuvant; borneol is also used as a guiding drug to penetrate into muscle striae; sesame oil has the effects of nourishing yin and moisturizing skin, and the formula is condensed into paste, and sour serous fluid has the effects of nourishing body fluid and nourishing blood. The whole formula has the effects of eliminating carbuncle, dissipating binds, eliminating dampness, detoxifying, promoting granulation, healing sore, moistening skin, relieving itching, removing freckles and beautifying.
Here, the prepared ointment is taken as an example, the ointment formula is suitable for acne, psoriasis, eczema, prurigo, atopic dermatitis, dry skin, rhagadia manus et pedis, chloasma, freckle, pigmentation and the like, and is mainly used for skin diseases and pigmentation of pigmentation caused by external heat-toxin dampness evil, dryness evil and deficiency of qi and blood. All these diseases are caused by the invasion of damp-heat, pathogenic toxin and dryness, and the loss of nourishment of the skin. By local external application, the medicine can effectively, widely and fully contact with the wound surface, has long action time, is beneficial to the absorption of the medicine, and has mild medicine property, no irritation and few adverse reactions. In one embodiment, the method further comprises: 3-6 parts of white paeony root, 3-6 parts of white muscardine silkworm and 0.5-1 part of calomel.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for preparing a skin external preparation, where the method includes:
step S1: preparing oleum Sesami extracts of Galla chinensis, radix rehmanniae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis and herba Centellae;
step S2: preparing extract powder of rhubarb, coptis, gardenia and raw liquorice;
and step S3: placing the extract powder in a mortar, adding the oleum Sesami extract, stirring, adding Halitum and Borneolum Syntheticum, adding appropriate amount of Tween-80, and stirring to obtain Chinese medicinal preparation.
In one embodiment, the preparing the sesame oil extract of galla chinensis, dried rehmannia root, bletilla striata, ampelopsis japonica and centella asiatica comprises:
taking a proper amount of sesame oil, boiling with strong fire, changing to slow fire, pouring the radix rehmanniae and the white poria cocos into the sesame oil, decocting until the surface turns brown to be black, and taking out;
decocting radix Angelicae Dahuricae, fructus Atriplicis Sibiricae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis, flos Caryophylli, semen Persicae, and herba asari in oleum Sesami until the surface turns brown, and taking out;
pouring herba Centellae and Galla chinensis in oleum Sesami, decocting until the surface is crisp, and taking out;
to obtain oleum Sesami extracts of Galla chinensis, rehmanniae radix, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis and herba Centellae.
In one embodiment, the preparation of extract powder of rhubarb, coptis, gardenia and raw licorice comprises:
adding 8-10 times of water into the rhubarb, the coptis root, the gardenia and the raw liquorice, boiling for 40 minutes, and collecting a first decoction;
adding 8-10 times of water into the residue, boiling for 40 min again, and collecting the second decoction;
and mixing the first decoction and the second decoction, concentrating the mixture to obtain a fluid extract, transferring the fluid extract to an oven for drying to obtain a dry extract, and crushing the dry extract to obtain extract powder.
The effect of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation (gardenia yellow snow grass skin-moistening cream) prepared by the embodiment of the invention is systematically evaluated by functional tests through practical cases.

2. The external preparation for skin as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: 3-6 parts of white paeony root, 3-6 parts of white muscardine silkworm and 0.5-1 part of calomel.

preparing oleum Sesami extracts of Galla chinensis, radix rehmanniae, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Ampelopsis and herba Centellae;
